#RHOA: Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann call cops on each other twice in 2 days as he claims she ‘punched him in the head’
The former NFL star made the allegations after Kim called 911 to report that he had locked $175,000 worth of her possessions in a safe, Radar Online reported.
RHOA star Kim called the police to their $2.6million Georgia mansion on the evening on May 4.
When cops got there, Kroy claimed he had been attacked by the Real Housewives star.
“Kroy advised that Kim had punched him in the back of the head during an earlier altercation concerning the disputed property,” it was stated in a police report obtained by Radar.
Kim and Kroy - who announced their divorce last month - are living at their mansion with their four children: Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine.
Cops urged the couple to remain "civil" for the sake of their children "several times" during the encounter, the report stated.
Kim claimed that Kroy had taken her designer purse and jewelry - worth $175,000 - as well as her passport and locked them in the home's basement safe.
“Kim alleged that Kroy had taken the property that did not belong to him and was a premarital asset,” the report stated.
Kroy told police that the items were "marital property" and accused Kim of having a "gambling problem" and losing a "large sum of money recently."
He eventually took the items out of the safe, but not before telling Kim to leave the room so she couldn't see where he'd hidden the key, Radar reported.
As the cops left, Kim loaded a white Range Rover with her purses, glasses, handbags and other items in an attempt to stop Kroy from taking them, according to the filing.
She allegedly begged officers to stay there to prevent Kroy from stopping her.
Kroy then took out his cell phone to record Kim's actions and then put his attorney on speaker so she could hear the definition of "marital property", the report stated.
Kroy called 911 several hours later at 10.42pm to report that Kim was using his credit card - sparking a dispute over whether the card is considered marital property.
ANOTHER 911 CALL
At 1:19am, Kim called 911 to report that Kroy had allegedly barricaded himself in her bedroom when she returned home to retrieve medication from the room.
She claimed Kroy was refusing to open the door. The former sportsman told cops he put the medication in the hallway.
Kim then called the police again to claim some of her medication was missing, Radar reported.
Officers suggested she call an ambulance to take her to the hospital.
She decided instead to sleep in another room, according to the report.
Kim married former NFL player, Kroy, in Georgia, in 2011.
The same day Kim filed for divorce against Kroy on April 30, The U.S. Sun exclusively learned that he also filed for divorce.
The athlete, like Kim, stated that their 11-year marriage is "irretrievably broken."
CUSTODY BATTLE
In her filing, Kim asked for primary physical custody of their four kids and joint legal custody.
She is also mom to daughters Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, from previous relationships.
However, in Kroy's filing, he's seeking "temporary and permanent sole legal and sole physical custody" of their minor children.
He also noted that the kids are "presently" in his "care, custody and control."
In addition to seeking permanent sole legal and sole physical custody of their minor children, Kroy asked that Kim pay him "temporary and permanent" child support.
He also wants "temporary and permanent alimony."
Kroy's petition comes with a list of demands: He requested that he has the "exclusive, temporary and permanent use and possession" of their over $2.5million marital residence.
He's asking that Kim be "restrained" from entering the home "after she vacates."
The pair are set to face off in court during a scheduled hearing on July 4.
The news of the famous couple's divorce comes after TMZ reported the exes owe $1.1million to the IRS in unpaid taxes.
#MusicNews: Usher Announces Four Exclusive European Shows in Paris
After taking over Las Vegas with his sold-out residency in 2021, Usher looks to expand his dominance globally by announcing his new European mini-jaunt, Rendez-Vous Á Paris.
Kicking off Sept. 24 in Paris at La Seine Musicale, the four-date festivity will include Hot 100 chart-topping hits “Yeah,” “You Got It Bad,” and more from Usher’s decorated 30-year career. European fans can experience never-before-seen costumes, state-of-the-art lighting and special effects. Fan presale starts on Wednesday (Apr. 19) at 10 am, while Live Nation, Ticketmaster, and venue presales begin Thursday (Apr. 20) at 10 am. General tickets will be available to everyone on Friday (Apr. 21) at 10 am. You can purchase here.
Earlier this year, Usher announced 15 additional dates to his sold-out My Way residency. The new shows will take place in June and October.
“I like the idea of what I’ve found in Las Vegas,” said Usher in an interview with GQ earlier this year. “It gives me an opportunity to settle. I have children now. I got a life, so [I like] being able to have a few days in certain places and being able to celebrate those places and enjoy them. At this age, you try to hold on to the moments.”
