#RHOA: Kandi Burruss Wants Todd Tucker Divorce Sealed
As things heat up in Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker’s divorce drama, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is moving to have the case sealed. It seems like she doesn’t want everyone in the world gossiping about all of the details of her marriage’s collapse. That might be good news for her family, but it’s bad news for nosy people like us.
Kandi filed for divorce on Friday, November 21. Since then, it’s been nonstop chaos in the headlines. Todd demanded physical custody of the kids and called into question their prenup’s validity. Meanwhile, Kandi opened up the Bravo vault and used clips from RHOA to support her side.

In new court documents reviewed by Us Weekly, the RHOA star’s latest legal move seeks to seal the divorce case. Kandi explained to the court that they’re “public figures working in the entertainment, television, and film industries.” According to her, it would be in the best interest of their kids, Ace and Blaze, to keep all filings, testimony, and any other evidence related to the case confidential.

Her lawyer said, “That it is in the best interests of the minor children that the proceedings and all aspects within be sealed to prevent disclosures on social media, internet, and media at large while the matter is pending before the Court and thereafter compromising the integrity of the overall proceedings.”
Todd hasn’t responded to Kandi’s request. According to his previously filed divorce docs, he’s been busy caring for their kids while their mom is out of state for work for the next few months. Stay tuned to see if they can keep this divorce out of the public eye. Either way, they seem to have a long road ahead of them.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is streaming on Peacock, along with Hayu in Canada, the UK and Ireland.

#MusicNews: Ella Mai Reveals Release Date For Her Third Album 'Do You Still Love Me?'

If you thought 2025 was a great year for R&B, 2026 is already looking promising. On Wednesday (Dec. 3), Ella Mai shared that her third studio album, Do You Still Love Me?, will be released on streaming platforms on Feb. 6.
Along with the announcement, the “Boo’d Up” singer shared the project’s official cover art, which shows her lying on a lounge chair while the camera peeks at her through a set of blinds. “My third studio album… Wow. I cannot believe we are here!” Mai wrote in the caption. “This is for the lovers, right in time for love day, and right on time for Scorpio-making season.”

Valentine’s Day — or “love day,” as Mai called it — falls about a week after the LP’s release. So far, the confirmed singles on the 14-track project are “Little Things” and “Tell Her.”
“Little Things” is one of the gems that fans received on Mai’s 3 EP, released in November 2024. The three-song drop also doubled as a celebration of her 30th birthday. “What’s important to you at 24 and what’s important to you at 30 is very different,” she told ESSENCE. “I just want to make sure whatever I put out, if I listen to it in 10 years, I’m still proud of it.”

As for “Tell Her,” the single dropped this past August. The Mustard-produced track interpolated Destiny’s Child’s Grammy Award-winning hit “Say My Name," with Mai singing, “But if your ex think she can call your phone / You better tell her you love me, put no one above me / Say my name, say my name.” Watch the music video below.
Do You Still Love Me? will arrive as the successor to Heart On My Sleeve. The 2022 album came with “Not Another Love Song,” the Roddy Ricch-assisted “How,” and “Leave You Alone.” Other artists featured on the project included Latto and Lucky Daye.

#HipHopNews: Daz Dillinger Accuses Snoop Dogg of Stealing Death Row Catalog as Snoop Fires Back
Daz Dillinger is calling out his cousin Snoop Dogg over what he describes as a major betrayal tied to their Death Row Records history. In a new series of statements, Daz claims Snoop went behind his back to copyright music he created during his time at the iconic label. He also alleges that Snoop is trying to sell a massive catalog valued at $1 billion, which Daz says includes his work without permission.

The accusations quickly drew a heated response from Snoop. The Long Beach legend fired back with sharp words, dismissing Daz’s claims and accusing him of spreading negativity.
“You got nothing to do but hate on me. In a minute, I’m going to f*** you up cuz, not physically but business wise,” Snoop said. “I know you’re broke as hell. Leave me alone. I’m serious.”

The dispute adds a new chapter to the long, complicated history within the Death Row family, where ownership, rights, and royalties have been ongoing battles since the label’s rise in the 1990s. Neither artist has offered further clarification, but the public back-and-forth has fans questioning whether the cousins can repair their relationship or if this marks a deeper divide.

