#RHOA: Peter Thomas slams ex-wife Cynthia Bailey from jail after helping build $17 million fortune
Peter Thomas might be behind bars, but he’s definitely not staying quiet. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta husband just used a prison phone call to vent about his ex-wife, Cynthia Bailey, and the gloves are off.
In a new appearance, Peter claims Cynthia hasn’t checked on him at all since he reported to federal prison and hints that their history is way more financially intertwined than fans ever knew.
Now Bravo watchers are debating loyalty, divorce etiquette and whether Cynthia really owes her ex anything at this point. Let’s unpack what he actually said…
First, let’s cover the basic. Peter is serving an 18-month federal sentence after pleading guilty to failing to pay more than $2.5 million in employment taxes for his Bar One and nightclub businesses, according to People.
He reported to a federal facility in Miami in 2025 and also faces two years of supervised release plus millions in restitution once he’s out.
From inside, he’s been very present on the outside, posting messages through his team and phoning into podcasts.
In recent audio shared online, including a prison call promoted by blogger Michelle “ATLien” Brown, Peter tells listeners that Cynthia hasn’t called, emailed, written, or visited him since he went in.
He doesn’t just say he’s disappointed… he flat-out says his ex-wife “ain’t sh*” for not supporting him and even adds that if he never sees her again, “it’d be too soon.”
It’s safe to say this is a harsh shift from the friendlier tone they showed in the years right after their 2017 divorce.

So where does the “$17 million” come in? In the same conversation, Peter claims he helped Cynthia build what he calls a $17 million empire, suggesting that his Bar One storyline, hustle, and connections supercharged her earning power while she was a full-time peach-holder.
Here’s the reality check. Estimates put Cynthia’s net worth at around $2–2.5 million, not $17 million via Celebrity Net Worth.
She’s earned that through decades of modelling, more than a decade on RHOA, and businesses like The Bailey Agency School of Fashion, plus her eyewear, handbag and wine ventures.
Emotionally, Peter frames himself as the loyal ex who rode for Cynthia and is shocked she isn’t riding for him now. At the same time, Cynthia has said her life, especially her finances, actually improved after divorcing Peter, hinting that his money issues weighed her down.
As of now, she hasn’t publicly responded to this latest prison-podcast dragging and seems focused on work and sliding back into the RHOA mix in a “friend of” role.
She did take to Instagram to share some festive snaps on December 21 and wrote in the post’s caption: “Sometimes you need to be still & block out the background noise. Enjoying this quiet time of reflection, gratitude, love & peace. Happy Holidays to all!”

One of South Florida’s most beloved and culturally significant music festivals is back. Jazz in the Gardens (JITG) Music Festival returns to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens on March 7-8, 2026, bringing together R&B, hip-hop, soul, and contemporary Black culture for a weekend that consistently ranks among the nation’s best live-music experiences.
Now in its 19th year, Jazz in the Gardens has evolved far beyond its jazz roots, becoming a multigenerational celebration of Black music, community, and legacy. Hosted by the City of Miami Gardens and produced by the Black Promoters Collective, JITG has earned national recognition from outlets and music fans alike, while also taking home Miami New Times’ Best Music Festival honor for 2025.
This year’s headliners reflect the festival’s signature blend of nostalgia and now. Jhené Aiko will headline Saturday night, bringing her ethereal vocals and soul-baring songwriting to Miami Gardens after a buzzworthy fall tour with Chris Brown and Bryson Tiller. On Sunday, Ludacris takes the stage with a special 25th anniversary set, celebrating a catalog packed with era-defining hits and the kind of high-energy performance that’s made him a festival favorite for decades.
Also topping the bill are Nelly and Ashanti, whose early-2000s run shaped a generation of hip-hop and R&B. Together, their joint appearance promises a hit-filled, nostalgia-soaked set that taps directly into the Y2K revival currently sweeping pop culture.

