#RHOA: Kenya Moore Opens Up About Her ‘Real Housewives’ Future
“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” returned to Bravo for its 16th season earlier this year. Now, as the season is coming to a close, there are rumblings about what cast members may return. Kenya Moore recently opened up about her status with the network and whether fans can expect to see her rejoin the cast of RHOA for season 17.

Notably, Kenya Moore was intended to be a full-time cast member for the latest season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” However, her actions against Brit Eady led to the producers editing her out of most of the episodes she filmed. She was then absent for the rest of the season and not invited to the reunion.

Kenya Moore was recently on a live stream. It was then that a fan asked if she would be returning to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for season 17. She said, “As of now, no. That could change. I keep hearing a lot of different things.”
Kenya Moore continued, “You know, we had been in talks, but as of this moment, it’s a no.” It’s essential to note that Kenya has taken full responsibility for her actions that led the network to cease filming with her for season 16. Andy Cohen even read her statement at the reunion.

According to her statement, “I’m disappointed to not be a part of the #RHOA 16 reunion taping today. Please know I take full accountability for my actions and deeply apologize to all those affected, including Brittney, the cast, crew, guests, and viewers. I look forward to seeing you all back on Bravo soon.”
Please know I take full accountability for my actions and deeply apologize to all those affected including  Brittney, the cast, crew, guests and viewers. I look forward to seeing you all back on Bravo soon.

Kenya first joined the show during its 5th season in 2012. Although often considered the villain on the show, she built up a loyal fan base, which is why many were disappointed by her limited screen time during season 16.

Sources Say Filming Will Begin Soon
TV Deets is also exclusively reporting that Kenya Moore will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” The outlet heard from insiders that most of the RHOA season 16 cast is returning. They also say filming will begin near the end of August.
The outlet also says that the decision isn’t due to Kenya’s antics during season 16. Instead, they report that it’s a result of the lawsuit from Brit Eady. An insider told TV Deets, “A lot of people [here at Bravo] really like Kenya, but the lawsuit is a complete mess. She won’t be on Season 17, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s back once all of this is done.”

The source continued, “I mean, take a look at the season. Kenya dominated a lot of the conversation, and that does not go unnoticed. She is still in touch with the women, but [executives] want to see how this lawsuit plays out before making any more big moves.”

#NewMusic from Kem ‘Give My Love’

R&B veteran Kem has returned with his new single “Give My Love” via his independent label Kemistry Records.
The balmy track, helmed by Kem and Rex Rideout, is a delightful mix of neo-soul and amapiano. Passion radiates through every lyric as he sings of devoting his heart fully to his woman.

Kem’s smooth vocals float over the airy production, which together conjure a haven where two lovers can lose themselves in each other, shutting out all outside noise.
“I wanna give my love to you / When the world around is on fire / I wanna give my love to you / When the spirit’s taking us higher,” he sings.

“Give My Love” was inspired by Kem’s recent trip to South Africa, where he performed two sold-out concerts. According to press materials, “His reflection led to the creation of sounds and lyrics that reflect the embracing love and emotional connection that he felt during his experience in the Motherland.”

“Give My Love” marks Kem’s first musical release since amicably parting ways with his longtime label Motown Records. “Earlier this year, I made the difficult decision of requesting that the label I’ve loved and called ‘home’ for more than two decades, release me from my contract, and Motown graciously granted my request,” he said.

“I have now returned to my Kemistry Records label, where my musical journey and my first album, Kemistry, were born. My move back to Kemistry Records is a return to everything I love and cherish about the music-making process. I’m returning to my musical roots and to my independence as an artist, a songwriter, and an entrepreneur. Most importantly, I’m returning to the ability to musically reach out and touch my fans in a more meaningful way.”

“Give My Love” follows his 2021 EP, Full Circle, which included the No. 1 hit “Stuck On You.”

#HipHopNews: GloRilla Calls Out the Police for Arresting Her for Weed Instead of Focusing on Suspects Who Broke Into Her House
GloRilla is blasting the police for arresting her for weed instead of focusing their efforts on finding the suspects who broke into her home.
On Thursday (July 24), Big Glo broke her silence about being booked for felony drug possession after police found a bag of weed in a closet while investigating a break-in at her Forsyth County, Ga., home.

