#RHOA: Shamea Morton Slams Porsha Williams’ ‘Fake Receipts’ After Reunion Drama: ‘Fake Ass Friendship’
The deterioration of Porsha Williams and Shamea Morton Mwangi’s friendship continues. It’s been slowly coming apart at the seams through Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. During Part 2 of the reunion. Porsha accused Shamea of scheming against her and lying about several incidents in their relationship. Now, Porsha is coming forward with the receipts, and it’s not looking great for Shamea.
At the RHOA Season 16 reunion, Porsha called out two specific lies from Shamea. Porsha addressed them both on Instagram the morning after the reunion aired.
The first issue was that Porsha didn’t come to Shamea’s wedding in Africa. Porsha claimed that Shamea had multiple weddings, and she only attended the one in the United States. However, Shamea went on The Breakfast Club and said that she only had one wedding, which was in Africa.
On Instagram, Porsha directly refuted that claim. She posted a picture of the two of them, seemingly getting ready for a wedding. In the caption, Porsha noted that she was one of her bridesmaids for the big day.
The second issue was about Shamea getting her peach. According to Shamea, Porsha never congratulated her on becoming a full-time cast member, and she even repeated that during an interview with Kandi Burruss. Porsha had receipts to dispute that, too.
“I sent @shameamorton flowers to congratulate my bestie for her joining Rhoa,” Porsha wrote, along with a video showing the bouquet. The attached card said, “Congrats Queen Mwangi!”
Porsha also included a screenshot of a previous Instagram post from when Shamea’s casting was announced. It clearly shows Porsha offering up a “round of applause.” Shamea even liked the post!
With all of that on her Instagram feed, Porsha should feel vindicated, right? Wrong. Shamea followed up with the receipts of her own.
Shamea called Porsha’s receipts “fake” and hit back with her own, but Porsha responded RIGHT away

Moments after Porsha uploaded her receipts, Shamea followed up with an explanation for all of it. According to her, Porsha’s receipts were just as fake as her friendship.
“Again, I had 1 wedding that took place in Nairobi, Kenya! What you attended was my dowry ceremony in my mom’s backyard,” Shamea began in her now-deleted post.
She continued, “2nd you sent flowers my birthday week just before we started filming. I’d had my peach for over a month. I only said we never celebrated. You can keep your fake receipts with your fake ass friendship.”
Porsha hit back at the claim about the flowers, noting that the card attached to the bouquet does not mention anything about Shamea’s birthday. Either way, it’s clear that this feud is about much more than just flowers and wedding ceremonies.
Shamea concluded, “It’s crazy how I can be considered your lapdog for riding so hard for you but at the same time you say I was trying to sabotage you. Make it make sense! Since I got my peach you’ve been trying to find a reason to end this friendship. You’re unbelievable!”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 reunion concludes next Sunday on Bravo at 8/7c.

#HipHopNews: Tyler, The Creator Releases Ninth Studio Album, ‘DON’T TAP THE GLASS’

Tyler, The Creator’s latest project, ‘DON’T TAP THE GLASS,’ blends dance-forward beats with satirical lyrics and bold production choices.
The album includes features from Pharrell Williams, DAISY WORLD and more, with highlights like “Sucka Free” and “Stop Playing With Me.”
Themes of meme culture, self-expression and creative autonomy run throughout the offering, reflecting Tyler’s evolution as an artist.
Continuing his relatively new tradition of dropping music at the beginning of the week, Tyler, The Creator is back with his ninth studio album, DON’T TAP THE GLASS. The LP arrived on Monday (July 21) at 6 a.m. ET with contributions from Pharrell Williams, DAISY WORLD and more.
Ahead of the project’s surprise rollout, which he first teased last week, Tyler explained the inspiration behind the music — especially its dance-heavy direction. “I asked some friends why they don’t dance in public, and some said [it was] because of the fear of being filmed,” he shared via Instagram. “I thought, ‘Damn, a natural form of expression and a certain connection they have with music is now a ghost.’ It made me wonder how much of our human spirit got killed because of the fear of being a meme, all for having a good time.”
The 10-song offering opens with Tyler laying down a few ground rules: “no sitting still,” “leave your baggage at home,” and of course, “don’t tap the glass.” On “Big Poe,” he steps into the role of his newest persona to dish out lines about Mario and not trusting white people with dreadlocks. Amid all that going on, Pharrell lays down two verses of his own, and there’s also a sample of Busta Rhymes’ “Pass The Courvoisier Part II” on the bridge.
Meanwhile, “Sugar On My Tongue” is a sexed-up cut with dance-floor energy bubbling under its surface. The album’s strongest moments come early, particularly with “Sucka Free” and “Stop Playing With Me,” the latter accompanied by a star-studded video featuring LeBron James, Clipse and Maverick Carter. Elsewhere, “Don’t Tap That Glass / Tweakin’” offers a two-part listen that references his six-night run at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena back in February.
There’s a lot to love about DON’T TAP THE GLASS, from its instrumentals — many of which Tyler produced himself — to his overall return to the kind of provocative, controversial lyrics that first put him on the map. Take a listen HERE

