#RHOA: Porsha Williams Ex-Husband’s Simon Guobadia Lawsuit Is Dismissed
After spending months and months fighting in court, Porsha Williams just scored a win in one of her many legal battles with ex-husband, Simon Guobadia. This one wasn’t about their divorce or anything related to The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Instead, he had her tied up in court over an Instagram post about erectile dysfunction.
This strange court case has been lingering over the RHOA star since 2024. Porsha said she was just innocently sharing information about men’s health. He claimed it was defamation and demanded $500,000. However, new documents reviewed by TMZ show that it’s coming to an end—at least for now.

Simon requested to dismiss the case, and a judge agreed to dismiss it without prejudice. Porsha previously demanded that he pay her legal fees, but that’s not happening. Instead, the judge warned Simon that he could be on the hook should he file a future complaint.
Still, that isn’t stopping Simon from threatening future legal action. He shared a statement with TMZ and warned that he might keep this legal battle going.

“A dismissal without prejudice means I retain the full legal right to refile the same claims against Porsha Williams at a future date. No court has ruled that my claims were invalid or without merit,” Simon said.
He went on to explain why he doesn’t see this as a win for Porsha. Since the lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice and he doesn’t have to pay her attorneys’ fees, he feels like this is just a minor setback on his road to justice.

“I am currently conferring with my legal team regarding whether to refile the case within the time limit granted by the court,” Simon added. “Porsha Williams and her representatives should not mistake my voluntary dismissal for an abandonment of my legal rights or the merits of my claims.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 17 premieres on Sunday, April 5 at 8/7c.

#MusicNews: B5 Returns With New Single “E.T.A.”

Iconic R&B quintet B5 has released their latest single, “E.T.A.,” marking a new chapter for the group as they continue their North American tour. The track, released through the group’s independent venture Motion 6 Collective, features the band’s signature hip-hop soul harmonies set against a contemporary, polished production.

“E.T.A.” explores themes of romantic anticipation and excitement, characterized by a melodic structure supported by a heavy bassline and skittering hi-hats. The single serves as a return to the harmony-driven sound that established the group as an R&B staple in the early 2000s.
music arrives as B5 participates in the “Boys 4 Life Tour,” a 28-city arena run produced by the Black Promoters Collective (BPC). Co-headlined by Bow Wow, the tour represents a significant milestone for the group, occurring more than 20 years after B5 and Bow Wow first performed together during the 2005 Scream Tour IV: The Heartthrobs.

The tour launched on February 12 in Columbia, SC, and is scheduled to conclude on April 26 in Memphis, TN. Tickets for the remaining dates are currently available to the public.

In a strategic shift away from the traditional major label system, B5 has restructured as a self-contained media entity known as the Motion 6 Collective. The venture is a partnership with renowned music mogul Devyne Stephens, designed to provide the quintet with greater creative freedom and autonomy.

#HipHopNews: Man Who Killed Young Dolph Faces Sentencing Delay Over Safety Concerns In Prison
The self-confessed shooter who killed Young Dolph had his sentence hearing delayed due to the shooter's attorney raising concerns regarding his client's safety while in prison.

On Monday (March 30), Cornelius Smith, 32, who confessed to the murder of Young Dolph, appeared in court for his sentencing hearing. Fox13Memphis.com reported that both the prosecutor and Smith's attorney informed the judge that a plea deal had been reached, but safety concerns regarding Smith's placement in prison, including whether he will be held in solitary confinement, are still being finalized.

The judge reset Cornelius Smith's sentence hearing to May 15.

Outside of the courtroom, Shelby County District Attorney Paul Hagerman confirmed to the media that Smith has agreed to a plea deal and is expected to plead guilty for the murder of the late Memphis rapper once there's a final resolution. Hagerman added that Young Dolph's family will attend Smith's last sentence hearing in May.

Smith is the third and final suspect in the Dolph murder investigation. Another suspect, Justin Johnson, 27, was found guilty of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison plus 35 years.

