#RHOBH:Garcelle Beauvais is ‘Thriving’ After RHOBH Exit
The Season 14 Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion was Garcelle Beauvais’ swan song. During a contentious reunion, Garcelle walked off, refusing to take the cast photo. Notably, no one followed her off-stage. And it was a shocker that her supposed best friend, Sutton Stracke, didn’t follow Garcelle.
During the reunion, Garcelle made it clear that she felt that she was being attacked and that no one had her back. She told the cameras in her dressing room, “Everybody jumped on me, and I felt I was on an island by myself. I don’t trust them, and they obviously don’t like me,” she added.
Garcelle chatted with Entertainment Tonight on the 2025 Emmys red carpet. So, what has she been doing since departing RHOBH? Staying busy, of course! “I am thriving,” Garcelle said with a laugh. “I am thriving. It’s been really, really fun to just work on projects that I want to work on … I’m developing shows. I’m starring in shows, and it’s just been really fantastic.” She added, “And I get to spend more time with my kids, although they are both driving, and I don’t get to do that anymore.”
When asked if she missed filming for RHOBH, Garcelle replied, “No, not really.” Well, she unfollowed all the main cast members, including her former bestie, Sutton. However, she still follows Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly, who are friends of the cast.
And if you were hoping to see Garcelle as a devious, cloaked evil-doer on The Traitors, you may be disappointed. “You know, I’ve been asked. I don’t like to hike. I don’t like bugs,” Garcelle explained. “Like, can I just sit somewhere and have bonbons?”Bravo Drops Ladies of London Reboot Teaser: ‘The New Reign’
There’s a lot going on across the pond, it would seem. Fans in the United States were initially upset they wouldn’t be getting The Real Housewives of London in the US. But it looks like US fans have nothing to fear because the Ladies of London reboot is coming, and Bravo just dropped the new teaser.
Bravo first confirmed the return of Ladies of London last May. The reboot is called Ladies of London: The New Reign. While there is no confirmed list of participants for the show yet, producers have promised a new wave of British blue bloods, American expats, and powerful socialites. Perhaps even a cameo or two by OG Caroline Stanbury, who is now part of The Real Housewives of Dubai?
According to the news, this unique group of ladies showcases what it means to be a woman of status in one of the most iconic cities in the world. And to be fair, the trailer already looks iconic.
The teaser is a mix of purple and pink hues. It cuts between shots of famous London landmarks and symbols, and shots of the cast (without their full faces) swishing both hair and dresses fabulously. The shots also feature more than one really low-front-cut dress.
It concludes with shots of a pink and purple-hued tea service set, accompanied by the words, “Over here, the tea hits different.” And then the words “Coming soon.”
The video is captioned, “Spilling tea just happens to be our specialty. Ladies of London: The New Reign coming soon.” There is no indicator of how soon is soon, but it’s definitely exciting. Fans have been wanting to see this show back since it went off the air in 2017.
As for tea, it looks like it’s already started spilling. Ladies of London alum Juliet Agnus commented on the teaser and said, “LOL, the announcement drops on the day my episode of Real Housewives of London airs on Hayu. Coincidence?”
Maybe or maybe not. Either way, despite being similar, there is no reason why RHOLDN and Ladies of London can’t co-exist. At the very least, we’re about to get some juicy London drama!
The original Ladies of London is available to stream on Peacock.