Usher recently released his new single “GLU” and is coming off a headlining performance at J. Cole’s Dreamville Festival earlier this month. With a potential new album on the way, Usher hopes to give avid fans great music, as R&B supremacy isn’t on his mind anymore.
“No. 1 is always going to mean a lot to everybody. But it doesn’t, and shouldn’t, change your passion,” he told Billboard in 2021. It hasn’t changed mine, whether I put out a record that hit No. 1 instantly or took time to get there. I have a record company that’s willing to fight for it and get it heard, to connect with my audience and prospective new fans. I’ve tried a lot of stuff. There’s a way to play in R&B where you can be as creative as you want. Don’t cut yourself off — don’t feel you need to be tied so authentically to one thing.”
#HipHopNews: Megan Thee Stallion Reveals That She Is Taking A Break From Music
InStyle Magazine published a feature with Megan Thee Stallion where she spoke on her partnership with Revlon, vacationing in Miami, and her mental health. As far as when she’ll release a new album, the Houston talent mades it clear that recording isn’t currently on her list of priorities. “Fans can expect new music when I’m in a better place,” she stated. “Right now, I’m focused on healing.”
She continued by opening up about what she does in her downtime and why it’s important for her to relax. “The music and entertainment industry can be a grind, so it’s important to take time off and avoid burning out. Life is all about balance,” she explained.
It’s been almost a full year since Thee Stallion liberated her sophomore LP, Traumazine, an 18-song effort with additional appearances from Key Glock, Latto, Pooh Shiesty, Rico Nasty, Jhené Aiko, Future, and more. The project peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 with 63,000 album-equivalent units sold during its first week of release.
Before 2022 came to a close, Megan Thee Stallion appeared in court to testify against Tory Lanez, who was accused of shooting the “Savage” rapper in 2020. Lanez was later convicted of assault with a semiautomatic handgun, having a loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle, and gross negligence in discharging his firearm. As previously reported by Rap-Up, Megan penned an open letter about surviving “the unimaginable” in ELLE Magazine following the judgement.
“For years, my attacker laughed and joked about my trauma,” she said. “For years, my attacker peddled false narratives about what happened on the night of July 12, 2020. For years, my attacker tried to leverage social media to take away my power. Imagine how it feels to be called a liar every day? Especially from a person who was once part of your inner circle.”
Amber Riley Talks Finding Love After Ending Her Engagement
Singer/actress Amber Riley brings the same emotional vulnerability to her art as she does her life—and we are all better for it. The former Glee star and Masked Singer winner opened up about her love life in her recent xoNecole digital cover story, revealing what it took to find the strength to end her engagement and, eventually, find love again.
Riley first met her ex-fiancé Desean Black, through an xoNecole #MCM post, which prompted her to slide into his DMs and make the first move. After going public as a couple and even appearing together on Netflix's Love That For Us series, Riley and Black decided to call off their engagement. Riley, for the most part, had been mum on the reason behind the split but shared exclusively with xoNecole what led to them ultimately parting ways.
"When it was good, it was good," she explains. "When it was bad, it was terrible, hunny. I had to get the fuck up out of there." Riley ultimately decided that she would do what was best for her, regardless of how invested folks might have been in the relationship. "I don't owe anybody a happily ever after," she continued. "You find happiness and enjoy it and work through it."
Fast forward to the present day, Riley is in a happy and seemingly thriving relationship with her new man. Riley revealed her new relationship on Valentine's Day 2023, saying, "I decided to post him on Valentine’s Day, partially because I was in the dog house. I got in trouble with him,” she says, half-joking before turning serious. “The breakup was never going to stop me from finding love. Or at least trying.
This time around is different. Riley seems intentional about keeping this relationship a tad more private. She says she is not hiding her boyfriend of eight months but rather being protective of him because he’s a father and isn’t interested in becoming a public figure.
Riley also shared about her healing journey and the fight that it's been to reach this level of happiness. “I think one of my superpowers is resilience because, at the end of the day, I’m going to kick, scream, cry, cuss, be mad and disappointed, but I’m going to get up and risk having to deal with it all again. It’s worth it for the happy moments."
DaniLeigh Hit With DUI Following Reported Hit-And-Run
According to TMZ, DaniLeigh was arrested and charged with a DUI Tuesday (May 30). The singer was said to have been involved in a hit-and-run in Miami Beach after colliding with an individual on a moped.