Tyler is currently on the road promoting last year’s CHROMAKOPIA, which also dropped on a Monday back in October. It came with tracks “St. Chroma,” “Like Him” and what might be its most star-studded record, “Sticky,” featuring GloRilla, Sexyy Red and Lil Wayne. Compared to some of the Odd Future frontman’s earlier releases, the album offered a more mature, introspective look at an artist that fans have grown with for years.
BREAKING: Ozzy Osbourne dies at age 76: Family says legendary Black Sabbath singer was 'surrounded by love'

Rock star Ozzy Osbourne has died, according to multiple reports. “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” his family said in a statement to the press, signed by wife Sharon Osbourne and their children Kelly, Jack, Aimee, as well as his son Louis from his prior marriage to Thelma Riley. “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”
The Black Sabbath rocker lived with Parkinson’s disease. Earlier this month Osbourne played what was dubbed his “final bow” from a throne at Villa Park in the U.K.
Born John Michael Osbourne, the English musician rose to fame as the so-called Prince of Darkness with his heavy metal band, Black Sabbath, which he co-founded in 1968. The band released popular hits like “Paranoid,” “Iron Man” and “War Pigs.”
After his 1979 departure from the band due to substance abuse issues, Osbourne launched a successful solo career beginning with 1980’s Blizzard of Ozz, which featured his hit track “Crazy Train.” Osbourne became widely known for his wild onstage persona, including infamously biting the head off a bat during a 1982 concert. (He later got a rabies shot.) He went on to release 13 studio albums and was inducted twice into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame — in 2006, with Black Sabbath, and again in 2024 as a solo artist.
Outside of music, Osbourne also had an influence on pop culture: He became a part of the first reality TV show family thanks to his hit MTV show, The Osbournes, which documented the chaotic, often hilarious home life he shared with wife Sharon and their children, Kelly and Jack. The show also illuminated darker sides of his personal life, however, as it revealed his struggles with substance abuse and health issues. The show ran for four seasons, from 2002 to 2005.
Osbourne announced he had been previously diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a progressive nervous system disorder, in January 2020, a condition he later told the Los Angeles Times he had lived with since 2003.
“I’m not dying from Parkinson’s. I’ve been working with it most of my life,” the singer told the newspaper. “I’ve cheated death so many times. If tomorrow you read ‘Ozzy Osbourne never woke up this morning,’ you wouldn’t go, ‘Oh, my God!’ You’d go, ‘Well, it finally caught up with him.’”
In addition to Parkinson’s, the musician also suffered other health issues, such as a severe staph infection in 2018 and multiple spinal surgeries following a fall that aggravated an old injury.
In May, Osbourne told the Guardian about his condition: “You wake up the next morning and find that something else has gone wrong. You begin to think this is never going to end.”
Sharon Osbourne, who's been married to Ozzy Osbourne for over 40 years, told Billboard the idea for "Back to the Beginning," the all-day benefit concert held in Birmingham, England, on July 5, was hers.
The event was billed as Osbourne and Black Sabbath's final show ever.
“It was my idea,” she said, “because [Ozzy’s] one regret was he didn’t get the chance to say thank you to his fans before he finished his world tour. We were in the middle of his [2018 No More Tours 2] world tour, his retirement tour; we’d only done about nine months of the tour and he got sick.”
The benefit marked the first time in 20 years that the original bandmates had come together to perform. An accompanying concert film, Back to the Beginning: Ozzy's Final Bow, containing footage from the show, is also reportedly scheduled for release in early 2026.
Osbourne felt compelled to perform on stage a final time, in spite of his declining health.
Sharon told Billboard, “He kept saying, ‘It’s my one regret’ and ‘I want a chance to really say thank you.’ And this is what we thought would be the best way to do it. It’s a celebration of Ozzy and Sabbath and the music. ”