Kimora Lee Simmons Says She Serves as Mom to Diddy's Twin Daughters, 18, After Kim Porter's Death

Kimora Lee Simmons is sharing the special role she plays in her late friend Kim Porter's daughters' lives.
While appearing on an episode of Today with Jenna & Friends on Wednesday, Dec. 3, the entrepreneur, 50, shared that her already big family — Simmons is a mom of five — has grown as she's become a kind of "surrogate mom" to several other kids.

"I have my kids, and then I have kids on the side," joked Simmons. "I have a stepdaughter, well, an additional daughter. I have another son, bonus son, who’s on the show, Jaden, another one who’s just been with us for many, many years. One of my friends who passed away, Kim Porter, I have all of her kids. Even though some of them at adults, but some of them are 18, twins."
When asked if they come to her, Simmons replied, "Yeah, they’re with me. I just got off the phone with them! I’m a lot of people’s mom."
Porter died in 2018. She shared her twins D'Lila and Jessie, 18, as well as sons Quincy, 33, and Christian, 26, with Sean "Diddy" Combs, who has been in jail since his September arrest on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Simmons shares son Kenzo, 16, with ex Djimon Hounsou and son Wolfe, 10, with Tim Leissner. She is also mother to daughters Aoki, 21, and Ming, 25, whom she shares with ex Russell Simmons. She welcomed Gary through adoption when he was 10 years old.

In June, Simmons shared a series of photos on her Instagram as she celebrated her son Kenzo's 16th birthday. In one photo, the teenager stood almost a head taller than his mom, wearing matching rings and a gray long-sleeve shirt.
Other snaps show Kenzo as a kid, posing with some of his siblings and spending time on the basketball courts. "Happy birthday to my 6’7” baby @kenzoklh 🥹😭🥰 I’m so proud of you for the young man that you’re becoming!" Simmons wrote in her caption.

"An amazing brother, son, friend, teammate and so much more! Mama loves you sooooo much!! Keep rising to the top! I’m right by your side every step of the way! ❤️🏀💎🏆."

Then in September, Kenzo was featured in his first modeling campaign for the clothing brand Eve. In one video, Kenzo could be seen playing basketball on a court outside and later getting into a car.
In an interview with the clothing brand Eve, Kenzo shared that one of his style icons is his own mom.
"Some fashion influences of mine would definitely be my mom, who helps me and talks to me about those types of things," said Kenzo of Simmons. "And Alton Mason, who I really look up to."

Simmons shared Kenzo's campaign photos on her own Instagram and expressed how proud she is of her son.
"So proud of my baby @kenzoklh for his first modeling campaign for @weareeve_ !!! 😍🥹 Congratulations! Mama loves you! 🏀❤️," she wrote.

The Iconic Isley Brothers Inducted Into New Jersey Hall of Fame
The Isley Brothers, the architects of soul, continue to get their flowers after six decades.
On Nov 21., The Isley Brothers were inducted into The New Jersey Hall of Fame (NJHOF) at The Rink at the American Dream mall in East Rutherford.

The Isleys were represented by Ronald Isley, 84, and Ernie Isley, 73, when they accepted the honor at the New Jersey Hall of Fame, which opened last year.
All of the inductees for the Performance category at the 2025 NJHOF include, The Jonas Brothers, David Bryan, Michael E. Uslan, and The Isley Brothers.
“New Jersey is honored to be home to so many Hall of Famers who continue to inspire us all,” said Governor Phil Murphy in a statement. “Their talent, grit, and heart reflect the classic Jersey spirit that has always set us apart. Each one of this year’s inductees reminds us that no matter where life takes us, our New Jersey roots always keep us grounded.

This isn’t the first time the legendary group was recognized in their home state. In 2021, Teaneck and Englewood held dual ceremonies to honor the Isley Brothers with a street renaming.
Originally formed in the early 1950s by brothers O’Kelly Jr., Ronald, Vernon, and Rudolph Isley, the music group’s story is part gospel, part rock & roll, and entirely historic. The group stepped into the scene with a pure fifties rock and roll debut album, in 1959.

The brothers then took on a different sound in 1983 with their album Between The Sheets and single of the same name. The Isley continued to sprinkle different genres in their discography with hits such as  “For The Love Of You,”  “Nobody But Me,” and “This Old Heart Of Mine,” and “Who’s That Lady,” among others.
The Isley Brothers continue to perform after 60 years as recording artists. In 1992 the Isley Brothers were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and they received a Grammy Award for lifetime achievement in 2014.