#HipHopNews: Lil Baby And Lil Yachty Unite For Massive Holiday Giveback In Atlanta
Lil Baby and Lil Yachty collaborated on a toy drive that brought together over 2,000 families in Atlanta’s West End for a day of giving and celebration.
Kids received gifts like bikes, TVs, laptops and winter coats, and enjoyed festive activities including photos with Santa.
The Jones Project and The Lil Yachty Foundation continue to support youth development and community programs across Georgia.
Lil Baby and Lil Yachty closed out the holiday season by pouring back into the community that raised them. On Saturday (Dec. 20), the longtime friends brought their respective nonprofits — The Jones Project and The Lil Yachty Foundation — together for a massive Christmas toy giveaway in Atlanta’s West End, welcoming over 2,000 kids and their families for an afternoon of joy, support and celebration.
The warehouse space was transformed into a full-on winter experience. Kids lined up for photos with Santa Claus, explored holiday-themed stations, and grabbed hot chocolate before heading to the rows of gifts that stretched across the room. Families left with everything from toys and bikes to TVs, laptops, winter coats and other essentials meant to ease the season’s financial pressure. Lil Baby and Lil Yachty moved through the crowd for hours, helping parents carry items, taking pictures and making sure no child left empty-handed.
Beyond the gifts, the day doubled as a reminder of how deeply both artists are tied to their city. The Jones Project, founded by Lil Baby, continues to invest in the West End through programs that provide food, clothing, educational support and safe spaces for local families. The Lil Yachty Foundation focuses on youth development and mentorship for young people across Georgia. Saturday’s event brought those missions together under one roof, with support from community partners and local sponsors who helped make the large-scale giveaway possible.
The giveback also arrived just weeks after Lil Baby released The Leaks, a long-anticipated project that dropped on his 31st birthday. As Rap-Up previously reported, the mixtape pulls together fan-favorite snippets and unreleased tracks that circulated for years. Collaborations on the project include Playboi Carti, Lil Yachty, Young Thug, Bino Rideaux, Rylo Rodriguez, Skooly, LUCKI and Veeze.

OOOPS! Bill Clinton’s Camp Demands Full Transparency w/ Epstein Files: We Need No Such Protection’

A spokesperson for former President #BillClinton is calling on the Department of Justice to release any documents related to Clinton as part of its ongoing disclosure of files tied to convicted s3x offender #JeffreyEpstein.
In a statement issued today (Dec. 22), spokesperson Angel Ureña criticized the partial release of records, saying, “What the Department of Justice has released so far, and the manner in which it did so, makes one thing clear: someone or something is being protected.” He added, “We do not know whom, what or why. But we do know this: We need no such protection.”
The #DOJ released its first batch of Epstein-related files Friday but stopped short of publishing all records connected to federal investigations, despite requirements under the Epstein Files Transparency Act signed into law last month by President #DonaldTrump. Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said the department is reviewing materials to protect victims’ identities and plans to release potentially hundreds of thousands more documents in the coming weeks. He also denied claims of selective disclosure, stating, “There’s no effort to hold anything back because there’s the name Donald J. Trump or anybody else’s name.”
Among the materials released were photos of #Clinton with Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell and images with redacted faces. Ureña warned that if the DOJ declines to release all Clinton-related records, it would confirm concerns that officials are “using selective releases to imply wrongdoing” about individuals already cleared by the department.