Bill Cosby Reacts to Malcolm-Jamal Warner's Drowning, Says Tragic Death Reminds Him of Late Son's Murder: Rep
Malcolm-Jamal Warner is being remembered by the man who once played his onscreen father, Bill Cosby.
After news broke that Warner died at age 54 on Sunday, July 20, while on a family vacation in Costa Rica, Andrew Wyatt, a spokesperson for Cosby, 88, tells PEOPLE that his death "reminded him of the same call he received when his son died.”
Both deaths were a result of tragic circumstances.
Ennis William Cosby, the actor's only son, was murdered in 1997. He was shot to death at age 27 during an attempted robbery on a Los Angeles freeway ramp as he tried to change a flat tire.
Warner, meanwhile, drowned while swimming, a source confirmed to PEOPLE. The Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) later said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE that they "removed the body of a man who apparently died as a result of asphyxiation by submersion," whom they later identified as Warner.
The statement said that based on preliminary information, "the victim appears to have entered the sea and was apparently swept away by a current. The man was rescued by bystanders and taken to shore, where he received treatment from the Costa Rican Red Cross. However, he was declared lifeless at the scene."
Wyatt tells PEOPLE that Cosby's son "played with Malcolm," calling the events that unfolded on July 20 "devastating."
"He found a way to talk about Malcolm even though he was sad," Wyatt says of Cosby.
According to Wyatt, Cosby said "Malcolm was doing what he loved when he died — he was with his family."
"He had just done a concert in Minnesota and called Mr. Cosby and talked about it. They spoke all the time. He said 'Malcolm was changing humanity,'" Wyatt adds.
Wyatt also notes that Cosby was finding comfort in his Cosby Show costars. He says the actor was "on the phone with Phylicia Rashad [who played his onscreen wife Claire Huxtable] reminiscing about Malcolm” earlier today.
Fans first met Warner as Theo Huxtable, the only son of Cosby's character, Heathcliff Huxtable, on the series, which ran for eight seasons from 1984 to 1992.
While speaking with PEOPLE in February 2023, Warner acknowledged how Cosby's legal woes have changed the way some fans remember the show.
Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison in 2018 for charges involving drugging and sexually assaulting another woman. Pennsylvania's Supreme Court overturned his sexual assault conviction in 2021, allowing Cosby to be released. Five more women, however, sued Cosby for sexual assault in December. Cosby's defense has denied all allegations made against him.
"Regardless of how some people may feel about the show now, I'm still proud of the legacy and having been a part of such an iconic show that had such a profound impact on — first and foremost, Black culture — but also American culture," Warner told PEOPLE.
Over the years, Warner has also publicly spoken about Cosby, the impact he had on his life and the allegations that surfaced.
In an interview with journalist Jemele Hill in 2023, Warner speculated that his fellow cast members might be "making a killing" today, if it weren't for the allegations against Cosby.
Acknowledging a recent uptick in show reboots, Warner said, "We could have made a lot of money. Fuller House, they're doing their thing. The Conners, man, we'd be making a killing right now."
Asked by Hill if he was "resentful" because "one person impacted you guys' lives and the way this show was seen," Warner responded: “No. Not resentment ... I get how this business works, for one. And just that whole situation is so layered, man."
"I can’t defend him or his actions at all. But I also can’t throw him under the bus completely," Warner added. "Because I have an understanding of all the layers. It’s so complex and it’s so many shades of gray, that most people will never get. There is the piece of the financial hit that we all took but also it hasn't really affected my career."
Warner also reflected on Cosby's work ethic as recently as May 2025, during an appearance on Melyssa Ford's Hot & Bothered podcast.
During the episode, Warner said of Cosby: "He would work Monday through Thursday on the show, hop on a plane and do stand-up Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights, then be back to work first thing Monday."
“This is while having the number one show in the world. And I watched that and it made me understand — when you are hot, that’s when you grind," he added.

Tyson Beckford Recalls Alleged “Street Fight” With Sean “Diddy” Combs And Crew

Tyson Beckford has opened up about a decades-old altercation allegedly involving Sean “Diddy” Combs’ entourage — and according to the model and actor, the long-ago confrontation was nearly deadly.
During a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, Beckford detailed the events of what started out as a typical day outside a tattoo shop in New York City. Beckford recalled chatting with a friend when fashion stylist Groovey Lew — who was closely affiliated with Diddy and Bad Boy at the time — approached him with a request to take a photo with a woman he was with.
“I said, ‘Yo, my man, I’m having a conversation,’” he recalled, adding that things quickly escalated into a fight. “He started getting tough. I said, ‘Lew, don’t talk to me like that.’ Next thing you know, he swung on me.”
According to Beckford, the fight left him with a bloody head injury that required six stitches. Beckford says an NYPD officer briefly stopped to assess the situation but, despite the visible injuries, drove off when both parties downplayed the altercation. But moments later, the tension intensified.
Beckford claims Lew left the scene and then returned with Diddy and several members of his Bad Boy crew from a nearby office. Outnumbered and solo, Beckford claimed his friend disappeared and he then went to his Land Cruiser to retrieved his pistol-grip Mossberg shotgun.
“I said, ‘Look, I only got five [shells] in here,’” Beckford recalled. “Puff, you going to get it first… I’m going to shower the rest of y’all with it.” Although no shots were fired, and the confrontation ended without further violence, Beckford reflected on how close the situation came to taking a tragic turn.
“I could have saved the world a whole lot of trouble and took him out back then,” he said of Diddy. “But then where would I be?” When asked if he’s reconciled with Diddy since the incident, Beckford responded, “I ain’t seen the man in years… but yeah, he know — don’t mess with me,” he added.
Beckford also claimed that the tension between the two extended beyond the street encounter. He says he later sued Diddy after being shorted on a two-year modeling contract with the Sean John clothing line. “I was too straight for him, and he was just on whatever he was on,” Beckford quipped. “Karma is where it’s at.”
Beckford noted that more details about the altercation and other previously untold stories of his life will be included in his upcoming book and production project, Pretty Boy. “I’m doing the book,” he said. “And all of that’s going to be in Pretty Boy. That’s a cold scene — standing on Sixth Avenue with a shotgun.