Smith confessed to the November 2021 murder of Young Dolph, born Adolph Thornton Jr., and testified that he and Johnson were executing a hit put out by Big Jook, who is the late brother of rapper Yo Gotti. The alleged mastermind of the murder plot, Hernandez Govan, was acquitted last summer on all charges.

Megan Thee Stallion Hospitalized After Falling Ill During ‘Moulin Rouge’ Broadway Performance

Prayers are being sent up for Megan Thee Stallion right now after the rapper suddenly fell ill during her Moulin Rouge! The Musical performance, and was rushed to the hospital.
Details are still scarce, but a spokesperson for Megan Thee Stallion confirmed to Page Six in a statement that the Houston native’s status.

Thee Stallion’s hairstylist, Kellon Deryck, also confirmed the concerning news writing on X (formerly Twitter), “Everyone say a prayer for Megan, we are all at the hospital.”
Additionally, The Breakfast Club’s Loren Lorosa got the Hotties worried when she also confirmed something was going on with Thee Stallion after the 31-year-old Grammy Award-winning artist was suddenly pulled from the performance.

“Came to see Meg The stallion on broadway and that was short lived,” she tweeted.
“The few opening scenes I saw her in she was great on stage! I was excited BUT… They just stopped ‘moulin rouge’ mid show apologized to the audience and said ..’ stay inside and seated’ I asked security if we’re safe .. they told us ‘for now, we’ll update you if anything changes,'” Lorosa continued, before revealing that a Black male actor replaced her.

Kristi Noem “Blindsided” By Her Husband Byron Noem’s Cross-Dressing Schenanigans
Former ICE Barbie, Kristi Noem, is now the laughing stock of social media thanks to her husband’s secret online exploits.
After being embarrassingly fired as Homeland Security Secretary and relegated to some made-up position in the administration, Kristi Noem is said to be “devastated” following a bombshell report from The Daily Mail that she says “blindsided” her, featuring her husband of more than 30 years, Byron Noem, sharing what Rolling Stone described as “bimbofication fetish photos.”

The Daily Mail obtained the compromising photos of Noem’s husband who is an insurance mogul, that allegedly shared online with strangers while she was still Secretary of Homeland Security, while she was enacting her boss, Donald Trump’s divisive anti-immigration policies.

“The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at the time,” a representative for Kristi Noem and her family said in a statement to the New York Post.
According to The Daily Mail, national security experts were astounded at Noem’s husband’s reckless behavior.
National security experts told the outlet that the photographs could have been intercepted by “hostile intelligence services.”

During Kristi Noem’s tenure at the department, Bryon Noem was “repeatedly asked for money,” and sent his online acquaintances at least $25,000, according to the Daily Mail.
“It’s astounding that somebody whose spouse is at that level has that kind of bad judgment,” U.S. counterintelligence expert Jack Barsky told the newspaper.

“If a media organization can find this out, you can assume with a high degree of confidence that a hostile intelligence service knows this as well,” added former CIA officer Marc Polymeropoulos.
“Damaging information like this can be a tantalizing lead for a hostile intelligence service,” Polymeropoulos added. “They approach the person and say, if you work with us we won’t expose this, and if you don’t, we will. That’s espionage 101.”

This is the latest drama surrounding Noem, who was fired following a poor showing during a congressional hearing.
Kristi Noem isn’t without her own issues after claims of her having an affair with her former aide Corey Lewandowski, who has also left the Department of Homeland Security.
Both Noem and Lewandowski deny those allegations, with Noem calling it “tabloid garbage” and a “disgusting lie.”

Social media has been clowning Noem and her husband

Brandy confirms rumor that she dated Wanya Morris when she was 16: 'He saw me as conquerable'

Brandy is confirming a longtime rumor about her relationship with Boyz II Men singer Wanya Morris.
Decades after speculation first began about the singers' romance after the Moesha star performed as the opening act for Boyz II Men's II World Tour in 1995, the Grammy-winning singer-songwriter and actress is opening up about a connection in which she claims she was "too young to recognize she was being used" in her recently released memoir, Phases.