#HipHopNews: Consequence Suggests That Kid Cudi Ruined Kanye West & Drake's Collab Album
Consequence seems to be referencing the beef that Kid Cudi started with Drake back in 2016, which Kanye West wasn't a fan of.
Back in 2016, there some mild to medium rumblings that Drake and Kanye West were working on a collaboration album. That storyline surfaced after the former assisted the latter songwriting wise on The Life Of Pablo. After that, per an article from GQ, subsequent billboards and onstage performances further built excitement.
However, it didn't really get past rumors and things faded from there. But according to loyal Kanye West defender Consequence, there's one man to blame for it never materializing. In a tweet caught by Kurrco, Consequence suggested that Kid Cudi is the one we should all be pointing the finger at.
"And the reason we didn’t get this Game Changing project… Is because a Kid… Needed to see Ghosts smh." He continues, "So he got bro to take Pills and rant on stage which landed him in the Pysch ward. More Triggering Truth To Tell." Alongside this tweet is an image of Drake and Kanye with the caption that says, "That verse is crazy."
Based on his choice of words, it seems like Consequence is saying that Kid Cudi and Kanye's KIDS SEE GHOSTS joint project that eventually arrived in 2018 blocked us from whatever Drake and Ye allegedly had cooking.
The rant aspect refers to when the Chicago rapper ended a Sacramento TLOP tour stop early after going on an extended diatribe. In it, he targeted Drake, DJ Khaled, Hillary Clinton, and more.
It's worth noting that around this time, Drake and Kid Cudi began beefing with one another. The latter was the one to start it after some tweets for The Boy. They themselves were a byproduct of the Meek Mill and Drizzy beef where the former accused the latter of using ghostwriters.
Cudi backed Mill tweeting, "Everyone thinks they're soooo great. Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them." He added, "My tweet[s] apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever."
Kanye was upset with Cudi for that for a bit, but eventually got over it. However, Canada's own didn't, and he decided to drop maybe the most controversial diss track in recent memory, "Two Birds, One Stone." In it, he dissed the Cleveland native for his drug addictions and mental health, which many thought was a low blow.
"You were the man on the moon / Now you just go through your phases / Life of the angry and famous / [...] / Still never been on hiatus / You stay xann'd and perk'd up / So when reality set in, you don't gotta face it."
Overall, it seems Consequence is referring to this past quarrel as the reason why Drake and Ye never got to work like the latter did with Cudi. It's also kind of out nowhere, so it will be interesting to see where this goes.

Lil Nas X was arrested in late August after walking around Los Angeles late at night in his underwear and then eventually in the nude.
Lil Nas X sounds like he's getting the help needs as he continues to rebound from his shocking arrest last month. The Georgia rapper and singer, born Montero Hill, is undergoing inpatient treatment somewhere out of California which is where he was handcuffed.
What's also undisclosed is what the "INDUSTRY BABY" artist is receiving around-the-clock care for. This update was revealed earlier today during his scheduled pre-trial hearing, per Rolling Stone. "Defendant is allowed to remain out of state as long as he remains in treatment," Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Shellie Samuels said.
She adjusted the conditions of Lil Nas X's release to comply with his inpatient care. If his "treatment changes, and he becomes outpatient, then we’ll talk," she said. Elsewhere, Judge Samuels added that the superstar's next court date will be in November.
Afterwards, Lil Nas X's lawyer, Drew Findling, who's also working with Lil Durk is his case, addressed the media. "You heard the 'treatment' word. We’re doing what is best for Montero from a personal standpoint and a professional standpoint, but most importantly, for his well-being."
Findling continued, "He is surrounded by an amazing family, an amazing team of people that care about him and love him. And we’re just addressing those issues. It’s really as simple as that. He’s had a great life, and he’ll continue to have a great life. This is a bump that he’s going to get over."
If you remember, Lil Nas X was arrested during the wee hours of the morning on August 21. He was taking a stroll through L.A. first in just his underwear and cowboy boots before eventually stripping everything off.
Police arrived around 5:40 a.m. and eventually contained him after allegedly attacking the three officers. Lil Nas X was hit with four total felony charges. They included three felony counts of battery with injury on a police officer and another for resisting an executive officer.
He can face up to five years behind prison bars if convicted as charged. The multi-platinum artist did remain in jail for that weekend after, eventually posting a $75,000 bond. While Nas X did show signs of being okay, he was visibly shaken up following the ordeal.
"Your girl is gonna be OK, y’all," he said in an Instagram Story post. "OK? She’s gonna be all right. Sh*t. That was f*cking terrifying... That was a terrifying last four days. But your girl is gonna be all right."