Vince Zampella, video game developer behind ‘Call of Duty,' killed in Ferrari crash
Video game developer Vince Zampella, whose studios have created several of the world's best-selling games, was killed Sunday afternoon in a Ferrari crash on Southern California's Angeles Crest Highway, NBC4 Investigates has learned.
Zampella, an acclaimed figure in the video game industry, is the head of Respawn Entertainment. The prolific designer is the former CEO of video game developers Infinity Ward, the studio behind the successful "Call of Duty" franchise.
The single-car crash was reported at about 12:45 p.m. on the scenic road north of Los Angeles in the San Gabriel Mountains. The southbound Ferrari veered off the road just after exiting a tunnel, hit a concrete barrier and a passenger was ejected, the California Highway Patrol said.
The driver, Zampella, was trapped in the ensuing car fire, the CHP said. He died at the scene and the passenger died at a hospital, authorities told NBC4 Investigates. Details about the passenger's identity were not immediately available.
Details about what led to the crash off the winding forest road overlooking Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley also were not immediately available. A witness provided video of the crash involving a 2026 Ferrari 296 GTS to authorities that shows the red car slamming into the barrier just after exiting the tunnel.
The six-figure, mid-engine sports car powered by a hybrid twin-turbo V-6 is capable of 819-plus horsepower.
Zampella, 55, co-founded Chatsworth-based Respawn Entertainment in 2010. The studio was acquired by video game giant EA in 2017. Respawn Entertainment is best known for the video games "Titanfall," "Titanfall 2," "Apex Legends" and "STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order."
"He really knew how to create stories and create experiences that really hit at the heart of the human experience, whether it's terror, dread, heroism," said Washington Post video game critic Gene Park, who has met Zampella. "I think he was really able to kind of encapsulate that through the designs of the video games he made.
"He was a very, very humble person. He was very well aware of the impact that he made on people, and he never took it for granted."
Zampella also led an EA studio team based in Playa Vista behind the "Battlefield" video game franchise.
In a statement, EA called Zampella's impact on the world of video games "profound and far-reaching."
"This is an unimaginable loss, and our hearts are with Vince’s family, his loved ones, and all those touched by his work," EA said in the statement. "Vince’s influence on the video game industry was profound and far-reaching. A friend, colleague, leader and visionary creator, his work helped shape modern interactive entertainment and inspired millions of players and developers around the world. His legacy will continue to shape how games are made and how players connect for generations to come."

#SADNESS: Child Actor Tylor Chase is now homeless, Lives On Streets, What Happened To Him?

Tylor Chase grabbed the attention with his iconic role as a child actor in Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. He was born on September 6, 1989, in Arizona, USA. The actor made headlines for his acting and appeared in several projects afterward. He was MIA from the acting world for years, and in September 2025, Tylor was spotted by an influencer living on the streets.
Tylor looked unrecognisable and in torn clothes on the streets of Riverside, California. The same happened again, as recently another video went viral. Amid his unrecognisable state being the talk of the town and people being concerned about him, let's have a look at what exactly happened to the child actor, who, with his skills, once left everyone baffled.
Before we look into details about what happened to Tylor Chase, here's a stroll down his career in the glamour world. As per IMDb data, Taylor's first-ever role was in Nickelodeon’s Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, which ran from 2004 to 2007 with 3 seasons. If the reports are to be believed, he was found by ProScout. In a still-present YouTube video, the then-famous child actor Tylor Chase was seen thanking ProScout for helping him land the role of 'Martin Qwerly' in Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide.
Following this, he was seen in Everybody Hates Chris, wherein he played the role of an unnamed character. In 2007, he made his movie debut with Good Time Max, wherein he played the role of 'Adam'. After taking a break in his acting career, Tylor starred in his next and last film, L.A Noire. Following this, he was not seen in any projects and somewhat remained MIA.
A famous influencer grabbed the attention after he shared some photos and videos of Tylor Chse on September 2025. He was seen sitting on the road in tattered clothes. He was talking to people, saying that he was the child actor from Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide, and that he was auditioning for a role. Such a video sparked concerns about his health.
While nothing much is known about what happened to Tylor Chase, in a resurfaced video from 2015, he was seen expressing his hurt over people not coming to his poetry shows anymore. In the same video, he talked about suffering from BPD (bipolar disorder), and he talked about the same in his poetry. After the influencer spotted him on the street, a GoFundMe was created, which generated around 1.6 million KRW. His family revealed that the former actor doesn't need money but rather medical help.
Tylor's family also revealed that the former actor cannot afford his medicine on his own, and he is in desperate need of medical help. After the viral video of him in this state, his co-stars from Ned's Declassified, including Devon Werkheiser, Daniel Curtis Lee, and Lindsey Shaw, shared on their podcast that they were trying to do what they could to bring back their 'old friend'. In the statement, Tylor's family wrote:
"What Tyler needs is not money, but medical support. He is unable to manage his medication on his own and often loses his phone within days. Money could actually do more harm than good. He is kind and pure-hearted, but desperately needs treatment."
Big Brother alum Mickey Lee is in 'critical condition' after suffering a 'series of cardiac arrests'
Mickey Lee, who competed on season 27 of Big Brother, has been hospitalized and is in "critical condition" after suffering a "series of cardiac arrests."
Lee's friends and family detailed her condition in a GoFundMe page established on Monday to help cover the expenses incurred by this "sudden health crisis."
"Today, we're coming together with heavy hearts to ask for your support," fundraiser organizer Kori Smith noted. "Mickey recently suffered a series of cardiac arrests and is now in the ICU in critical but stable condition. She has been surrounded by medical professionals and loved ones, but the road ahead will be long and challenging.
Lee's family is asking for donations as her health emergency has left them "facing enormous emotional and financial strain from mounting hospital bills to ongoing care and recovery costs."
"Mickey has touched so many lives through her courage, bold personality, and unforgettable presence on Big Brother. Let's show her the same love and support now when she needs it most. Thank you for your generosity, prayers, and support," the page reads.
The GoFundMe has raised $12,000 of its $22,000 goal.
Originally hailing from Jacksonville, Fla., Lee currently resides in Atlanta, according to the GoFundMe. She noted her residence in Atlanta and described herself as an "event curator" during her run on Big Brother earlier this year.
Big Brother season 27 concluded on Sept. 28, with 25-year-old New York City-based attorney Ashley Hollis walking away the winner. Lee made it to day 59 before being evicted — about the middle of the pack, and one day before franchise fan-favorite Rachel Reilly was also sent home.
Though Lee didn't advance to the climactic finale, she was well-remembered by her castmates during an interview with Entertainment Weekly just days before Hollis' win. Cliffton "Will" Williams, a 50-year-old college sports podcaster who was evicted on day 66 and returned as a member of the jury that eventually chose the winner, named Lee as the one contestant voted out pre-jury that he wished he could have saved.
"Mickey for sure. Mickey and I were close in the house, and she's a good friend. We vibed a lot in the house. She was an amazing cook, and I miss that," he said