Venus Williams Wants Sister Serena To Return To Tennis
Venus Williams is returning to the tennis court and she wants her little sister to follow suit.
Venus Williams, 45, is set to play fellow American Peyton Stearns on Tuesday in the Citi Open in Washington, D.C. – her first professional match in more than a year. Venus last match came in March 2024 when she lost in the first round of the Miami Open.
Last week video was posted to social media of 43-year-old Serena hitting balls on a hard court – and Venus said she would love to see her sister make a comeback.
Serena, who won 23 Grand Slam singles titles and is widely considered the GOAT of women’s tennis, last played at the 2022 U.S. Open.
“I mean, I keep saying to my team: ‘The only thing that would make this better is if she was here,’ like we always did everything together, so of course I miss her,” Venus told reporters ahead of her return, per the Associated Press.
“But if she comes back, I’m sure she’ll let y’all know.”
Serena never officially retired and instead said she was “evolving away from tennis.”
She and husband Alexis Ohanian have two children. Her first daughter, Olympia, was born in 2017, and her second, Adira, was born in 2023.
Several mothers are currently playing on the WTA Tour, and Belinda Bencic became the latest to reach the Wimbledon semifinals earlier this month.
Venus Williams is not a mom and hasn’t won a match in nearly two years – at the 2023 Cincinnati Open.\
She is currently unranked and is listed as “inactive” on the WTA website.

She will also play mixed doubles with Reilly Opelka at the U.S. Open next month.
“You know, I believe in love and those around me, so my family, my friends,” Williams said of why she keeps playing. “They keep me going and keep me grounded.
“Those are the people that are there for you when the things are lowest. They’re there for you also when the things are highest because also it’s hard too when you’re high and trying to maintain that and trying to deal with what’s happening when you’re high and low.
“So, the love always gets you through.”

Sean Kingston's Mother Is Facing Deportation

Back in March recording artist, Sean Kingston, and his mother, Janice Kingston, were found guilty on fraud charges after scamming multiple businesses in Miami
Now it's being reported that Sean's mother is facing deportation upon completion of her sentence...
The 62-year-old mother of Sean Kingston asked the court for compassion in a formal motion filed ahead of her sentencing on August 28.
Turner is asking for no more than 30 months behind bars, citing her poor health, limited criminal background, and lack of personal profit from the fraud scheme.
Her attorneys argued that the long-term penalty she faces is excessive given the circumstances.
“A sentence of thirty (30) months or less will serve the purposes of sentencing by satisfying the need for deterrence,” the filing states, noting Turner did not benefit financially.

After her prison sentence, Turner is set to be deported to Jamaica, losing her U.S. residency and creating what her defense team describes as “permanent separation from her family.”
Given those stakes, Turner is requesting to be placed in a federal facility as close to Miami as possible to allow for family visits. The nearest women’s prison is located in Tallahassee, nearly 500 miles away.
Letters submitted on her behalf portray her as a kind and service-driven woman who has helped others through her community work. The defense has leaned heavily into her age and declining health, hoping it will influence the court’s final decision.
Turner will learn her fate when she returns to court on July 23, 2025.
Justice Department REFUSES To Investigate Tyler Perry For Trafficking RICO!
Well, that didn’t go how he planned.
Two weeks ago, actor Braxton Wells set the internet ablaze after tagging both Donald Trump and the Department of Justice in a social media post accusing Tyler Perry of looking the other way while abuse allegedly happened at his own studios. According to Braxton, he was harassed and even “trafficked” by a high-level executive at Tyler Perry Studios — serious claims with serious implications.
But now? The whole thing seems to be falling apart.
Braxton has returned to social media to let his followers know that the DOJ has officially rejected his case. And if that wasn’t enough of a red flag, he also revealed that Gloria Allred — yes, that Gloria Allred — declined to take him on as a client..
If you know anything about Gloria Allred, you know she does not shy away from controversial, high-stakes cases — especially those involving celebrities and abuse allegations. So if even she gave this a pass? Let’s just say… that speaks volumes.
While Braxton hasn’t backed down from his story, the lack of legal support (and now, credibility) is making people question what’s really going on here. Is this a genuine call for justice? Or a PR stunt that backfired hard?
So far, Tyler Perry has remained quiet on the issue — no public comment, no press release, nothing. And honestly, with the way things are playing out, he probably doesn’t have to say a word.
Because when both the government and the queen of high-profile legal takedowns hit you with a “no thanks”? Yeah, the streets are gonna talk.

ESPN Negotiating To Bring Back Shannon Sharpe … In Time For Football Season!

Just weeks after reportedly paying a massive $20 million settlement to 22-year-old model Gabby Zuniga — who accused him of sexual assault — it looks like Shannon Sharpe is gearing up for a major comeback.
We've learned that Sharpe is in late-stage negotiations to return to ESPN — just in time for the upcoming football season.
An insider close to the situation tells us: “Shannon’s people and ESPN have been talking for weeks. The deal’s basically done. It should be finalized in the next few weeks.”
Whew. That was fast. The news comes on the heels of what’s been one of the most controversial and expensive chapters in the former NFL star’s post-playing career. As we reported, Gabby Zuniga recently settled her lawsuit against Sharpe for a reported $20 million, with sources claiming the host had to sell off part of his podcasting empire to cover the payout.
Despite the legal storm, Shannon managed to keep a relatively low profile — staying silent publicly, but moving strategically behind the scenes. And now, with the dust settling, he’s looking to slide right back into the spotlight where he thrives: sports commentary.
Sharpe was last seen at ESPN as a high-profile guest across various shows, and his chemistry with personalities like Stephen A. Smith sent ratings through the roof. Now, fans are speculating whether he’ll return full-time to “First Take” or take on an entirely new role heading into the 2025 NFL season.
“He’s focused, he’s cleared the path, and now he wants to reclaim his spot,” the source added. “This is the comeback season.”
Whether you love him or hate him, there’s no denying Shannon Sharpe is one of the most dynamic voices in sports media. Known for his sharp (no pun intended) takes, viral one-liners, and meme-worthy reactions, Sharpe has built a media brand that’s nearly as iconic as his Hall of Fame football career.
Social media is already buzzing about the possible ESPN reunion.
“Shannon back at ESPN? LET’S GOOO,” one fan posted on X.
Another added, “He paid her off and now he’s plotting his redemption arc. Classic.”
While Sharpe’s legal issues are still a topic of discussion, his swift move back into the industry shows he’s not planning to sit on the sidelines for long.
So buckle up. Shannon Sharpe might be back on your screen — just in time for kickoff.