Although Wanya Morris has long denied rumors that he and Brandy began a relationship when the singer was a teen star, Brandy writes that her relationship with the Boyz II Men member started when she was 16 and he was 22, a year after they met and Morris became her "mentor."
The singer writes that Morris began to call and check in on her regularly, offering advice as an "anchor" and "confidant" to the up-and-coming star. After she joined the group on tour, however, the pair got closer.

"What had begun as admiration had transformed into something else," Brandy writes. "It seems to me that he weaponized my admiration, shaped my friendship into dependence, my respect into desire. I felt swept up in a current I couldn’t control."
She reveals that their relationship took a turning point after they filmed the music video for their collaboration, "Brokenhearted." She describes an "unspoken energy" between the two that had intensified after their work on the video. "We moved around each other like opposing magnets — as if actively trying to maintain distance even as we kept finding ourselves drawn into each other’s orbit," she writes.

"The attraction was subtle yet undeniable. It lived in the pauses between conversations, and it lingered in the charged atmosphere surrounding us," she adds.

Their relationship quickly formed after that, a whirlwind that Brandy recalls as being overwhelming because of the guilt of hiding it from her family and public, and dealing with the "illicit" nature as a young teen.

"'My girlfriend is sixteen.' I don't remember when he first said it. But those four words started rolling off his tongue whenever we were alone," she writes of Morris. "I couldn't tell if this refrain was meant to soothe his own conscience or temper the questions shimmering in my gaze. Perhaps it was his way of tethering himself to a boundary, even as he quietly edged past it. Or maybe it was simply a reminder to himself, a whisper to keep the illicit nature of our connection in view. Regardless, I was under the impression that we were madly in love — or at least what I believed love to be at sixteen. A grown man's version of love, designed to serve his needs."

Brandy details her first time having sex with Morris as having "lacked the specialness I had painted in my mind, because it wasn't about me at all." What she sees as the usual rites of passage in adolescence were tainted by "the influence of a man who seemed to know exactly how to make me question my own beliefs and boundaries."

"And I hung in this strange balance. I was navigating that time in full view of the world, every move scrutinized, every choice dissected by people who didn't know my heart," she writes. "Part of me wanted to retain some semblance of 'normalcy,' but also I knew full well that what was happening between me and him was wrong. And yet, my attitude was, 'This was special. This was real. People just can't understand.'"
Brandy describes the sexual element of their relationship as Morris "getting what he wanted from someone too young to recognize she was being used," adding that she believed she was "too naive to realize that deep down inside he did not see me as special. I think he saw me as conquerable. As someone whose boundaries could be negotiated away. I was in over my head."

"I was young and inexperienced, and thought that following my heart meant following his lead, that what we shared transcended ordinary rules and limitations," she shares, adding that she had wanted to wait until marriage but "also believed that having sex with him would cement our bond. Would prove I was mature enough for our relationship. Would make him happy. And so, I told myself I was ready. That this was my choice. But the truth is I felt like I had no choice. I felt like saying no meant losing him."

The reality of their relationship wasn't lost on the singer, despite her naivety about their ability to last.
"He and I understood, with diamond- cut clarity that public knowledge of our relationship would ignite scandal, potentially threatening everything we'd both worked for," she writes. "So he and I opted for elaborate fiction: we would pretend patience and claim we were waiting until my eighteenth birthday before pursuing any romantic connection."

Eventually, Brandy says Morris increasingly became critical of her and controlled her access to him. Their relationship ended when Morris confessed to multiple infidelities; Brandy claimed she caught him with an assistant.
"I was sixteen years old, dealing with the infidelity of a grown man who I believe had pursued me, took my innocence, and was now revealing he'd not been faithful. I may have been young, but I was wise enough to know I had been played. And that wasn't love."