Jaylen Brown Claps Back At Hair Critics: “Residue Of A Champion”

Jaylen Brown fired back at critics with championship swagger after his hair product became the talk of the NBA.
The Boston Celtics star didn’t back down from the viral moments that had social media buzzing. Brown’s hair enhancement product left visible marks on three different opponents’ jerseys during games in October and November.
The incidents started when his hair dye rubbed off on New York Knicks player OG Anunoby’s jersey during their October 24 matchup.
Similar transfers occurred with Detroit Pistons player Ron Holland and Washington Wizards player Kyshawn George in subsequent games.
The 29-year-old Finals MVP turned the embarrassment into fuel for his championship mentality.
“They’re lucky that I left my mark on them,” Brown told People. “I should get a thank you card: You have the residue of a champion on you. You’re welcome.”
Brown began experiencing hair thinning about 1 to 2 years ago. He tried topical solutions and serums, but nothing worked effectively.
The stress of Boston’s high-pressure championship environment worsened the problem.
“It’s the high expectation to win [the championship], or the season is a failure,” Brown explained about playing in Boston. The 2024 NBA champion said being a star player means “every win and every loss has an impact.”
Barbers typically use sprays and enhancement products to smooth hairlines and conceal thinning areas. Brown’s intense playing style and physical contact during games caused these products to transfer onto opponents’ clothing.
He is turning the publicity from the humiliation into a massive business opportunity by partnering with hair growth supplement brand Nutrafol to address his thinning hair head-on. The collaboration aims to destigmatize conversations about hair loss for millions who experience similar issues.
The hair loss industry is a massive global business. The treatment market was valued at $2.49 billion in 2024 and is projected to reach $3.57 billion by 2032.
The broader hair care market hit $106.91 billion in 2024. Hair restoration services alone generated $7.52 billion in 2024, with predictions that they will grow to $34.17 billion in the coming years.
“When embarrassment, failure, loss, anything like that happens, there’s two ways you can go,” Brown said. “It can be spirit breaking, and you can go into a little shell and try to hide from it, or you can use it as fuel, get more focus, get more discipline, get more locked in, and go out and maximize your potential.”