Isaac Hayes Was Forced by Scientology Leaders to Quit ‘South Park,’ Says Son
It has been almost 20 years since Isaac Hayes left his voice role of Chef in “South Park.” And it has also been 17 years since Hayes died at the age of 65. Now, the legendary performer’s son Isaac Hayes III has addressed the long-held rumor as to why exactly his father Hayes left the popular Comedy Central series.
It should first be noted that Hayes quit following the controversy regarding an episode that skewered Scientology entitled “Trapped in the Closet” (Season 9, Episode 12), in which Stan joins Scientology after recruiters say he is the reincarnation of church founder L. Ron Hubbard. Scientology has long tentacles in the entertainment industry, even more publicly so in 2005 when the episode aired. Famous members like Tom Cruise and John Travolta were sent up in the episode. Years later, during the podcast “Basic!,” “South Park” co-creator Matt Stone explained why the writers chose to spoof Scientology.
“Everyone knew Scientology was so litigious,” Stone said. “People in Hollywood were scared of Scientology at the time because they would just sue you. I think that got us going. The Tom Cruise episode was really about getting sued. I mean, poking openly litigious people and seeing where the line is and what you can say. They picked a fight with us and we just went with it.”
“South Park” voice actor Hayes, though, was a scientologist in real life. The fallout from “Trapped in the Closet,” his son says, is indeed the reason he quit “South Park”…but it was not his dad’s choice.
“For over 14 years, people have speculated about why my father left ‘South Park.’ I’m here to set the record straight. My dad did not quit ‘South Park.’ Scientology did,” Isaac Hayes III wrote on X. “After the episode ‘Trapped in the Closet’ aired in 2005, my father suffered a stroke just a few months later that left him unable to speak or make decisions on his own. He was not in any condition to resign from anything. The truth is, someone else within his Scientology circle made that decision and quit the show for him.”
In a 2016 THR piece, Hayes’ son — also known as Ike Dirty — said, “At the time, everybody around my father was involved in Scientology — his assistants, the core group of people. So someone quit South Park on Isaac Hayes’ behalf. We don’t know who.”
In his Twitter post, Hayes III said that his father “loved being the voice of Chef” and that he greatly enjoyed meeting fans. “The narrative that he quit because he was offended by the satire is not true,” he wrote. “That was a cover story created by others. My father never got to speak for himself because his health robbed him of that chance. So now I am speaking for him. He did not leave ‘South Park’ willingly. He was forced out by illness and by people who did not have his best interest at heart. This is for anyone who loved Chef. This is for anyone who admired my father’s work. This is the truth about what really happened.”

Lady Gaga Takes Nasty Fall During Mayhem Ball Tour Stop in Vegas

Lady Gaga and her crew might want to do a little more work in the safety department as the pop star embarks on her world tour.
The singer kicked off The Mayhem Ball with a string of shows last week in Vegas, but a video that started making rounds on social media Monday, July 21 shows the singer take a nasty fall while getting up close and personal with her fans.
In the clip, Gaga is singing "Vanish into You" from her latest album, Mayhem, when the spill takes place.
New video of Lady Gaga slipping and falling during one of her shows in Las Vegas, even the camera man slipped beforehand!
Clearly, there was something slick on the ground, as you see Gaga's cameraman slip up first. Gaga helps to steady the crew member, before she continues on, walking around the base of the stage.
Gaga takes a few steps forward before slipping a bit herself ... and when she continues on, rounding the corner, she goes down HARD.
Of course, the constant professional, Gaga is quick to her feet and continues on with "Vanish into You" ... a number that's quickly become a fan favorite. The song is one of the last in The Mayhem Ball setlist, and Gaga was still able to finish up the show after the fall.
Lucky for Gaga, she's got another day to rest before The Mayhem Ball hits it's next stop in San Francisco. As of now, the tour has 63 stops with shows in North America, Australia, Asia, Europe and The UK.
The tour slightly mirrors Lady Gaga's epic headlining Coachella set where she performed some of the hits from Mayhem for the first time in public. Festival-goers praised the show, which not only highlighted some of the new songs, but payed homage to her classics as well.
While it's unclear exactly why the floor was so slippery, you can be sure her team will work to make sure it doesn't happen again ... as no Gaga equals no show.