Burna Boy offers to pay funeral costs for young victims killed in Stockton mass shooting

Singer-songwriter Burna Boy has offered to pay funeral costs for the young victims of the Nov. 29 Stockton mass shooting that left three children and one adult dead.
The deadly shooting happened at a 2-year-old’s birthday party at Monkey Space banquet hall at 1943 Lucile Ave., near Thornton Road, in north Stockton.
The aftermath of the shooting left an 8-, 9-, 14- and 21-year-old dead. Eleven other attendees of the party were injured by gunfire.

Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, is a Nigerian artist known for Afrobeats.
Stockton Vice Mayor Jason Lee said Burna Boy was “deeply moved by the tragedy.”
Lee said the mass shooting caught the attention of entertainment executive Wack 100, who then connected him with Burna Boy.

“When I heard about the children murdered in Stockton, my heart broke,” Burna Boy said in a statement provided by Lee. “After hearing the story on The Breakfast Club, I reached out to Wack 100 and connected with Jason Lee because no family should ever face this kind of pain alone.”
He added, “I wanted to do whatever I could to support these parents as they begin the long process of healing.”
As of Tuesday, Dec. 2, the 8-year-old killed in the shooting had not been identified. However, Stockton Unified School District officials confirmed the child was a student in the district. The child’s mother also works for the district.

The 14-year-old killed was identified by his mother as Amari Peterson of Modesto.
Peterson’s mother said the family was not from Stockton. They were attending the party but left the venue without their child.
"We were just at the wrong place at the wrong time," Peterson's mother said. "Who would have known my baby wasn't gonna come home with me?”

Lee said Peterson was a student-athlete with a 3.8 GPA. He added that the child’s strong faith and bright future left a profound impact.
In response to Burna Boy’s offer, Lee said, "I want to thank Burna Boy for his support of families and children he has never met but still felt moved to help. Let his generosity serve as an example: so many people want to help but may not know how — and our community needs that support now more than ever.”

Lee said he was calling for unity, accountability and sustained community healing following the shooting.
“Over the last several days, since learning of the mass shooting that impacted so many families in our city, I have been devastated,” Lee said. “Stockton is a resilient community, but we have endured decades of violent crime that continues to show up as trauma in our neighborhoods.”
The vice mayor, a south Stockton native, said he, too, had been shot and had watched his brother get murdered in the city.
“This tragedy hits home in a deeply personal way,” Lee said.

Lee said elected officials have a responsibility to prioritize the resources and opportunities they can secure and create for young people and their families.
“This trauma is not going to resolve itself," Lee said. "It is our duty to build public–private partnerships, seek grant funding, and work across every level of government to ensure that communities impacted by violence, and those who feel they have no options but to turn to crime, have the support and resources necessary to live a better quality of life."

He added, “We need accountability for those responsible, and we must recommit ourselves to breaking cycles of violence with real resources, real intervention, and real unity.”

Chris Brown Just Became the Best-Selling Black Male Vocalist
Chris Brown is making history again with his latest accomplishment—and this time, he's dethroning the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson, with a new record.
Thanks to the power of streaming—something that, notably, wasn't around for much of Jackson's career—the music icon, 36, just earned a standout title that's getting him major kudos from fans.

According to several reports, the "Beautiful People" singer is officially the best-selling Black male vocalist in RIAA history, surpassing a longtime record held by the legendary Thriller artist.

On Monday, Dec. 1, the RIAA announced several of Brown's new certifications, including:

• 5x platinum - "Run It" (Single)
• 4x platinum - "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)" (Single) and Chris Brown (Album)
• 3x platinum - "Say Goodbye" (Single)
• 2x platinum - "Gimme That" (Single)
• 1x platinum - "Poppin'" (Single)
• Gold - "Ya Man Ain’t Me" (Single) and "Ain’t No Way" (Single)

The latest accomplishment comes hot on the heels of his recently wrapped XX Breezy Bowl stadium tour in commemoration of his debut album's 20th anniversary.
In the US, Brown sits at No. 3 top-selling among all male vocalists, only behind Elvis Presley (189.5 million) and Luke Combs (163.5 million).

The R&B hitmaker's cumulative American sales now sit at about 163 million records, while Jackson's are around 158.5 million sold. On a global scale, however, the King of Pop still reigns supreme, as the "Beat It" singer is said to have sold over 1 billion records worldwide, making him the overall best-selling artist in music history—still.
As for Brown, he's been on a hot streak lately. In October, he became the first artist ever to sell out Nationals Park three nights in a row.
Over the summer, he climbed to the top of the Billboard Top Tours chart, snagging his first No. 1 after the concert series hit massive heights, becoming the highest-grossing and best-selling tour of August 2025.