50 Cent responds after Diddy's son threatened to 'slap the f*** outta' him in now-deleted tweet
As the long-running feud between 50 Cent and Diddy continues, the disgraced rapper's son is the latest in the Combs family on the receiving end of the 'P.I.M.P.' hitmaker's sharp tongue.
The exchange comes as 50 Cent's Netflix documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning, hit number one on the platform.
The docuseries, executive produced by 50 Cent, revisits allegations surrounding Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and reignited public scrutiny of the disgraced music mogul.
Diddy has been sentenced to more than four years in prison and handed a $500,000 fine after being convicted on prostitution-related charges.
The 56-year-old was arrested last September in New York and, following a high-profile court hearing, he was found guilty of two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution under the Mann Act.
The Mann Act (1910) criminalizes transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution, debauchery, or other immoral purposes, originally aimed at combating human trafficking and exploitation.
Judge Arun Subramanian handed down a 50-month term in October, which came three months after he was found guilty of two of the counts.
King Combs, real name Christian Combs, threatened to slap his dad's longtime rival on X yesterday (December 18).
The tweet read: "On my dad, if I ever see 50 Cent, I’ll slap the f*** outta him."
Screenshots of the post quickly circulated online before it was deleted, but by then, 50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - hit back: "Lil bro, first, close your damn mouth when you take pictures.
"I been rich 3 different times, sold records, sold shows, sold liquor, sold power. You still living off Wi-Fi and legacy. Relax."
The Netflix documentary also features explosive claims, including allegations from former Crips member Duane ‘Keefe D’ Davis, who claims Diddy offered $1 million to have Tupac Shakur and Suge Knight killed - a claim Diddy has always denied.
Other accusers allege Diddy abused his power to coerce people into sexual situations, accusations his legal team has strongly rejected.
Tensions were further fueled after reports suggested 50 Cent purposely gave an interview about the documentary to ABC so Diddy could allegedly watch it from prison.
Addressing the rumor on Instagram, he posted a screenshot of the interview and wrote: "I thought about it - what’s wrong with that?"
50 Cent has previously insisted his issues don’t extend to Diddy's children, revealing he’s worked with King and Justin Combs on his projects... but after all of his teasing, I'm not sure King wouldn't work with him again!

Beyoncé Speaks on the Groundbreaking Success of COWBOY CARTER

Back in February Beyoncé's COWBOY CARTER album won the Grammy for Album of the Year, Best Country Album and Best Country Duo/Group Performance, making her the first Black woman to win BEST Country Album [click here if you missed that].
In a rare interview Beyoncé talks about her creative process...
From Pollstar: “This was born from my love and respect for the rich country genre,” Beyoncé told Pollstar in her only interview about Cowboy Carter. “The overall intention for this tour was to celebrate American resiliency.”
Pollstar: How on earth was this extraordinary tour conceived, strategized, executed and brought to life in such mind-blowing ways?
Beyoncé: I can’t explain the reward I feel in conceiving these ideas to watching them come true. This was born from my love and respect for the rich country genre. For many years I’ve focused on preserving and celebrating the lost history of the Black cowboy. It was important to me to touch on propaganda and the World Wide Web feeling more like the Wild Wild West these days.
We showcased many aspects of my upbringing in Texas, like the salon in honor of my mother’s hair salon, I grew up in, and the saloon, honoring my great-grandfather who sold moonshine in Alabama. I was inspired by the Texas Lone Star, and the beautiful art town of Marfa. A fusion of futurism from RENAISSANCE with the golden maximalism from COWBOY CARTER. I tried to give the audience a contemporary Houston Rodeo experience. I also brought classic theater and opera into the space.
The overall intention for this tour was to celebrate American resiliency.
Cowboy Carter the album, is a masterpiece with historic implications that’s done nothing less than change the popular discourse on the history of music. Trying to create that in narrative in live space with production, choreography, costuming, back catalog is no easy feat. When and how did you and your team formulate and produce your vision in such an effective way?
I believe the stage is a piece of art; it is its own icon. We are building a living breathing, evolving organism.