"CRAZY," she began in her tweet on X, which can be seen below. "My House got Home Invaded Saturday. While I was in Indianapolis performing for the WNBA all star game & instead of Focusing on finding the Suspects, they focus on some cannabis. 1. So no I wasn’t busted. 2. My house got robbed. 3. I wasn’t home. Long story short my house gets home invaded and Im the only one that gets arrested. So that’s tea."

According to a police report about the incident, Forsyth County deputies responded to a call about a break-in at the Memphis native's Georgia home around 1:30 a.m. on July 20. It was reported that three suspects were in the process of stealing items and fled after being shot at by someone in the home. GloRilla was not present during the incident. No suspects were located.

However, after getting a whiff of weed during the investigation, police discovered "a significant amount of marijuana" in the master bedroom closet and charged the rapper with felony possession of marijuana and possession of a schedule I controlled substance. She voluntarily turned herself in to the Forsyth County Jail on Monday (July 22). She was released the same day on a $22,260 bond.

GloRilla's attorney, Drew Findling, has released the following statement to XXL concerning the rapper's recent arrest.

"The arrest of Gloria Woods is a disturbing window into how warped law enforcement priorities have become," the statement reads. "Ms. Woods was out of town when her residence became a target for a group of home invaders who most likely knew she wasn’t there. What they didn’t know was that she had family staying with her that were traumatized by the violent entrance of this group, who grabbed high-value jewelry before taking off once they realized the home wasn’t vacant.

"When her family members did the right thing and called law enforcement, instead of investigating the violent home invasion and theft at Ms. Woods’ home, they instead sought a search warrant when they spotted what they believed was a small amount of marijuana,"  Law enforcement then sought arrest warrants for her even though she hadn’t been at her home for some time. No arrest warrants have been issued for the violent home invaders. Ms. Woods is a victim, not a suspect. This is our tax dollars at work, absolutely unbelievable."
The Forsyth County Sheriff's Department has released the following statement about Glo's arrest.
"The homeowner is a victim of a serious crime, and we are committed to bringing the suspects to justice," said Sheriff Ron Freeman. "At the same time, we must continue to uphold and enforce the law in all aspects of this case."

UK police charge actor Micheal Ward with rape and sexual assault

British actor Micheal Ward has been charged with rape and sexual assault, police said Friday. The 27-year-old faces two counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault, the Metropolitan Police force said. The charges relate to one woman and the offenses reportedly took place in January 2023.

Ward denied the charges and said in a statement that he has “full faith” that his name will be cleared in court. He’s due to appear at London’s Thames Magistrates’ Court on Aug. 28.
Ward has appeared in films including “Blue Story,” “The Book of Clarence” and the recently released American political satire “Eddington.”

In 2020, he won the Rising Star award at the British Academy Film Awards, or BAFTAs. He was nominated for an acting BAFTA for Sam Mendes’ “Empire of Light” and for a BAFTA television award for the Steve McQueen-directed series “Small Axe.”

Beyoncé’s Delivers $3M To California Wildfire Victims
Beyoncé delivered more than just music to Southern California this year—her BeyGOOD foundation helped funnel over $3 million in direct relief to victims of the devastating Eaton Fire and other Los Angeles-area wildfire
The multi-pronged effort included cash grants, wellness events, clothing donations, and even tickets to Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” Tour.

The support came as part of a larger response from the music industry, which rallied behind the FireAid benefit concert that raised a staggering $100 million just weeks after the fires scorched the region.
The Eaton Fire ignited on January 7 near Eaton Canyon in Los Angeles County. Fed by Santa Ana winds that reached 100 mph, the blaze tore through more than 14,000 acres.

Seventeen people lost their lives, over 9,400 buildings were destroyed and more than 100,000 residents were forced to evacuate from cities including Pasadena and Altadena.
The fire, which burned for 24 days before being fully contained on January 31, also damaged water systems and disrupted schools and science facilities.
Southern California Edison is currently under investigation, with lawsuits alleging the utility’s power lines sparked the fire.
The BeyGOOD Foundation continues to coordinate with community groups to distribute remaining funds and support long-term recovery.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner Death: Police Clarify Daughter Wasn’t in Water During Drowning

Costa Rican officials are providing new details that clarify the timeline of events that lead to Malcolm-Jamal Warner's death on Monday, July 21. He was 54.
In a new statement obtained by PEOPLE on Thursday, July 24, Costa Rica's Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) told PEOPLE that Warner's daughter was not in the water with him when he drowned.