In a police report, the “Levi High” talent was seen by several witnesses driving recklessly prior to the accident. Once stopped by law enforcement, she blew almost twice the legal limit and was subsequently hit with three felony charges — driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, and DUI damage to property. She was booked into Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and has been released on a $9,500 bond. The victim in question suffered a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture.
Back in 2022, DaniLeigh liberated her most recent body of work, My Side, a seven-song EP that was based on her past relationship with DaBaby. As previously reported by Rap-Up, the project’s opener, “Dead To Me,” directed blasts the North Carolina rapper over his “toxic energy.” “Momma never liked your a**, brother wanna fight your a**, daddy hate your trifllin’ a**, my dog even wanna bite your a**, ’cause you’re dead to me,” she sings on the Eric Young, KC Da Producer, Nelson “Keyz” Bridges, and Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins-produced track. Her last full-length effort, 2020’s Movie, consisted of 16 soulful cuts and collaborations alongside the likes of PARTYNEXTDOOR, Queen Naija, Fivio Foreign, Gunna, and Ty Dolla $ign.
Earlier this month, DaniLeigh took to social media to reveal that she was one of the choreographers for Beyoncé’s “Renaissance Tour.” “Kept this on the DL last year, but I’m so grateful to have been apart of some of the choreography for the… ‘Renaissance Tour,'” she said in her Instagram post (above). “It was an honor and such a blessing. A dream come true! thank you to [Beyoncé] and team, the show looks amazing!”
Britney Spears Receives Deadline From Ex-Husband Kevin Federline To Approve His Hawaii Plan For Sons!
Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline has reportedly given the star until the end of the week to approve his plan to move their sons to Hawaii.
The ‘Toxic’ singer, 41, had Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, with rapper Kevin, 45, who has sole custody of the bots and is said to have moved his bid on to move them from LA with his children and wife Victoria Prince by August by vowing to go to court to get a judge to sanction the relocation.
TMZ reported Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told the outlet “he has asked Britney’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, several times to send a letter/email stating Britney Spears is OK with the move, but that hasn’t happened”.
Its report added: “Kaplan says Kevin Federline plans to make the move August 1st, and he’s up against the wall to get things in order, including renting a place.
“His wife, Victoria Prince, has a job offer in the sports department of a local university and has to commit.”
TMZ said Kevin’s lawyer said there should be “no issue” with the children being allowed to move as Kevin has “100 per cent legal custody and 100 per cent de facto physical custody”, and it added Britney Spears has not seen the boys in more than a year.
The outlet said if Britney’s lawyer doesn’t respond by Friday (02.06.23), Mr Kaplan says he “will file legal docs asking for a move-away order”.
Britney’s relationship with her kids was a key part in the controversial recent TMZ TV documentary on her recent life that aired on Fox earlier this month, titled ‘Britney Spears: The Price of Freedom’.
Along with claiming the singer was drinking coffee and energy drinks “by the gallons” and staying awake for days at a time after “binge” sleeping, it claimed her children had been with Kevin “full-time”.
TMZ executive producer Charles Latibeaudiere said: “The kids have been with Kevin full-time for a long time.
“Our sources say recently, there have been occasional texts between Britney and the kids. So maybe the ice is thawing a bit.”
Page Six said it had confirmed the last time Britney Spears saw her children was “at the very beginning of 2022” before she married her third husband Sam Asghari, 29, in June 2022.
Britney’s nude posts on social media have reportedly been one of the reasons her sons have allegedly not seen her.
The documentary also alleged Britney’s marriage to Sam is in “deep trouble”.
Sam posted a video on his Instagram Stories branding the documentary “disgusting” and slamming it for putting Britney’s life “under the microscope”.
Al Pacino Expecting Baby No. 4, His First With Girlfriend Noor Alfallah
Al Pacino will soon say hello to a little friend. The Scarface actor, 83, is expecting a baby with girlfriend Noor Alfallah, who is eight months pregnant, his rep confirmed to E! News.
He sparked romance rumors with Alfallah, 29, back in April 2022 when the two were seen leaving the Felix Restaurant in Venice, Calif together.
Previously, Alfallah dated Mick Jagger for over a year until their 2018 breakup. She was later spotted with Clint Eastwood in 2019, but clarified to the Daily Mail that there was "no relationship" between her and Clint. As for Pacino, he and girlfriend Meital Dohan called it quits in 2020.
Pacino's bundle of joy will join his three other children: He shares Julie Pacino, 33, with ex Jan Tarrant, as well as Anton Pacino, 22, and Olivia Pacino, 22, with ex Beverly D'Angelo.