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Prison Release Date Gets Moved Up Again
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ release date has changed once again. The rap mogul, who is currently serving a 50-month sentence for convictions on two prostitution-related charges, will now be released April 15, 2028, according to Federal Bureau of Prisons records viewed by E! News.
Combs’ new release date is 10 days less than his previously updated release date, which was moved from June 4, 2028, to April 25, 2028, earlier this month. He has been serving time at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution, a low-security prison located in New Jersey, since late October.

E! News has reached out to reps for Combs and the Bureau of Prisons for comment but has not heard back.
In October, the Bad Boy Records founder, 56, was sentenced to over four years in prison with time served, plus five years of supervised release and a fine of $500,000.

The judge presiding over the case explained the reasoning behind the sentence length at the time, saying that prosecutors' proposal of 135 months was more than what would be "necessary," but the defense's request of 14 months "would not be sufficient,” per NBC News.

Before his sentencing, the rapper shared his remorse for his past deeds.
"My actions were disgusting, shameful and sick," Combs said in court, per NBC News. "I was sick, sick from the drugs, I was out of control, I needed help and I didn't get the help."
He continued, "I lost my self-respect. I have been humbled and broken to my core. I hate myself right now, I’ve been stripped down to nothing. I am truly sorry for it all, no matter what they say."

In recent days, fellow musician Usher spoke about the “legacy” Combs has created in the music industry.
“In many ways, I think certain people are prosecuted and maybe not recognized for the greatness that they offer,” the “Burn” singer told Forbes in an interview published March 20. “I don't have anything negative to say about Sean Combs because my experience was not what the world has seen and how he's been misrepresented.”

He added, “I’m not saying that all of us don’t have flaws. But I can’t with any sense of humanity not recognize the valuable contributions that this man made for us as Black entrepreneurs, for us as businessmen, for us as people who have transitioned culture and ideas into something that’s tangible.”

Tristan Thompson explains why he supports President Donald Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigrants: “I think that’s the right way of going about it”

Thompson was born in Canada and became a U.S. citizen in 2020 after a speedy process.
Tristan Thompson expressed support for U.S. President Donald Trump’s immigration policies and believes that those seeking to become American citizens should follow the government’s procedures.
In a preview for an upcoming episode of “The Katie Miller Podcast,” the 13-year NBA veteran, who is an immigrant himself, talked about Trump’s controversial crackdown on illegal immigrants in the United States and detailed why he approves of it.

“What President [Donald] Trump is doing, first of all, I love what he’s done so far for our country,” Thompson said. “I think he’s helped our country a lot. In terms of where he stands with [immigration], I think… I’m a firm believer because I have family members, and I have people that are immigrants. I believe for those that do the thing the right way and get the papers, I think they should be taken care of first and foremost. I think that’s the right thing. I think that’s the right way of going about it.”

TT became a U.S. citizen in 2020 after a quick process
Thompson was born in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, but moved to the United States on a student visa to play high school basketball for St. Benedict’s Prep in Newark, New Jersey and later Findlay Prep in Henderson, Nevada. He played one season for the University of Texas before getting drafted 4th overall in the 2011 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers, helping them win their first-ever NBA title in 2016.

In 2020, Thompson left the Cavs to sign a two-year deal with the Boston Celtics. One week before traveling to Beantown to join his new team, Tristan took the Oath of Allegiance before USCIS and officially became an American citizen, calling the process “quick”  because it happened during the pandemic.

However, while Thompson had no problem processing his papers, some have issues with their documentation. So while he backed the government’s fight against illegal immigrants, Tristan also empathized with those people whom he referred to as being in an “in-between state” of getting their legal papers.

“I think it should be case by case on the right people. I understand where he’s coming from, but for me, it varies depending on who the person is,” Thompson added.