Uh Oh? Jay-Z & Beyoncé Under Fire For Dining With Ivanka Trump & Jared Kushner
This weekend, Beyonce and Jay-Z attended the REFORM Alliance Casino Night And Gala at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City.
Countless celebrities attended the REFORM Alliance Casino Night And Gala at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City this weekend. The event was hosted by Michael Rubin and Meek Mill. It even managed to raise an impressive $20 million for criminal justice reform. Unfortunately, however, the seating chart is making headlines and raising eyebrows. This is because it's been reported that Jay-Z and Beyonce sat near Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner, per @abenaissance on X.
Other reports suggest that the two Grammy-winners sat alone in the middle of the event. While the truth remains unclear for now, they're receiving a great deal of backlash as photos from the gala continue to make their rounds online.
"Guess the Kamala endorsement was just to get good PR," one X user says. "All that campaigning for Kamala was clearly a front," someone else speculates. Others are coming to Beyonce and Jay-Z's defense, and arguing that where they sat at one event doesn't necessarily determine their political beliefs.

"Beyonce wasn't dancing her a** off while being 8 months pregnant with twins to support Hillary Clinton's campaign for you h*es to be calling her MAGA," one supporter says. “'Beyoncé is maga' the same beyoncé that attended and gave a FULL SPEECH at kamala’s rally? the same beyonce that sent a cease and desist on trump for using ‘Freedom’ on his campaign? are we crazy?" another writes.
Beyonce did make an appearance at a Kamala Harris rally in her hometown of Houston last October. She took the stage alongside her fellow Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland and delivered a short speech introducing the former Vice President.
“It’s time for America to sing a new song. Are y’all ready to add your voice to the new American song?” she asked at the time. “Let’s do this. Ladies and gentlemen, give a big, loud Texas welcome to the next president of the United States, Vice President Kamala Harris.”

ESPN's Molly Qerim exits network after nearly a decade
TV presenter Molly Qerim, who is known for hosting ESPN's First Take, will be leaving the sports network by the end of next year. The news of Qerim’s departure was broken by Sports Business Journal, which cited sources who revealed that the presenter will leave ESPN by the end of 2025.
Sports Business Journal also shared that Qerim, who has been hosting First Take since 2015, was offered a contract by ESPN, but she chose to reject it and move on.
Qerim herself addressed reports of her departure, and took to her Instagram stories to share that she was disappointed with the way the news of her leaving ESPN was broken. She wrote,
“Now that the news came out earlier than I intended, and not in the way I hoped...To my First Take family, After much reflection, I've decided it's time to close this incredible chapter and step away from First Take.”
While confirming her exit from ESPN, Qerim spoke about the highlights of her time with the network, and added,
“Hosting this show has been one of the greatest honors of my career. Every morning, I had the privilege of sharing the desk with some of the most brilliant, passionate, and entertaining voices in sports-and with all of you, the best fans in the world.”
Continuing, the 41-year-old Qerim noted,
“I'm so grateful for what this journey has given me: lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and the chance to be part of something truly special. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for welcoming me into your homes.”
According to The Spun, Molly Qerim studied communication at the University of Connecticut, where she also had a minor in business administration. Qerim first began her journey with ESPN in 2006 while working on the network’s digital and mobile operations, and in 2008, she joined the news team, as per Sports Business Journal.
Qerim then went on to work with the NFL Network and CBS Sports, according to Bleacher Report. Qerim returned to ESPN in July 2015 when she joined First Take as an interim replacement for Cari Champion. At the time, she was also being considered to take on a role as a third host for sports talk show Mike & Mike, but the move did not work out.
As an influential public personality, Qerim has been candid about her health struggles with endometriosis. She first opened up about her diagnosis in 2018, and she underwent surgery related to the disease recently, as per Sports Illustrated. She took to Instagram to share her health journey, and wrote:
“March is Endometriosis Awareness Month. I really hesitated on posting this, b/c I’m a very private person…but if I can help even 1 person…it’s worth it. Dr Kanayama, you are an answer to 12 years of prayer. THANK YOU. You are a miracle in my life, and more miracles to come.”
Qerim also provided support to fans dealing with complex health issues and urged them to stay strong, adding,
“And for anyone dealing with a health scare right now, please don’t give up…keep advocating for yourself and know you can be fully restored, regardless of what the medical report says. Better days are ahead.”
As for the next step in Qerim’s career, it remains to be seen what the host’s next endeavour will be. While Qerim did not divulge what she would be moving on to after her stint with First Take, she did ask her fans to “stay tuned.”