The Godfather star has maintained a close connection with his kids, noting that he wanted to be different from his father, who left him and his mother when he was 2 years old.
"It's the missing link, so to speak," he told The New Yorker in 2014. "Having children has helped a lot. I consciously knew that I didn't want to be like my dad. I wanted to be there. I have three children. I'm responsible to them. I'm a part of their life."
And when he can't be apart of their life, Pacino said it was "upsetting to me and to them."
"So that's part of the gestalt," he added. "And I get a lot from it. It takes you out of yourself. When I do a movie, and I come back, I'm stunned for the first twenty minutes. These people are asking me to do things for them? Huh? I'm not being waited on? Wait a minute. Uh-oh, it's about them! That action satisfies. I like it."
TMZ first reported the story of his fourth child.
Aderrien Murry's mother has filed a $5 million lawsuit after a Mississippi officer shot the 11-year-old in the chest
Amid the ongoing headlining news in Mississippi, one family is taking legal action after a cop shot an 11-year-old.
On Tuesday (May 30), Nakala Murry, the mother of Aderrien Murry, filed a lawsuit in the federal court, per CNN. The news comes after a police officer responding to Aderrien’s 911 call shot him in the chest.
According to the suit, the defendants in the case include the City of Indianola, Mississippi, its police chief, and multiple cops, including Greg Capers, who the Indianola Police Department confirmed shot Aderrien. Nakala is seeking at least $5 million in damages claiming excessive force and negligence, among other counts.
The lawsuit claimed Capers “failed to assess the situation before displaying and/or discharging his firearm.” It later added, “The injuries endured by the defendants could have been avoided if defendants would have acquired the adequate training on how to provide proper assistance and care.”
When Indianola Mayor Ken Featherstone spoke with the outlet, he stated he hopes the kid gets justice. But the mayor also noted he couldn’t support firing Capers without knowing all the facts first, including seeing the bodycam footage of the incident. He spoke with Murry’s family and shared he looks forward to “making everyone whole.” Regarding the lawsuit, he noted, “I’m sure we’re insured. But we don’t have $5 million sitting there.”
As mentioned in a previous report, on May 20, at around 4 a.m., Nakala asked her son to call 911 after the “irate” father of one of her other children showed up. When the officer arrived, he drew his gun and instructed everyone to come outside, Nakala stated. The responding policeman reportedly shot the 11-year-old in the chest as he went across the hallway to the living room.
After first responders took Aderrien to the hospital, he received a chest tube, and doctors placed him on a ventilator. His mother revealed he had a collapsed lung, fractured ribs, and a lacerated liver because of the shooting. Police arrested the “irate” father but let him go since Nakala did not file a police report. The hospital has since released Aderrien.
Beyoncé pays tribute to Tina Turner with a special twist during London “Renaissance Tour” stop
Beyoncé has always been open about her adoration for Tina Turner. In 2005, the Houston native performed a “Proud Mary” tribute at The Kennedy Center Honors where she told the audience who she credits for inspiration when she needs it the most. “I think of the two Tinas in my life,” the “CUFF IT” songstress said in reference to her mother Tina Knowles and the Queen of Rock & Roll.
Since the “Rolling On The River” legend’s passing last week, Beyoncé has made sure to pay her respects. While on her “Renaissance World Tour,” she put her own twist on Ike & Tina Turner’s 1966 upbeat hit “River Deep – Mountain High” and performed it as a ballad. Last night’s (May 29) performance was at North London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. “Jesus, Bey is strong. I don’t know how she did not cry singin’ it [cause] Tina Turner was her life. Beautiful hommage,” one commenter said of a clip posted to Twitter.
For the “Irreplaceable” vocalist’s Paris tour stop last week, she paused her show to acknowledge the Tennessee native’s iconic legacy. “If you’re a fan of mine, you’re a fan of Tina Turner. I wouldn’t be on this stage without Tina Turner, so I want you guys to just scream, so she can feel your love. I feel so blessed that I was allowed to witness her brilliance,” she said. In 2008, Beyoncé finally got the chance to work with Turner when the two performed “Proud Mary” together at the 50th annual Grammy Awards.
Turner died on May 24 at her home in Küsnacht near Zurich, Switzerland. She was 83 years old and had been battling an illness. On the day of her death, Beyoncé penned a heartfelt tribute and shared it via social media: “My beloved queen, I love you endlessly. I’m so grateful for your inspiration and all the ways you have paved the way. You are strength and resilience. You are the epitome of power and passion. We are all so fortunate to have witnessed your kindness and beautiful spirit that will forever remain. Thank you for all you have done.”