Tiger Woods Announces Treatment
Golf legend Tiger Woods is speaking out following his recent DUI arrest and rollover crash, revealing he is stepping away from golf to focus on his health.
The 50-year-old athlete confirmed he plans to seek treatment after the March 27 incident in Jupiter Island, Florida.

In a statement shared on X on March 31, Woods addressed the situation directly, writing, “I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today.” He continued, “I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.”
Woods added, “I’m committed to taking the time needed to return in a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally,”while also asking for privacy.

Authorities say Woods was arrested after his vehicle overturned while attempting to pass a truck towing a trailer. According to officials, he blew “triple zeros” on a breathalyzer but refused a urinalysis test.
Sheriff John M. Budensiek stated, “Mr. Woods did not appear to be injured at all, and the other individual was not injured,” adding Woods appeared “lethargic on scene because of what he was intoxicated on.”

Court records show Woods has pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial as the case moves forward.

TLC’s T-Boz Has Never Supported Trump Orgs, Sources Say — As Chilli Backlash Continues

TLC’s T-Boz is making sure the public doesn’t confuse her stance with the controversy currently surrounding Chilli. As backlash continues over Chilli’s past donations to Trump-linked organizations, sources close to T-Boz tell TMZ the singer has never supported those groups and should not be included in any narrative that suggests otherwise.

According to the report, insiders say T-Boz has “always let her views be known,” whether through advocacy tied to sexual health, HIV awareness, the LGBTQ community, or Black Lives Matter. The source added that the TLC co-founder has long been a voice for issues impacting marginalized communities, making it clear her public values have remained consistent.

TMZ also pointed to a 2017 interview T-Boz did with Channel 4 UK News, where she directly addressed Donald Trump, saying, “I don’t care about Donald Trump … God is my president.” Sources close to the singer say that position still reflects where she stands today, adding that unless the public hears something directly from T-Boz, she “shouldn’t be brought into any narrative” that conflicts with those beliefs.

The clarification comes as Chilli continues facing criticism after reports claimed she previously donated to Trump-related fundraising groups. Chilli has since denied being MAGA, saying she mistakenly believed the donations were tied to causes supporting veterans and anti-human trafficking efforts.

For fans following the fallout, the latest update makes one thing clear: while Chilli works to explain the backlash, T-Boz’s camp says her views have been publicly established for years — and, according to sources, nothing about that has changed.

Zendaya Says She’s Going Into ‘Hiding’ After Major Film Releases This Year
Zendaya is preparing to disappear from the acting world for a little while after having a huge 2026.
In case you’re unaware, 2026 is Zendaya’s year. She’s starring in The Drama, which drops on April 3; the new season of Euphoria, arriving April 12; The Odyssey on July 17; Spider-Man: Brand New Day on July 31; and Dune: Part Three on December 18.

With so much going on, Zendaya revealed in a Fandango interview (to promote The Drama) that she may have to “go into hiding” after such an enormous year. “I guess, you know, I just hope people don’t get sick of me,” she said (around the 18-minute mark). “And I really appreciate everyone who supports any of the movies or supports my career in any kind of way. I’m deeply appreciative, and like I said, I just hope you guys don’t get sick of me this year.”

“Because I’ll tell you what, after this, I’m disappearing for a little bit,” she added. “I’m going to have to go into hiding for just a little bit.”
This is the latest comment from Zendaya to make a buzz online following her explaining what she thinks about the idea of the “perfect marriage” in an interview with Views that was published just days ago.

When asked what she thought about it, amid the speculation that she had gotten secretly married to Spider-Man co-star Tom Holland, Zendaya revealed that she doesn’t think it exists.
“I don’t know if there’s any such thing as a ‘perfect marriage,’” she explained to the French magazine. “But I’d say like people, who, I don’t know, this is a corny answer, seem like best friends.”

Speaking of Zendaya and weddings, the actress acted as a real wedding witness for a promotional event for The Drama at a wedding chapel in Las Vegas. In footage from the event, Zendaya can be seen signing official papers related to her duty as a witness, which means that she was an official observer who could confirm the validity of a wedding ceremony.