Lauryn Hill Stuns At NYFW With Daughter Selah Marley In Rare Appearance

Lauryn Hill made a rare appearance alongside her daughter, Selah Marley, on Sunday (September 8) at New York Fashion Week, turning heads at COS’s Autumn/Winter 2025 runway show in Brooklyn.
The Grammy-winning artist and her 26-year-old daughter arrived at the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse dressed in sleek looks from the brand’s latest collection.
Hill, 50, wore a black wool coat layered over a leather top, cinched at the waist with a belt and paired with tailored trousers. She added a pop of color with crimson gloves and a matching red hat.
Marley, a model and creative, contrasted her mother’s dark palette with a navy blazer, bright yellow heels and a feathery clutch in the same bold hue.
The event marked a rare public outing for the famously private Hill, who shares Selah with Rohan Marley, son of reggae icon Bob Marley.
The appearance comes after a busy stretch for Hill, who performed at the 2025 Essence Festival in New Orleans in July.
That performance drew attention after starting significantly late, prompting Essence organizers to clarify that “production delays caused the late start time, not the artist.”
Hill also surprised audiences at Beardfest 2025, where she joined her son Zion Marley on stage.
Hill recently showed support for Zion’s music career on Instagram, sharing a clip from his video “Premature Paradise” and writing, “Salute to my beloved son Zion Marley — grass-roots and self-funded, pushing his music out there!! Beautiful song!”

Icon Janet Jackson, to Appear on Highly Anticipated New Album by Cardi B
A legendary pop icon is joining forces with one of today’s biggest rap stars, and fans are already buzzing.
Announced on Monday afternoon, Janet Jackson is set to feature on rapper Cardi B’s brand-new album, Am I The Drama?, dropping this Friday. Jackson has been known for decades for her impact on the music industry, her electrifying performances and her influence on R&B and pop. Other collaborations in Cardi B’s record include rapper Cash Cobain, Kehlani, Lizzo, Megan Thee Stallion, Selena Gomez, Summer Walker and Tyla.
Jackson’s collaboration with Cardi B marks her first musical release in two years. In 2023, she put out a deluxe version of her 2008 album Discipline, and in 2022, she reissued a deluxe edition of her 1997 album The Velvet Rope. Before that, her most recent studio album was 2015’s Unbreakable.
This is Cardi B’s first full album since her debut record Invasion of Privacy, released in 2018, which also featured several prominent collaborations, including Bad Bunny, J. Balvin, Migos, 21 Savage and Chance the Rapper.
Although it has been seven years since the 32-year-old rapper released a studio album, she has remained active in music, releasing multiple singles and collaborations with artists such as Bruno Mars, GloRilla, Maroon 5, Shakira and more.

It was later adapted into a film in 2006 starring Beyoncé, Jennifer Hudson, Anika Noni Rose, Eddie Murphy, Keith Robinson, and Jamie Foxx. Hudson won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her breakout role as Effie White.