Klay Thompson Flaunts $300K Watch Gifted by Megan Thee Stallion Days After Romance Confirmation
Dallas Mavericks shooting guard Klay Thompson and Grammy-winning rapper Megan Thee Stallion are making headlines after their public debut at a high-profile charity event in New York City.
The duo attended Megan's, 30, Pete & Thomas Foundation Charity Gala at Gotham Hall on Wednesday, July 16. At the gathering, Thompson, 35, was spotted wearing what appears to be a $300,000 luxury watch gifted by the "Hot Girl Summer" artist.
During the star-studded charity gala, Thompson was captured in a viral video showing off his expensive new timepiece while dressed in a classic black-and-white tuxedo. The four-time NBA champion couldn't hide his excitement as he showed off the luxury watch.
"The evening has just begun too, it's just a little past 8, oh boy. We got a night ahead of us," Thompson said in the video, clearly impressed with his new accessory.
When complimented on the watch, Thompson proudly revealed its origin. "Thank you, brother. Megan gifted me this. Yeah. What a sweet lady," he added with a smile.
Watch experts and fans have speculated that the silver wristlet is likely an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, a Swiss watch that can retail for around $300,000 depending on the specific model.
Social media users have had mixed reactions to the watch, with some fans questioning the timing and scale of such a lavish present.
One fan commented on the clip, saying, "They've been together 2 days wtf," while other users jokingly referred to Megan as Thompson's "sugar momma."
However, gift-giving appears to be mutual between the pair. The rapper previously posted a now-deleted TikTok video showing her unboxing multiple Labubu dolls gifted by Thompson.
In the video, the rapper was seen sitting on Thompson's lap as she thanked him for the presents, even referring to him as "baby.”
While some fans may argue about the gift giving, it seems both can afford to splurge, as Megan's net worth is reportedly $30 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
Thompson, for his part, is worth a staggering $140 million — demonstrating that both stars clearly have the financial means to exchange such expensive presents.
With their combined wealth exceeding $170 million, the duo has quickly established themselves as one of entertainment's newest power couples.

Ari Fletcher Gets Called Out After Revealing She Pays Her Housekeeper $40K A Year

Ari Fletcher is catching heat after revealing how much she pays her housekeeper annually.
Over on X, Ari wrote,“I pay my housekeeper $40,000 a year. My mom just added it up out of curiosity when I told her how much I pay for each time she comes. I’m about to start cleaning up my own godd*mn house.”
Social media users wasted no time chiming in.
“Should’ve kept this to yourself. This is a normal salary and you brag about spending this all the time,” one person commented. Another wrote, “40k a year is not any money Ari! It’s literally under the poor line and she probably has a second job to make ends meet.”
Some jumped to Ari’s defense, suggesting that people are most likely misunderstanding her arrangement with the housekeeper:
“The comments think she works full time at one house. Slow af.”
What do y’all think?

Slow af.”

Jon Stewart Slams Paramount Over 'Late Show' Cancelation in 'The Daily Show' Opening
Jon Stewart is using the opening segment of The Daily Show to call out his network’s parent company.
In the Monday (July 21) episode of The Daily Show, the 62-year-old host spoke out against Paramount for canceling The Late Show with Stephen Colbert for what he calls “corporate fear.”
Jon alluded to concerns that his show might be next and the public’s questions about why Stephen Colbert‘s show was given the axe.
In the episode, Jon called out Comedy Central‘s parent company for the decision that they called a financial one.
He told the audience, “I understand the corporate fear. I understand the fear that you and your advertisers have with $8 billion at stake, but understand this, truly, the shows that you now seek to cancel, censor and control, a not insignificant portion of that $8 billion value came from those f—ing shows. That’s what made you that money.”
Jon went on to question the network for seemingly attempting to stay on Donald Trump‘s good side. Along with questioning why anyone would watch such “innocuous” content, Jon pointed out the impossibility of staying off Trump‘s radar.
He said, “You want to know how impossible it is to stay on Lord Farquaad’s good side? Donald Trump is suing Rupert Murdoch the owner of Fox News, the man other than Biden, maybe most responsible for getting Trump elected.”
Jon said that he believes it’s pre-emptive fear and compliance that lead to Stephen‘s show being canceled, citing rumors that the network might have been bribed.
He said, “If you’re trying to figure out why Stephen’s show is ending, I don’t think the answer can be found in some smoking gun email or phone call from Trump to CBS executives or in CBS’ QuickBooks spreadsheets on the financial health of late night.”
The host went on to say that he doesn’t plan on going anywhere, referencing concerns that The Daily Show might be targeted next. Jon speculated about the future and said, “I’m not giving in, I’m not going anywhere, I think.”