John Legend Parts Ways With Longtime Manager, Joins Roc Nation

John Legend is entering a new chapter in his career after signing with Roc Nation for management, ending a nearly two-decade run with longtime manager Ty Stiklorius and her company, Friends at Work.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the move places the Grammy-winning singer under the guidance of Roc Nation CEO Jay Brown, adding him to a roster that includes Rihanna, Megan Thee Stallion, A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, and Clipse.

The timing of the switch remains unclear, but Legend was still listed on Friends at Work’s roster as recently as February. Stiklorius also publicly discussed her work with the singer during a Global Citizen panel in Beverly Hills earlier this year.

Roc Nation did not issue a formal statement on the signing, though the company posted a photo of Legend from his A Night of Songs & Stories Tour shortly after reports of the move surfaced.

The change marks the end of one of the music industry’s longest-running artist-manager partnerships. Stiklorius has been working with Legend since 2006, when the two launched JL Ventures together, and she became his full-time manager.
Their partnership continued through several major career shifts, including her move to The Artists Organization, her leadership role at Troy Carter’s Atom Factory, and, eventually, the launch of Friends at Work in 2015.

“Twenty years is a lifetime in this business, and I’m proud of the work John and I did together that was rooted in creativity, trust, love, and ambition,” Stiklorius said in a statement. “I’m energized by what’s ahead for both of us as I pass the music management baton to Jay Brown at ROC Nation.”
She added that she will “continue to be John’s partner in the many for-profit and non-profit ventures we built together and John’s biggest champion.”

Those ventures extend far beyond music. In addition to building Legend’s recording career, Stiklorius worked with him on the production company Get Lifted Film Co., which has backed projects including La La Land, Underground, Rhythm + Flow, Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey, Citizen Ashe, and the documentary Atlanta’s Missing and Murdered: The Lost Children.

Their company also helped develop John Legend Ventures, which expanded the singer’s brand into television, film, philanthropy, and business.
Before managing artists, Stiklorius earned an MBA from the Wharton School and worked in strategy and business development.

$50 Million Copyright Lawsuit Against Cardi B Dismissed By Texas Judge

Cardi B has scored a victory in a copyright lawsuit filed against her.
The 33-year-old rapper was sued by producers Joshua Fraustro and Miguel Aguilar in July 2024, after they claimed her song “Enough (Miami)” had “copied, misappropriated and profited” off of their song, “Greasy Frybread.”

Per People, US District Judge Fernando Rodriguez dismissed the suit without prejudice on Monday (March 30).
The plaintiffs alleged that Cardi B “unlawfully duplicated” their song and released her own without their permission, causing them “reputational harm within the music industry and caused them to be blacklisted.”

Cardi‘s lawyers filed multiple motions in the case, claiming the original song was not copyright protected.
The plaintiffs also argued that because she put on shows in Texas, the state’s law should apply, however, the judge shut it down and said it would be “futile” for them to file another amendment.

For the move to Texas, the rapper’s lawyers said they believe the producers tried moving the case to the state’s law because they “belatedly realized — after [Cardi’s] counsel brought it to their attention — that they lacked a copyright registration.”
The judge noted they don’t have jurisdiction over Cardi in Texas and her performances there were no different than in any other state, meaning it was insufficient to establish general jurisdiction.

“In addition, even if personal jurisdiction existed, each of plaintiffs’ causes of action would be subject to dismissal for failing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted,” he wrote in the court docs, via Rolling Stone.
“Obviously, we are very pleased with today’s order and appreciate the court’s careful consideration of the issues,” Cardi’s lawyer, Lisa F. Moore, shared in a statement.

Since they first filed suit, the plaintiffs secured a copyright in October 2025, over a year after their initial filing.
Cardi B is currently on the road, performing her Little Miss Drama Tour across North America, which had three performances in Texas earlier this month. Check out the set list!