Tramell Tillman Becomes First Black Man to Win Emmy for Supporting Actor in a Drama
Tramell Tillman made television history by becoming the first Black actor to win Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, breaking a barrier that had persisted since the inception of the Emmys.
On Sunday (Sept. 14), a the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards, Tillman, who was nominated for his acclaimed role in the hit series Severance, emerged victorious over a stacked field of nominees.
This included Severance co-stars Zach Cherry and John Turturro, as well as Walton Goggins, Jason Isaacs, and Sam Rockwell from The White Lotus, and James Marsden from Paradise.
The category had never crowned a Black performer—until now. Tillman’s victory is not only a personal triumph but a cultural milestone, further paving the way for Black thespians in an industry still working toward inclusivity.
Tillman’s acclaimed role as Mr. Milchick in Apple TV+’s Severance captivated critics and audiences alike, with his portrayal anchoring many of the show’s most intense and psychologically complex moments. Severance itself was dominant in this year’s field, leading all series’ with 27 nominations this year.
“Do I feel a weight? No. I feel honored to join the legacy of these incredible storytellers. I’m ambitious and would love an Emmy, but I’ve learned it’s not up to me,” Tillman told Variety earlier this year. His words now ring prophetic.

Tillman’s win arrives after a historic 2021 Emmy season that saw Giancarlo Esposito, O-T Fagbenle, and the late Michael K. Williams all nominated—yet none took home the prize.
Tillman’s ascent, however, reflects more than a statistical win; it marks a turning point.
Beyond Severance, Tillman’s resume includes Dietland, Elementary, and a recent role opposite Tom Cruise in Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning. Looking ahead, he’ll star alongside Natalie Portman in Lena Dunham’s Good Sex, and has landed a secretive role in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
His Emmy win cements him not only as a standout performer of the moment but as a trailblazer whose impact will resonate for years to come.

Rick and Morty Confirms Its Comic Series' End
Earlier this week, Oni Press released an ominous teaser for its long-running Rick and Morty comic book series (Oni Press has been doing Rick and Morty comic books for over a decade now) with Rick and Morty just encountering "The End." Fans naturally were quite concerned, and now, Oni Press is revealing what it all means, but it appears as though this actually WILL mean an actual end for Rick and Morty at Oni Press.
First, though, there will be a miniseries titled Rick and Morty: The End by writer Daniel Kibblesmith and artist Jarrett Williams, that will run for six issues, beginning in December. What comes next, though, is a lot harder to say.
Currently at Oni Press, Kibblesmith is heading up a massive crossover event called Rick and Morty Versus the Universe, where Rick and Morty have angered their old universe as well as the CURRENT universe they live in (known as the Parmesan Universe because everything is the same except that people pronounce "Parmesan" as "par-mee-zee-an")
Oni Press describes the new series as follows:
Rick Sanchez, the most wanted man in this and every other universe, is on the run. With a bounty on his head, every government, military, pirate, mobster, bounty hunter, bail bondsman, religious institution, theater troupe, circus clown, and endangered species is on the hunt to bring in Rick – DEAD OR ALIVE. The only one who can bring Rick in warm is the one person who knows him best: Morty Smith. But Morty’s not the only Smith hot on Rick’s trail . . . "Space Beth" Smith is determined to bring Rick in, and she doesn’t particularly care how. Now it’s just a question of who can get to him first…!
While this certainly sounds like a cool story, it also doesn't sound all that different from a lot of Rick and Morty's past adventures, just perhaps on a bit of a larger scale. However, Oni Press' press release for the story also included a line that does sound particularly ominous still.
THIS TITLE IS NOT SOME KIND OF ARTFUL METAPHOR, FOLKS! After 10 years and 100+ issues, the beginning of THE END starts here as acclaimed writer Daniel Kibblesmith (Loki) and artistic annihilator Jarrett Williams (Speed Force) prepare to unleash a fantastically fatal finale for RICK AND MORTY!
If the title is, in fact, not a metaphor, then this appears to suggest that Rick and Morty might be ending its license at Oni Press after over a decade. We'll only know for sure, though, when this series comes to an end.
Rick and Morty: The End #1 is due out on December 3, 2025.