I believe the stage is a piece of art; it is its own icon. We are building a living breathing, evolving organism.
I’m extremely hands on. I care deeply about every sound. We arrange and rearrange each song, visual edit, prop and choreo piece until we get it to the best place we can. I push until I feel the soul in every element. For this tour, one of the missions was for us to bend light. So, I geek out on exciting new light fixtures and new ways to rig cameras. I care about every formation and camera angle. I push our vendors and engineers to support the designs with new ways to get closer to every human in the stadium. I want everyone to have a front row seat. I always experiment with how live shows can be shot differently. I want the audience to have a cinematic experience live.
The first tour Destiny’s Child did with Wyclef Jean, we toured in a minivan and a DAT player. On a later tour in the late ’90s, we did our quick changes in a muddy tent in the rain because we didn’t have proper dressing rooms; with a hit single and no complaints, designing our own clothes because designers would not. A decade of visiting every radio station on earth advocating for ourselves.
Singing for anyone who would listen. Slowly building into being able to tour with a small band. More building until we could tour with dancers. Finally selling out my first arena as a solo artist. Investing my earnings back into the show expenses. The decades of fighting with the promoters convincing them that an R&B artist could sell out a stadium. I continued to invest in myself and stay focused on the vision.
I’m beyond grateful for my fans that have been a part of my journey. It’s important to me that they leave the show reinvigorated and inspired, feeling more in love with themselves, and closer to the people they love.
The impact of the COWBOY CARTER era on the country genre will only continue to grow. It has reinvigorated a space that now has a new audience. And in ten years, the young girls and boys who saw the show will become adults who believe they can be respected as country stars and sing whatever music they love. That makes me proud.

Charlie Kirk Video Calling Nicki Minaj a ‘Bad Role Model’ Resurfaces After Turning Point Event
A resurfaced video showing Charlie Kirk criticizing Nicki Minaj as a role model has drawn renewed attention after Minaj appeared at a Turning Point USA event with his widow, Erika Kirk, where she spoke favorably about him.
However, Charlie seemingly appears to confuse her with Cardi B as he complained about music "glorifying wet female genitalia," which is almost certainly a reference to Cardi’s 2020 hit “WAP” featuring Megan Thee Stallion.
The older video began circulating again following Minai's appearance at Turning Point’s AmericaFest event on Sunday (Dec. 21).
It remains unknown whether Charlie’s views on the Pink Friday 2 rapper changed before his death in September.
Charlie went from not knowing the difference between Jay-Z and Kanye, to texting me like this on his daily runs.
Everyone in politics was fake and gay but at least we had hip hop.
To make things even more confusing, conservative pundit Candace Owens tweeted in October about an old text message exchange she had with Charlie in March 2018 where she shared screenshots in which he praised Nicki's infamous verse on Kanye West's "Monster."
"When Nicky drops I lose my mind," reads Charlie’s text.
"She is THE best. I do my weights to that song," replied Owens.
Minaj experienced a blunder during her Q&A session with Erika Kirk, where she referred to JD Vance as “the assassin,” a term endearment she’s used before to describe the VP.
The rapper paused abruptly at the realization of her “assassin” comment, which came more than three months after Turning Point founder Charlie Kirk was shot and killed by a gunman on September 10.
After a long pause, Erika Kirk attempted to assure her, saying, “Trust me, there's nothing new under the sun that I have not heard, so you're fine. You have to laugh about it. Truly, I have been called every single thing, and you know what? God is so good. You let it roll right off your back. And this is what's so beautiful about this moment, because if the internet wants to clip it, who cares?
“I love this woman. She's an amazing woman. She has a soul and a heart for the Lord. Words are words, but I know her heart, and it doesn't even matter. And you say what you want to say, because I know your heart and I do not judge that.”