Joe Biden's Son Hunter Curses Out George Clooney, Reveals His Version of What Happened at That Infamous Fundraiser, Alleged Texts Sent By the Actor, & More

Hunter Biden did not hold back when asked about George Clooney in a recent interview.
If you didn’t know, last year, George wrote a piece for The New York Times titled “I Love Joe Biden, But We Need a New Nominee,” which urged the then-president to step down from the 2024 presidential race due to his seemingly declining state.
It then came out that George was apparently startled by an encounter with the president at a fundraiser.
In Jake Tapper‘s book, it was said that the president appeared “severely diminished, as if he’d aged a decade since Clooney last saw him in December 2022.”
“You know George,” the assisting aide reportedly told the president at the egent, gently reminding him who was in front of him.
“Yeah, yeah,” the president said to George, who was the host of this lucrative fundraiser. “Thank you for being here.”
“It seemed clear that the President had not recognized Clooney,” the authors wrote.
Hunter sat down for a lengthy interview with Channel 5’s Andrew Callaghan, and did not hold back about his version of the Clooney-Biden events.
“Here’s what [Clooney] said. He said that the president needed to be introduced to him at a fundraiser that he was ostensibly the host of. There’s this gigantic fundraiser in which George Clooney wasn’t really the host. He was the entertainment. God bless him. I appreciate when entertainers and movie stars are on our side, want to raise money and stuff like that. If you’re with the president at any given time, you probably have been at a rope line. What happens is people come to take pictures, usually before or after an event. The president will line up, people will come up and they’ll take a picture with them and he’ll say ‘Hello,’” Hunter explained.
Hunter continued, “There’s a person that stands next to the president, and they say, ‘Mr. President, George Clooney and Julia Roberts.’ ‘Hey, George, Julia, how you doing?’ And you may have been filming him all day, and he may know George for the last 30 years, and he may have met him 15 times, but the guy on his shoulder, who’s usually a military officer, has one job to say the name of the person that’s walking up. That’s it. And George Clooney is now going to rationalize why he he attempted to cut the knees out from a sitting president, the most successful president in the history of his party in his life in terms of the legislative policies that he wanted to see passed, had to justify somehow him going above and beyond to write an op-ed in The New York Times to try to force the sitting president of the United States out of the out of the race. And so he makes up this story about how the president had to be introduced to him.”
“By the way, I remember that George Clooney wasn’t going to show up to that fundraiser. He was bitching to the White House staff, the senior staff that he was so angry that the president would criticize the arrest warrant that was executed for Netanyahu, and the president, when asked if they would arrest Netanyahu if he came to the United States, said he would not have the authority, nor would he do that. I guess George Clooney’s wife was the principal architect of that arrest, of that warrant for Netanyahu. And I don’t judge that in one way or another if it was the right thing or not. He was very, very angry that my dad did not pay homage to her or something. And I understand defending your wife or something, but I saw the text messages that he wrote, reams of text messages like, ‘How dare he do that.’ And he kept promising that he was going to embarrass the president and pull out of the fundraiser,” Hunter continued.
It was then alleged that George had once influenced one of Jack Black‘s political decisions, to which Hunter responded, “F-k him. F-k him and everybody around him. I don’t have to be f-king nice.
“No. 1, I agree with Quentin Tarantino [you can find the Quentin-George story here]. F-king George Clooney is not a f-king actor. He is f-king like… I don’t know what he is. He’s a brand. And by the way, God bless him. You know what? He supposedly treats his friends really well. You know what I mean? Buys them things, and he’s got a really great place in Lake Como, and he’s great friends with Barack Obama. F-k you. What do you have to do with f-king anything? Why do I have to f-king listen to you? What right do you have to step on a man who’s given 52 years of his f-king life to the service of this country and decide that you, George Clooney, are going to take out basically a full page ad in the f-king New York Times to undermine the president at a time in which, by the way, what do people care about the most? Village People Reacts After President Trump Shares ‘Offensive’ AI Video of Fake Obama Arrest Set to ‘Y.M.C.A.’
Village People previously gave Donald Trump the green flag to use “Y.M.C.A.” in his campaign efforts, but a recent video featuring the song shared by the president may have just crossed a line in the eyes of the disco group.
Shortly after the POTUS shared a fake, AI-generated video on Truth Social of former president Barack Obama getting arrested while the band’s iconic 1970s hit plays in the background, Village People shared its thoughts on the matter in a joint statement to People on Monday (July 21). “While we don’t want ‘Y.M.C.A.’ to be used for political endorsements of any kind, President Trump merely sharing a video containing our song does not meet the standard for copyright infringement,” the members said.
“However, we will attempt to find the original person or entity who posted the offensive video featuring President Barack Obama, and have such video taken down as not being endorsed by Village People, nor any of the owners of the copyright,” the group added.
In the controversial video, digital renderings of Trump and Obama sit together in the Oval Office. As faux FBI officers suddenly come into view, the twice-impeached chief of state smiles unnaturally while the Democratic politician is handcuffed and carried out of frame.
The clip — which also features a montage of Democratic party leaders repeating the phrase, “No one is above the law” — then cuts to AI-generated shots of Obama standing behind bars, wearing an orange jumpsuit. The former president has never been arrested, though the sitting POTUS is a convicted felon.
This isn’t the first time Trump has platformed misleading AI-generated content. Last August, he shared false images that led supporters to believe that Taylor Swift had endorsed him for president, something the pop star later rebuked while throwing her support behind Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.
Much like the AI materials he’s shared, “Y.M.C.A.” has also become a hallmark of Trump’s second term in the White House. The billionaire often used the track at his events and rallies leading up to his 2024 election win, and — despite previously requesting that he stop — Village People has signed off on his affinity for the song.
“The Trump campaign knew they had obtained a political use license from BMI and absent that license being terminated, they had every right to continue using Y.M.C.A.,” founder Victor Willis said in a December statement on Facebook. “The financial benefits have been great as well as ‘Y.M.C.A.’ is estimated to gross several million dollars since the President Elect’s continued use of the song. Therefore, I’m glad I allowed the President Elect’s continued use of Y.M.C.A. And I thank him for choosing to use my song.”
The following month, Village People performed “Y.M.C.A.” at the president’s pre-inauguration rally in Washington, D.C., where Trump joined the band members and danced along on stage.