Terence Crawford rips WBC over stripping him for of title, who responds in fiery video post

The WBC stripped Terence Crawford of his super middleweight title on Wednesday, claiming the undefeated American star has failed to pay mandatory fees to the sanctioning body.
Crawford (42-0, 31 KOs) won the undisputed super middleweight championship with a dominant decision win against Canelo Alvarez in September.

The WBC says it gave Crawford a discount from 3% to 0.6% on sanctioning fees on his reported $50 million purse from fighting Canelo, claiming that Crawford has balked at paying the fee for that fight.
"The WBC sent multiple communications to Champion Crawford, his manager, and his legal counsel," the sanctioning body said in a statement. "Very unfortunately, the WBC did not receive an acknowledgment of receipt nor any response to any of those communications. The WBC had no choice but to act."

Crawford responded to the WBC's claims in an expletive-ladened video on Wednesday.
"I ain't paying yo ass s---," Crawford said defiantly, calling out WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman by name. "What makes you better than any of the other sanctioning bodies?

"What makes you better than the WBO, the IBF, or the WBA," Crawford continued. "Everybody accepted what I was giving them but you. You, the WBC, think that you're better than everybody ... you want me to pay you more than the other sanctioning bodies because you feel like you're better than them."

Crawford has held world championships in five divisions and been undisputed in three classes, while building his unblemished record.
A bout between British contender Hamzah Sheeraz (22-0-1, 18 KOs) and fellow contender Christian Mbilli has been ordered for the vacant title.
Sheeraz has the opportunity to become Britain's next world champion but must go through Mbilli (29-0-1, 24 KOs), a Cameroon-born and Canada-based contender, who is coming off an all-out brawl against Lester Martinez in September, ended in a split draw.

Sheeraz impressively stopped Edgar Berlanga earlier this year, having moved to the super middleweight division.
Previously, Sheeraz had a shot at the WBC middleweight title but fought to a draw against Carlos Adames.
Sheeraz and Mbilli are the No. 4 and No. 5 ranked super middleweights, respectively, in ESPN's divisional rankings.

Spotify Wrapped 2025 is here and Bad Bunny has dethroned Taylor Swift as most-streamed artist

The holiday season is here, and with it, a present for fans of end of year data and marketing: Spotify Wrapped is here! And Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny has been named its most-played artist for a fourth time, dethroning Taylor Swift.

On Wednesday, the streaming giant unveiled its annual overview of individual listening trends as well as trends from around the world. Users can now access their top artists, songs, genres, albums and podcasts, as well as uncover which artists had the biggest year on the platform.

The reggaetón-and-then-some artist was 2025’s most-streamed artist globally, having earned more than 19.8 billion streams. He is followed by Swift, The Weeknd, Drake and Billie Eilish, in that order.
For the last two years, Swift has commanded the top spot, globally — claiming it in 2023 and holding it for 2024 — having dethroned Bad Bunny. He held the coveted title for three years in a row beginning in 2020. Now, he’s back on top.

Bad Bunny is also set to headline the Apple Music Super Bowl halftime show in Northern California on Feb. 8. He also just finished a historic Puerto Rico residency over the summer that drew half a million fans.
In the U.S., the most-streamed artist list on Spotify looks somewhat similar: There, Swift leads, followed by Drake, Morgan Wallen, and Kendrick Lamar. Bad Bunny is in the fifth spot.

The most-streamed album globally was, of course, Bad Bunny’s “Debí Tirar Más Fotos” followed by the “KPop Demon Hunters” soundtrack and three releases from 2024: Billie Eilish’s “Hit Me Hard and Soft,” SZA’s “SOS Deluxe: LANA” and Sabrina Carpenter’s “Short n’ Sweet,” in that order.
In the U.S., it differs slightly. The most-streamed album is Wallen’s “I’m The Problem,” followed by SZA, Bad Bunny, the “KPop Demon Hunters” soundtrack and Lamar’s “GNX.”

Globally, the most-streamed song title goes to Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga’s collaboration, “Die with a Smile,” which has racked up over 1.7 billion streams. Then it’s Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather,” Mars’ and Rosé ‘s “APT.”, Alex Warren’s “Ordinary” and Bad Bunny’s “DtMF.”
Lamar and SZA’s “Luther” was the most-streamed song in the U.S., followed by “Die with a Smile,” “Ordinary,” “Birds of a Feather” and in fifth, Lamar and Lefty Gunplay’s “TV Off.”
Like every year, there are a few new features. Those include the introduction of “Top Albums,” a fan leaderboard to show users where they stack up in an artist’s streams, a “Listening Age” feature that compares a user’s streaming habits to those in their age range and much more.