"Mr. Warner was playing with his daughter at the seashore at one point. He then left her out of the water, and he and a friend of his entered the sea," the statement, translated from Spanish to English, read.
"It was at that moment that they were swept away by the current, and the friend managed to get out," the statement continued. "However, Mr. Warner was unable to get out and was pulled out by several people on the beach. He received care from Red Cross officials, but was pronounced dead at the scene."

The OIJ previously confirmed to PEOPLE that Warner's cause of death was ruled "asphyxiation by submersion." Warner's body was formally identified by the Costa Rican National Police and will be "removed from the Judicial Morgue by a funeral service company hired and authorized by Mr. Warner's family," the office said.
Dr. Mauricio Solano Corella, Medical Director for the Talamanca Health Area, previously confirmed that a 29-year-old man from Nicaragua was at the scene attempting to rescue Warner.

The man was "treated, found to be stable and was discharged without complications," Dr. Corella told PEOPLE in a statement.
The investigation remains ongoing. Warner is survived by his wife and his daughter.
Warner was best known for his role as Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show. His other credits include The Resident, Community, Malcolm & Eddie, Major Cimes and 9-1-1. He also co-hosted the podcast Not All Hood with his friend, Candace Kelley.

"His other biggest mission, besides his family, was just being a good person," Kelley told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview published on July 24. "He wanted to be remembered like that; he has said that, he just wants to be remembered as a good person, and by all accounts, he's got that down. He really did. That was really sincere."

Keith David is reprising his role as President Curtis for a new spinoff series!
The 69-year-old actor will star in the upcoming Rick & Morty spinoff, centered around his character, which was just announced on Friday (July 25) at the Rick & Morty panel at 2025 Comic-Con.

“President Curtis has always been a blast to play,” Keith shared in a statement. “Getting to explore his world more deeply in this new series is a dream. I can’t wait for fans to see what kind of chaos he stirs up when Rick isn’t around to steal the spotlight.”
The upcoming series is co-created by Rick & Morty executive producers Dan Harmon and James Siciliano.
“President Curtis has always been one of our favorite characters to write — he’s the only person in the multiverse who can go toe-to-toe with Rick and still hold office,” they shared in a joint statement. “Now we finally get to go on sci-fi missions from Curtis’ point of view. And with Keith David leading the charge, it’s going to be a wild ride.”

The rest of the world the team has fleshed out is super fun and totally stands on its own. We can’t wait for you to see it.”

Also set to star in the forthcoming series are Stephanie Beatriz and Jim Rash.

Marlon Wayans Honors Hulk Hogan Amid Backlash Over Late Wrestler’s Racist Past: ‘Iconic, Far From Perfect, Flawed As Hell’
Marlon Wayans took to Instagram to honor wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, sharing a touching and honest tribute.
“The Hulkster. Iconic, far from perfect. Flawed as hell… but you and Macho Man were my favorite wrestlers,” he wrote. Wayans reflected on Hogan’s complex legacy, acknowledging both admiration and humanity. “I hope y’all leg locking or piledriving each other in the afterlife,” he added, referencing Hogan’s longtime wrestling partner and rival, Randy “Macho Man” Savage.

Wayans also shared a spiritual note, writing, “Glad you found Jesus before you passed. And I hope that gave you peace.” He closed with Hogan’s signature catchphrase: “Rest well ‘brother.’”
The Hulk passed away this week and many only took a moment to revisit his racist past and remarks.

What are your thoughts on Marlon’s comments?

Trump Admin Says TikTok Will ‘Go Dark’ If China Doesn’t Give Up Control Before Sept. 17 Deadline

TikTok might be on its way out. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick made it clear during an interview with CNBC that TikTok will be banned in the U.S. unless its parent company, ByteDance, cuts ties with China. “We’ve made the decision. You can’t have Chinese control and have something on 100 million American phones,” Lutnick said. “Then TikTok is going to go dark.”

The pressure comes from a 2024 law passed by Congress that gives TikTok until September 17 to be sold or face a ban. The law followed growing fears that the Chinese government could access U.S. user data or manipulate what Americans see on the app.

President Donald Trump has already extended the deadline three times since taking office in January, saying last month that a group of “very wealthy people” are ready to buy TikTok’s U.S. business. But so far, no names have been revealed.