Ex-Louisville Cop Brett Hankison Sentenced to 33 Months in Breonna Taylor Case

*Well, now this is a bit of a surprise. Former Louisville police officer Brett Hankison has been sentenced to 33 months behind bars. He will also face three years of supervised release. The DOJ had been pushing for a ridiculous and insulting sentence of just ONE day.
The sentencing came on July 21, 2025, after Hankison was found guilty of a civil rights violation related to Breonna Taylor’s death.
Hankison was convicted of using excessive force by firing 10 bullets into Taylor’s apartment during a failed raid in March 2020.
Though his bullets didn’t hit anyone, the jury ruled his actions deprived Taylor of her constitutional rights under federal law.
The Justice Department under the Trump administration pushed for a minimal sentence—just one day in prison.
That recommendation, signed by political appointees, argued Hankison wasn’t directly responsible for Taylor’s death.
U.S. District Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings rejected the DOJ’s request, calling it an improper response to the verdict.
She stated that no prison time was “not appropriate” considering Hankison’s reckless use of force during the raid.
Taylor’s family criticized the one-day recommendation, calling it a betrayal of justice and the jury’s decision. They believe Hankison’s sentence brings some accountability, but not enough to match the harm caused.
Taylor was a 26-year-old Black EMT who died in a no-knock raid based on a flawed warrant on March 13, 2020.
Her death became a flashpoint for racial justice protests, joining other tragic cases like George Floyd and Elijah McClain.
Several officers were involved in the raid, but Hankison is the only one convicted so far for actions during the incident.
Other officers still face federal charges over the mishandling of the search warrant that led to the deadly raid.
Some view the 33-month sentence as a small step toward police accountability in a broken system.
Others question the Justice Department’s approach and whether it tried to downplay Hankison’s responsibility.
The ruling could shape future cases involving police use of force and civil rights violations.
It also sends a message that reckless behavior—even without a direct fatal shot—can lead to federal prison time.
Breonna Taylor’s case sparked a national reckoning with race and policing in America. Even years later, her name remains a powerful symbol in the fight for racial justice and police accountability.

Tyler Perry Opens Up About Cutting Off Family and Surviving the Black Tax: “I Fired My Aunt”
On a recent episode of “Den of Kings” hosted by Kirk Franklin, Tyler Perry sat down with Franklin and rapper Jeezy to discuss the weight of success, family, and the cultural expectation known as the “Black tax.”
Perry explained that the pressure to provide for everyone pushed him to make one of the hardest choices of his life, firing almost his entire family.
The conversation started when Franklin asked a deep, personal question about navigating success while staying connected to loved ones.
That tension, Perry said, nearly broke him.
“I fired my aunt,” he admitted.
“She said she wanted a job. She would always call, ask for money. I’m like, ‘Okay.’ I was sending the money. I was like, ‘Listen, I want to help you. I want to help you build this thing, not be welfare to you.’”
But when she didn’t take the opportunity seriously, missing work and calling in without notice, Perry had to let her go.
“You want me to hand you the money, but you don’t want to work for it. See, that doesn’t work for me,” the filmmaker explained.
Perry said he applies that same tough-love mindset to his 10-year-old son
“There’s certain things that he wants. He has to do chores and work for it. I don’t believe in giving us things that are just going to handicap us. That is the worst thing you can do,” he explained.
The turning point came after his mother passed away in 2009. He said, “I sent all of them letters saying, ‘Listen, you got 60 days to become gainfully employed because I’m not going to keep supporting you like 100 percent.’”
According to Perry, every single family member found a job.
“It wasn’t even jobs where they’re making a lot of money, but it was something for them to do to feel some pride in. That’s the same thing I would want somebody to do for me.”
This sense of responsibility, where success becomes a shared expectation among extended family, is what’s known as the Black tax. Perry called it out plainly.
It’s a tax not just on wealth, but on peace of mind. It comes in layers. For ultra-successful figures like Perry, it’s public scrutiny and community pressure. For others, it might be the expectation to pay rent, tuition, or bills for relatives simply because they made it out first.
Perry’s comments sparked an honest look at how people often judge him based on the characters he plays rather than the impact he has behind the scenes.
“People take how they personally feel about him as far as the roles that he’s played… and they kind of conflate that with who it is that he is as a person.”
He emphasized the importance of staying objective, especially for content creators and public figures.
“You have to separate how you personally feel about a person from what it is that they do and contribute to the culture and the community.”
Perry’s words reflect a reality many Black professionals quietly face. When you make it, you’re expected to carry others. But setting boundaries, even when painful, may be the only way to survive it.