Gas Station Owner Accused Of Fatally Shooting Black 14-Year-Old Teen In The Back Over Bottled Water
Looks like a South Carolina gas station owner was charged with murder in the death of a 14-year-old boy Black teenager. Storeowner Rick Chow reportedly chased Cyrus Carmack-Belton and then shot him in the back, according to law enforcement officials.
Chow, 58, claims he thought the teenager had stolen four bottles of water Sunday night from his Xpress Mart Shell station in Columbia. However, Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott stated that Carmack-Belton put the bottles back in the cooler and was away from the store’s property when he was killed.
A gun was allegedly found near the teenager’s body. Chow’s son, who also was involved in chasing after Carmack-Belton, told his father he was armed. Lott has said there was no evidence the teen ever pointed the weapon at Chow or his son. Chow, who had a concealed weapons permit, was charged with murder after an autopsy showed that Carmack-Belton was shot in the back. In addition, deputies interviewed witnesses and reviewed surveillance footage and other video. Chow is being held in the Richland County jail as he awaits a bond hearing. He turned himself in with an attorney Monday, deputies said.
Richland County Coroner Nadia Rutherford explained that there weren’t any signs that Carmack-Belton was fighting with Chow before he ran out of the store. In addition, there was no injury to his body other than an abrasion from falling and the gunshot wound.
Rutherford also said that Carmack-Belton was running when the bullet went through his back and into his heart. “I was at the autopsy I looked at his body inside and outside. He had one shot to the back which is why Mr. Chow is being charged with murder,” she stated.
Lott acknowledged how heinous Chow’s alleged behavior was. “Even if he had shoplifted four bottles of water, which he had taken out of the cooler and then put back — even if he had done that, that’s not something you should shoot anybody over, much less a 14-year-old,” he stated.
Town in South Carolina Under Fire For Promoting Juneteenth Event With White Models
Juneteenth event planners in South Carolina have issued an apology for using a banner with just a white couple to promote the day commemorating the emancipation of African slaves.
Soon after it was displayed throughout Greenville, the seemingly colorblind promotional materials for Juneteenth GVL’s “mega fest” sparked criticism and even demanded for a boycott.
“You want to celebrate the depth of black culture on Juneteenth by putting white [people] as the face of it?” one outraged critic tweeted.
“How were you not aware how problematic that is?”
Another critic wrote, “This is how Black History gets completely distorted, repackaged, to be palatable for white Americans.”
“This is 100% doing harm. This is 100% buying in to the idea we can’t be whole on our own. Not even for one day,” The critic added.
One local even suggested it was part of a general trend that “has erased everything else Black in my hometown.”
Bruce Wilson, a Greenville activist who has previously held Juneteenth celebrations, urged the city to boycott the “mega fest.”
“I was appalled — I was saddened, I was angry,” Wilson told FOX Carolina.
“I’m the first to say that white America can celebrate Juneteenth, I just don’t think white America should be the faceof Juneteenth,” he said.
Initially, the Juneteenth GVL board of black business executives defended the banner, claiming it was one of 50 intended to represent the variety of the gathered local community.
“The images on the flag were very intentional,” co-founder Pete Lee told WYFF.
“We have been knocking at the door for so long to include us,” he said of the black community.
“Now that we have a seat at the table, the last thing we want to do is what’s been done for years is to exclude.”
Rueben Hays, the organization’s founder and executive director, added that the banner “was approved by myself, as well as my co-founders.”
“And we feel like they bring the right type of messaging of unity, freedom and love,” Hays said proudly.
As criticism grew, he changed his mind and issued a groveling apology on Thursday, vowing to take them all down “as soon as possible.”
“Juneteenth GVL would like to offer an apology to the community for the presence of non-black faces being represented on two flags representing Juneteenth,” he said in a statement.
“We take full responsibility for this misstep,” he wrote — while blaming “a slight oversight on one individual’s part” for the messaging he previously said he’d personally approved.
“We sincerely apologize for any disappointment or frustration caused by this oversight,” he said.
“Moving forward, we are committed to ensuring that our events fully reflect the diversity, inclusivity, and historical significance of Juneteenth.”
City officials took swift action to separate themselves from the criticism.
An official told Fox, “The city is not managing or organizing the event.”