A fifth housekeeper accuses Smokey Robinson of sexual harassment and battery
A fifth housekeeper has come forward to file a police report claiming sexual harassment and battery at Smokey Robinson’s former palatial estate in suburban Los Angeles.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ, the unidentified woman filed the report with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Malibu-Lost Hills precinct. All five women have filed reports with the LASD.
Robinson is now under criminal investigation
Robinson is already facing a defamation lawsuit filed by four former housekeepers who previously accused him of sexual assault. The lawsuit stems from the housekeepers’ claims of sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, and a hostile work environment, which they say led to emotional distress and financial hardship.

The former lead singer of the Miracles denies these allegations and has countersued, claiming the accusations are part of an extortion attempt.
The women claim that Robinson’s wife contributed to the assaults
Four former housekeepers’ legal documents claim that not only did Robinson sexually assault them repeatedly, but that his wife allegedly created a hostile work environment when they lived in Encino, Calif., about 20 miles west of Los Angeles.

After filing the lawsuits, the four women then filed a police report. Robinson is now the subject of a criminal probe by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Special Victims Bureau.

Robinson’s attorney categorically denies the women’s claims
Robinson’s attorney, Christopher Frost, told TMZ that this is a strategic shakedown orchestrated by the five women.
“It’s not surprising to us that in the context of very public allegations by the four interconnected Jane Does and their shared attorneys, no matter how untrue, news like this might emerge. It’s one of the risks of being a celebrity, that others will take the same approach,” Frost said.

“Our focus is on exposing the falsity of the Doe lawsuit, where the Does and their lawyers have taken a hit and run approach — making allegations against a beloved 85-year-old cultural icon and subsequently refusing to reveal their identities or unequivocally sit for a deposition, where the truth can actually be determined.”

The Motown singer and songwriting legend — who penned some of the biggest hits in the label’s history — only became the subject of a police investigation after the women filed a $50 million suit, according to Frost.

Sterling K. Brown’s message to Dark Skinned Black Women turns heads across Hollywood

Sterling K. Brown’s latest revelation has sent shockwaves through Hollywood’s corridors. The Emmy-winning powerhouse, celebrated for his commanding performances, revealed his deliberate practice of casting dark-skinned Black women as his romantic counterparts on screen. This calculated decision transcends personal preference — it represents a direct challenge to entertainment’s deeply entrenched beauty hierarchies.

The actor’s commitment emerges from an acute awareness of how beauty standards operate within and beyond Hollywood. Brown acknowledges that lighter skin tones frequently receive preferential treatment in casting decisions, a reality that has shaped the industry’s romantic narratives for generations. His response involves actively dismantling these biases through every project he touches.

Hollywood’s colorism problem runs deeper than most industry insiders care to admit. For decades, casting directors have perpetuated Eurocentric beauty ideals that position lighter complexions as more desirable, more marketable, more worthy of love stories. Brown’s stance directly confronts this systemic prejudice.
By exclusively partnering with dark-skinned actresses in romantic roles, he forces audiences to reconsider their conditioned preferences. Each on-screen kiss, each tender moment, each declaration of love becomes a political statement wrapped in entertainment. The impact reverberates through living rooms across America, challenging viewers to examine their own biases.

This isn’t performative progressivism. Brown’s choices reflect a deeper understanding of representation’s psychological impact on marginalized communities. His work creates space for beauty standards that celebrate rather than exclude.
Brown’s message resonates particularly strongly because he addresses an often-unspoken dynamic within Black communities. He recognizes that Black women frequently feel overlooked by Black men, particularly in romantic contexts. His public acknowledgment of this painful reality sets him apart from peers who prefer safer talking points.

The actor wants dark-skinned women to know that SKB — his initials have become a shorthand for solidarity — sees them fully. This recognition extends beyond mere visibility. It encompasses desirability, worthiness, and the fundamental right to occupy romantic lead roles traditionally reserved for others.

His casting decisions send clear signals: dark-skinned Black women deserve love stories. They deserve to be pursued, cherished, and centered in narratives about romance and partnership. Through his work, Brown affirms what Hollywood has long denied.
The ripple effects of Brown’s stance extend throughout Hollywood’s ecosystem. Casting directors take notice when A-list actors make explicit demands about their scene partners. Writers craft different stories. Producers reconsider their assumptions about marketability and audience preferences.