John Lennon’s Son Worries the ‘Younger Generation’ Could Forget the Beatles

Sean Ono Lennon believes one of the most influential catalogs in music history may no longer be a given for younger listeners.
In a recent interview with Anthony Mason on CBS Sunday Morning, the 50-year-old musician opened up about his growing concern that Gen Z is losing touch with The Beatles—and, by extension, the cultural impact of his late father, John Lennon.
Speaking with Mason, Sean explained that he now sees himself as part of a larger effort to keep that legacy visible. While the music remains widely available, he said cultural memory isn’t automatic. “I’m just doing my best to help make sure that the younger generation doesn’t forget about The Beatles and John and Yoko,” he said, describing the role as both personal and shared. “That’s how I look at it.”
What surprised Sean most was realizing that forgetting is actually possible. He pointed to a recent viral moment in which drummer Ringo Starr appeared briefly on a livestream and wasn’t recognized by the host. “Some people don’t know,” Sean said, noting that it was the first time he genuinely felt the legacy could fade.
To him, the issue goes beyond nostalgia. Sean compared The Beatles’ place in music history to how classic literature used to be taught in schools—crucial cultural work that requires intentional preservation. Without that effort, he suggested, even foundational art can slip out of collective awareness.
Sean said his motivation comes from gratitude. “My parents gave me so much that I think it’s the least I can do to try and support their legacy in my lifetime,” he said. “I feel like I just owe it to them. It’s a personal thing.”
He also described that legacy as more than chart-topping records. For Sean, it’s rooted in an approach to activism that blends conviction with humor and empathy—values championed by John and Yoko during their most outspoken years. That philosophy, he believes, still matters, especially as younger generations engage with social and political issues in new ways.
Now taking on responsibilities once handled by his 92-year-old mother, Sean acknowledged the pressure that comes with stewardship. But he views the work as necessary. “I think the Beatles’ music and John and Yoko’s legacy is something important for the world to cherish and be reminded of,” he said. “So, that’s how I see my job.”

Billy Porter Gives Encouraging Health Update Following Hospital Stay for Urosepsis

Billy Porter has shared a big update on his health! The 56-year-old Pose star shared a video on Instagram on Monday (December 22) to let his fans know how he’s been doing amid his battle with sepsis.
The actor started his video by wishing everyone happy holidays before telling everyone that he’s on the “road to a full recovery,” though not quite there yet.
“Some of you may or may not know that I was in the hospital very ill this fall with urosepsis,” Billy said. “It was not easy. It’s been a very, very challenging four months. And I want everybody to know that I am on the road to a full recovery. I’m not there yet, but I’m on the road to that.”
According to the Cleveland Clinic, urosepsis starts in the urinary tract and can quickly become life-threatening if not treated immediately.
“I wanted to thank everybody for your prayers, and your love, and sending me all the vibes. I felt every single one of them. I know that I’m alive today,” he concluded.
Back in September, Billy had to exit a production of Cabaret early due to his diagnosis.
In the post caption, he also promoted his new movie Christmas Karma, now on Amazon Prime in select locations.

Bad Bunny Won’t Be ‘Playing It Safe’ When Performing Super Bowl Halftime Show, May Wear a Dress
Boundary-pushing Bad Bunny plans to don a dress during his 2026 Super Bowl halftime show to honor Puerto Rican queer icons and generations of drag, resistance and cultural rebellion, sources say.
“He loves controversy. He lives to push envelopes,” confides a stylist involved in the Spanish-speaking rapper’s top secret fittings. “He is 100 percent going to wear a dress. A political thunderbolt disguised as couture.”
Another glam-team source chuckles: “He’s not playing it safe. The NFL has no idea what’s coming. Zero.”
While critics are already clutching their pearls, a pal whispers, “Let them complain. The dress is already being sewn.”

Kansas City Chiefs Officially Leave Missouri After Stadium Deal Collapses, New Billion Dollar Home Announced in Kansas

The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to leave Missouri after nearly six decades at Arrowhead Stadium, announcing plans for a new domed stadium across the state line in Kansas, AP News confirmed on Monday.
On December 22, 2025, the team and Kansas officials said they reached an agreement for a roughly $3 billion stadium project in Wyandotte County near the Kansas Speedway and The Legends entertainment district, paired with a larger mixed use development. Team materials and state announcements also outline additional components tied to the move, including a new headquarters and a separate training facility planned in Olathe, Kansas.
Kansas lawmakers approved a financing framework centered on STAR bonds, with reporting describing the public share as being backed by taxes generated within the development area, rather than a statewide tax increase. Coverage of the deal says the bonds could cover a significant portion of project costs, with private funding expected to make up the rest.
The Chiefs’ lease at the Truman Sports Complex in Missouri runs through 2031, and the team has indicated the new venue is targeted for the 2031 NFL season. Missouri leaders had worked to keep the franchise, but the region’s stadium debate intensified after Jackson County voters rejected a sales tax extension in April 2024 that would have helped fund Arrowhead renovations and a new Royals ballpark plan.
If the timeline holds, Arrowhead will remain the Chiefs’ home through the end of the current lease, before the franchise begins a new chapter in Kansas.