25 years later: 'Girlfriends' cast reunites for a celebration that warms the heart
If you were a teen in the early 2000s, "Girlfriends" was more than just a comedy; it was therapy, laughter and Tuesday nights on the couch.
Reggie Hayes, who played William, the beloved friend and confidant to the women in the show, recently shared a photo collage with Persia White, Golden Brooks, Jill Marie Jones and creator Mara Brock Akil.
The internet went crazy in the best possible way. The reunion that melted our hearts
On September 11, Hayes posted images from a dinner at the legendary Chateau Marmont, captioning the moment: “It was a grea(t) night at the Chateau Marmont getting to see the old gang. Everybody was looking great and feeling happy. Happy 25th anniversary.”
Yes, the spelling wasn’t perfect, but the vibe was immaculate. The evening was filled with nostalgia as the cast reminisced about their times on set over candlelight and shared heartfelt toasts celebrating not just their iconic show but their enduring friendship.
The warm ambience of the restaurant, along with shared laughter and stories, made it a night to remember for everyone present.
Seeing them back together, Lynn (White), Maya (Brooks), Toni (Jones), plus Brock Akil, who gave us those sharp edges and soft moments of "Girlfriends", felt like looking into a time capsule.
The kind you open expecting dust and silence, but instead, find warmth, laughter, inside jokes, and old magic.
Fans were quick to comment things like: “Watching 'Girlfriends' in your 30s hits so different. We need this every year.”
Watching "Girlfriends" in your 30s or 40s isn’t the same as watching it in your teens. You catch more emotional nuance, the contradictions in characters, the complicated decisions that don’t have clean endings.
There was something deeply comforting in seeing these stars together living, unfiltered, still linked by something that mattered deeply to many of us.
This isn’t just a pretty photo op. It’s a milestone. "Girlfriends" premiered in 2000 and ran until 2008, spanning eight seasons. Over that time, it explored what friendship really means, balancing careers, family, heartbreak, and ambition with real, flawed characters you rooted for.
Joan Clayton (Tracee Ellis Ross) was the attorney always trying to do right; Maya Wilkes was juggling creative life and motherhood; Lynn Searcy was the free-spirited (but type-A) art lover; Toni Childs (Jill Marie Jones) was the glamorous, fierce and forgiving one.
As "Girlfriends" hits its 25th anniversary, US audiences get to relive every moment for a weekend marathon of the show.
When I watch "Girlfriends" today, everything hits a little deeper:
Friendship isn’t perfect: Disagreements, jealousy, life choices, they’re messy. And that’s okay.
Growth is slow but constant: The characters didn’t become perfect overnight. They evolved sometimes through heartbreak, sometimes through triumph.
Representation matters: "Girlfriends" was big because four Black women got to have full lives, ambitions, loves, fears, and were not defined by one stereotype. Brock Akil was doing important work behind the scenes.
Nostalgia as healing: Reuniting, remembering, it’s not just about the past. It reminds us of who we were, what we needed, and how those stories helped us feel seen.
Ellis Ross has become a powerhouse; more shows, more public voice, more style. She’s gone far beyond Joan Clayton.
Brooks, White and Marie Jones have had ups and downs, but their work in film, activism and art continues. They still carry that Maya/Lynn/Toni energy: unapologetic, complex and vibrant.
On September 11, 2025, Hayes posted images from a dinner at the legendary Chateau Marmont, captioning the moment, Happy 25th anniversary.
Brock Akil continues to break ground, creating stories on screen and off that centre black women with nuance.
This reunion photo also reminds us that friendships can last, even when life takes people in different directions. Time passing doesn’t always mean losing the spark or connection.
But more than that, it’s proof that some bonds, fictional or not, leave real marks.
Those characters shaped how we saw ourselves, our friendships, and our hopes. Seeing them together again reminds us that we mattered too.
If you’re like me and watched "Girlfriends" as a kid, rewatched episodes in university, and now look back with a new perspective, you understand.
This isn’t just a throwback. It’s a celebration, a reminder, and an invitation to rewatch, reflect and maybe reconnect with people who mattered in our own stories.