Young actresses watching Brown’s projects see possibilities previously denied to them. They witness dark-skinned women being loved loudly and proudly by successful, attractive partners. This visibility shapes career aspirations and self-perception in profound ways.
The conversation Brown has initiated forces uncomfortable reckonings across the industry. Other actors face implicit pressure to examine their own casting choices. Directors must consider whether their romantic pairings perpetuate or challenge existing hierarchies.

While Brown‘s individual commitment matters tremendously, systemic change requires broader participation. The entertainment industry must interrogate its role in perpetuating colorist beauty standards that cause real-world harm. From skin-bleaching products to employment discrimination, the preference for lighter skin creates cascading consequences.
Media representation shapes cultural values in ways both obvious and subtle. When dark-skinned women consistently see themselves excluded from love stories, it reinforces societal messages about their desirability and worth. Brown’s consistent casting choices provide a counter-narrative that challenges these destructive patterns.

His approach demonstrates how established artists can leverage their influence for meaningful change. Rather than offering empty platitudes about diversity, Brown takes concrete action that creates opportunities and shifts perceptions simultaneously.
The path forward requires collective commitment from Hollywood’s power brokers. Production companies must examine their casting practices. Networks need to support projects centering dark-skinned women in romantic leads. Streaming platforms should invest in stories that challenge rather than reinforce existing biases.

Brown’s advocacy implicitly challenges his peers to move beyond rhetoric toward action. Which actors will follow his lead? Who will continue perpetuating exclusionary practices through their silence or complicity? The spotlight he has created illuminates both progress and continued failures.

As audiences increasingly demand authentic representation, Brown‘s stance positions him at the forefront of necessary change. His work demonstrates that challenging beauty standards doesn’t require sacrificing commercial success or artistic integrity.
Sterling K. Brown’s message reverberates far beyond Hollywood sets. By consistently casting dark-skinned Black women as romantic leads, he participates in redefining beauty standards that have excluded too many for too long. His commitment transforms each project into an act of resistance, each love scene into a declaration that all Black women deserve to see themselves desired and cherished on screen. In an industry built on dreams, Brown insists on making space for every shade of beauty to flourish.

Sean Kingston's Mother Has Open Warrants in California
Last week recording artist Sean Kingston's mother, Janice Turner, was sentenced to five years in prison after her conviction on fraud charges in Miami

I received a tip that Janice is facing more charges out of California...Janice Turner—better known as “Mama Kingston” and the mother of celebrity singer Sean Kingston was sentenced by federal authorities to five years in prison.
During the course of federal discovery, it was revealed that both Janice Turner and her son, Kisean Anderson (professionally known as Sean Kingston), have an active warrant in Van Nuys, California, for an unrelated grand theft case involving over $100,000. This alleged theft took place at their Encino residence, where they reportedly received a jewelry delivery and provided a fraudulent bank wire in return.

Notably, this California incident was not included in the federal indictment, meaning they will still need to face the state court system. Since state sentences typically begin after federal sentences are served, it is possible that Janice Turner could remain incarcerated for the rest of her life.

Judge Orders Shannon Sharpe to Retain Video Evidence

Last week retired pro football player Shannon Sharpe settled the $50 million civil lawsuit filed against him by an ex girlfriend accusing him of sixual battery

Now Shannon has been ordered to retain evidence from that case, for the case filed by another ex
According to The Sun A JUDGE presiding over a case against ESPN star Shannon Sharpe has demanded that the star's rxpe accuser not destroy a six tape to preserve evidence in a second lawsuit.
The order covers all copies of a six tape involving Sharpe and his accuser, an OnlyFans model referred to as Jane Doe, who settled her $50 million lawsuit with the famed sportscaster on Friday.
The judge's order on the six tape stems from a lawsuit filed by another woman who has accused Sharpe of rxpe, Michele Evans, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

In the order, Evans demanded that Doe, Doe's attorney Tony Buzbee, Sharpe, and anyone else with a copy of the recording refrain from destroying the alleged six tape.
On Tuesday, the judge in the case ruled in favor of Evans and ordered that the tape and any other recordings between Sharpe and Doe be preserved.
The tape, which Doe's attorney Tony Buzbee previously called "key evidence," purportedly shows Sharpe and Jane Doe engaged in six acts.
The existence of the tape was initially disclosed publicly by the sportscaster himself just days after Jane Doe's lawsuit was filed in Las Vegas in April.
Evans included an email she sent Jane Doe's attorney specifically demanding that the tape not be destroyed in her request to the court.