There is also something called “Wrapped Party,” an interactive feature which allows users to compare their Wrapped with other Spotify users.
These additions differ from last year, when some Spotify users complained on social media that Wrapped, which undergoes design changes every year, was minimalist in 2024. They said it lacked previous features like “Top Cities,” “Audio Auras” and “Top Genres.” The latter has been reinstated for 2025.

Other revisited features in 2025 include “Top Songs,” which now will allow users to see how many times they streamed their top 100 tracks and a “Top Song Quiz.”
The biggest artists, globally, continue to earn top spots on Spotify Wrapped. And that should come as no surprise — they’re featured prominently across the streaming service, including on its highly influential playlists, in addition to boasting loyal, dedicated fanbases. For independent artists who may appear on an individual listener’s Wrapped, accessing a top spot on the global list would require billions of streams.

Streaming accounts for most of the money generated by the music industry — 84% in the United States, according to the Recording Industry Association of America.
Spotify is the largest platform of all — making up roughly 31% of the total market share — with a reported 713 million users and 281 million subscribers in more than 180 markets. That’s up from 626 million users and 246 million subscribers from this time last year, respectively.

“RHOSIC” Star Mary Cosby’s Son Robert Pleads Guilty To A$$ault & Trespassing Following Altercation w/ Estranged Wife & Father-In-Law,
The son of the #RHOSLC standout, Robert Cosby Jr., has pleaded guilty to eight criminal charges, including a$$ault, criminal trespassing, and violating a protective order, following a string of incidents involving his estranged wife Alexiana Arian Smokoff and her father.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the original indictment listed 14 charges; six misdemeanors were dismissed with prejudice as part of the plea deal. Robert Jr. was booked into Salt Lake County Jail on November 9, 2025, and remains locked up without bail. A judge is set to determine the length of his sentence at his next hearing on February 3, 2026.

Prosecutors say the incidents, which happened between September and November, reportedly included two attempts to break into his father-in-law’s home (once allegedly through a dog door), a physical a$$ault on him, property vandalism, and even biting a police officer during the arrest. As part of the plea deal, a protective order was issued, barring Robert Jr. from harassing or contacting his ex, who filed for divorce late last month, or her family.

So the time is now.” In a follow-up post, #KMichelle opened up about her timeline, adding, “I have to make it through all these music videos shoots. I just can’t wait any longer. I’m ready to start my family. By next Christmas our baby will be here.”

Back in September, K revealed the identity of her husband, officially confirming she is married to Dr. Kastan Sims, someone she has known since she was a child. She wrote, “See I don’t usually do this. Thank you Dr.Sims. I love you and I’m happy to be your wife. I know I’ve driven you insane but I’m worth it. It’s time to plan a wedding. Who would’ve thought. Been in love with you since Junior High School.”

Euphoria Season 3 Release Date Revealed 4 Years After Season 2
Grab your face glitter. The release date for Euphoria season three has officially been revealed. That's right, the HBO Max series is returning to TV screens in April 2026, the streaming platform confirmed on Instagram Dec. 3.

And that's not all that was unveiled about the upcoming installment, which is arriving nearly four years after the previous season. Alongside the update, HBO also shared a photo of Zendaya as her character Rue, wearing her signature black hi-top Converse and sitting in an old pickup truck while smiling for the camera.

Captioning the snap, HBO wrote, "Let's ride." Of course, Zendaya isn't the only star from the series who is returning for the third and final season. Sydney Sweeney (Cassie), Jacob Elordi (Nate), Hunter Schafer (Jules), Alexa Demie (Maddy) and Maude Apatow (Lexi) all signed on to reprise their roles in the teen drama.

Plus, Grammy winner Rosalía, former NFL running back Marshawn Lynch and A Different World star Kadeem Hardison will be added to the mix for this season's story, which kicks off years after the events of season two.
For Rosalía, venturing into the world of acting for the Sam Levinson-created show was a no-brainer.