"I am writing to place you on formal notice that you are in possession of evidence that is or may be relevant to ongoing or anticipated litigation involving Shannon Sharpe," Evans wrote.
"Specifically, I have reason to believe that you possess video or audio recordings that depict or relate to Mr. Sharpe’s interactions with [Jane Doe], which may be central to claims raised in existing or forthcoming legal actions."
Evans' letter to the attorney continued: "You are hereby directed to preserve and not destroy, alter, conceal, overwrite, or otherwise tamper with any and all materials in your possession, custody, or control that may relate to the matters described above."

Disgraced gay ex-congressman George Santos starts his seven-year prison sentence
Disgraced former congressman George Santos has said farewell to his diminishing list of fans a day before he is set to go to prison for over seven years.
The 37-year-old former New York Republican bid farewell to his “messy” political career in a social media post the day before he is set to serve 87 months in jail for wire fraud and identity theft.
“Well, darlings… The curtain falls, the spotlight dims, and the rhinestones are packed,” he said in the post. “From the halls of Congress to the chaos of cable news, what a ride it’s been!”

Santos continued by claiming that his career had been “glamorous.” The former congressman, who lied about many of his credentials to get into office, including that he was a Wall Street alumnus and that his mother died during 9/11, further claimed he had tried to be honest “most days.”

“To my supporters: You made this wild political cabaret worth it,” he continued. “To my critics: Thanks for the free press.
“I may be leaving the stage (for now), but trust me legends never truly exit. Forever fabulously yours, George.”
After becoming the first out gay politician to be expelled from US Congress in December 2023, Santos pleaded guilty to 23 federal felony crimes, including aggravated identity theft and wire fraud.

US district judge Joanna Seybert sentenced Santos to seven years and two months in jail in April and ordered him to pay a combined $578,753 (£430,184.21) in restitution fees to his victims.

Speaking immediately after sentencing, US attorney John Durham said Santos had finally been held accountable for the “mountain of lies, theft, and fraud he perpetrated.”
George Santos surrendered on Friday (25 July) to face his more than seven-year prison sentence. Santos told his followers prior to sentencing that he plans to request solitary confinement while in jail.

Quinta Brunson Teases Abbott Elementary Season 5: 'Philly Sports Fans Will Be Happy'

Quinta Brunson says season 5 of Abbott Elementary is going to feature a special surprise!
The Abbott Elementary cast appeared at San Diego Comic-Con where they teased season 5 of the series. Although the 35-year-old star and creator of the show kept quiet about potential guest stars, Quinta did tease one exciting surprise coming up in the next season.

“You can expect us to be filming at a live event,” Quinta shared but said that she couldn’t tell the audience anything other than that. She went on to tease one more detail of the live event and said that it’s something that will be very unique to the city the show is set in.

“But I do think that Philly sports fans will be very happy,” Quinta teased and then added, “Sports fans in general.”
It wouldn’t be the first time that Abbott Elementary has involved a Philadelphia sports team in the show if they film at a live sporting event. Most recently, Philadelphia Eagles players Jalen Hurts, Jason Kelce, and Brandon Graham made guest appearances on the season 3 career day episode of Abbott Elementary.

RFK Jr. Set to Fire Entire Panel Behind Free Cancer Screenings and HIV Meds
Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is reportedly considering removing all 16 members of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, a group that influences which preventive services like cancer screenings and HIV prevention drugs are covered at no cost under the Affordable Care Act.

“No final decision has been made on how the USPSTF can better support HHS’ mandate to Make America Healthy Again,” said HHS spokesperson Andrew Nixon in a statement Friday.
Earlier this month, Kennedy raised eyebrows when he abruptly canceled a task force meeting on heart disease prevention without explanation. The Wall Street Journal first reported the potential overhaul.

The task force has faced criticism from conservative groups for recommendations such as its “A” grade for PrEP, an HIV prevention pill. That decision led to a legal challenge that went to the Supreme Court, which upheld the ACA requirement for free preventive services.
In June, Kennedy replaced all 17 members of another advisory group on vaccines, appointing several well-known vaccine critics. It’s unclear which services or recommendations Kennedy aims to target next.