“If there's anything that excites me as much as finding a good melody or a good lyric, it's becoming a better performer every day,” Rosalía said in a statement posted to X (formerly Twitter) Feb. 14. “Euphoria has been my favorite series of the last few years and I couldn't be happier and more grateful to be acting alongside all these colleagues that I admire so much and contributing my ‘granito de arena’ to bring Sam's vision to reality."

She added, "I can't wait to share what we're doing!!!”
Indeed, fans have a lot of surprises in store for them with the third season, with Sam saying he "feels strongly" that what's to come is "the best season yet."
"I will say that Cassie and Nate do in fact get married. I’m confirming it," Sam told Variety in an interview published Dec. 3. "And I promise that it will be an unforgettable night.”

"Jules is in art school, very nervous about having a career as a painter and trying to avoid responsibility at all costs," the director continued. "Maddy is working in Hollywood at a talent agency for a manager, she’s obviously got her own side hustles going. And Lexi is an assistant to a showrunner played by Sharon Stone, who is just absolutely delightful and a true icon.”

Plus, Sydney previously teased one additional exciting thing they can expect from the show, telling E! News in October, "Dildos."
“Hold on to those dildos,” she joked, adding that there will, of course, be tears from her character as well. “It’s Cassie, what do you expect?”

Judge Dismisses Milagro Gramz Defamation Verdict and Reduces Damages to Megan Thee Stallion

This week gossip vlogger Milagro Gramz was found liable for defamation of character, intentional infliction of emotional distress and promotion of an altered sixual depiction
Now the judge has dismissed the defamation verdict and reduced damages awarded to Megan...

From ABC News: A judge dismissed a jury’s verdict on Tuesday, holding social media commentator and blogger Milagro Cooper liable for defamation in a lawsuit filed by hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion in October 2024.
Cooper was found liable for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and promotion of an altered sixual depiction by a Miami jury on Monday, but Chief U.S. District Judge Cecilia Altonaga dismissed the defamation ruling because the plaintiff did not serve the media defendant with a legal notice before filing the suit, according to court documents obtained by ABC News.

“As a condition precedent to a defamation suit, section 770.01, Florida Statutes, requires a plaintiff to serve a media defendant with written notice specifying the alleged false or defamatory statements at least five days before filing a complaint,” Altonaga stated in her final judgment.
The judge decreased the damages Cooper owes Pete from $75,000 to $59,000, according to legal documents. Altonaga upheld the other two counts of intentional infliction of emotional distress and promotion of an altered sixual depiction.
“Request for costs and fees shall not be submitted until after any post-trial motions are decided or an appeal is concluded, whichever occurs later,” the judge stated in her final judgment.

Goldie Hawn is paying tribute to her late friend, neighbor, and co-star Diane Keaton.
If you didn’t know, the two Oscar-winning actress had been friends for decades and starred together in the 1996 comedy The First Wives Club. Diane sadly passed away in October at the age of 79 following a battle with pneumonia.

On Wednesday morning (December 3), Goldie, 80, broke down in tears as she honored Diane at The Hollywood Reporter’s 2025 Women in Entertainment Breakfast Gala.
In her speech, Goldie said that Diane lived so close to her that the would often talk to each other from their yards.

“Then it came time when she passed, and I happened to learn when I was in my backyard, and I went over to my backyard to my rose garden,” Goldie recalled while sobbing, per THR. “I just looked down. She can’t be gone. She just cannot be gone. No one like that should ever die. She just brought so much joy, so much life, so much exuberance. She was like lightning in a bottle.”

“She was just an extraordinary human being,” she continued. “Yeah, she’s an amazing actress. Look what she can do. Look at this natural aspect of how her body and mind work together and how she’s able to bring us joy and give us emotion and all of it. But look what else she did. She wrote books. She was interested in many things, not just acting and producing, but also directing.”

Later in her speech, Goldie said that Diane was “like a little lightning bug.”
“She would fly up over here and you’d go try to catch her. [But] she was on a journey. She never looked back, and she was a pure, pure, whatever you wanna call it, you call it stars or — I think that she is a star,” Goldie concluded. “We can have a fantasy; what I do is that stars are really people who died a long time ago. They did something really good for the world. I think maybe it’s where she is right now.”

Sarah Paulson also paid tribute to her late friend Diane during the event.
“I really wasn’t sure I wanted to do this, show up on a Wednesday morning to talk about one of the greatest human beings the world has ever known,” Sarah, 50, began. “A magical creature who somehow, horribly, is no longer with us. … A person beloved by the world. Her name was Diane Keaton Hall, and she was surely one of the great loves of my life.”
