#RHOA: Porsha Williams’ Estranged Husband Simon Guobadia Reacts to RHOA Trailer: ‘Real Fraudsters Will Be Exposed’
There’s no one on this planet more excited about Season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta than Simon Guobadia. The estranged husband of Porsha Williams just reacted to the new trailer, and he’s ready to tune into each episode this season along with the rest of us.

Most of us are watching to see what really happened with Kenya Moore. On the other hand, Simon will be watching every episode eagerly looking for any opportunity to put his ex on blast. In a new Instagram post, he vowed to expose not just Porsha, but her mother too.

The Real Fraudsters of Atlanta
In the first trailer for RHOA Season 16, we get a glimpse into Porsha’s marital crisis. At one point, you see her sitting with her mom, Diane Williams. She made a comment referencing the allegations about Simon’s criminal past. That seemed to have triggered something.
“The frauding, the scamming – it makes you think how much of it was real,” Diane said to Porsha in the trailer.

Simon took a screenshot of that moment from the trailer and went on an Instagram rant, vowing to expose Porsha and her mom. According to him, they’re the real fraudsters in this scenario.
“I keep trying to avoid this ungrateful family like a plague but they keep coming back,” he wrote. “My name is NOT Cordell [sic] Stewart; I will fight back with FACTS!”
As a reminder, when Porsha divorced Kordell Stewart (yes, it’s spelled with a “K”), she made allegations of physical abuse during their marriage. He denied those claims, and it sounds like Simon sees similarities in their divorces.

He continued, “You can bet on it—the real fraudsters will be exposed. Looks like the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree after all. The audacity of this family is truly unbelievable. Call your lawyers and find the quickest exit from this catastrophic narratives you keep coming up with, it will continue to be costly to all parties concerned. SMDH.”

Beyoncé, now with 35 Grammy wins, made more history at the 67th Grammy Awards. Cowboy Carter became the first album by a Black woman to win Album of the Year since Lauryn Hill’s The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill  in 1999. She also is the first Black woman to win Best Country Album.

Cowboy Carter was released March 29, 2024, via Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records.
The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 407,000 equivalent units sold in the first week. It spent two weeks atop the chart.
Further, Cowboy Carter debuted the No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart. Beyoncé made history as the first Black woman to ever reach No. 1 on this chart.

Her Grammy-nominated lead single, “Texas Hold ‘Em,” also made history becoming the first song by a Black woman to reach No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart. It also topped the Billboard Hot 100, tallying Bey’s ninth chart-topper.
Cowboy Carter included notable appearances by country icons Linda Martell, Dolly Parton, and Willie Nelson. It also featured emerging Black country artists Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy, Reyna Roberts, and Shaboozey, as well as pop stars Miley Cyrus and Post Malone.

#HipHopNews: Doechii Unloads Celebratory "Nosebleeds" On The Heels Of Her First Grammy Win
Doechii is on top of the world right now. On Sunday (Feb. 2), the Swamp Princess secured her first-ever Grammy Award, followed by her celebrating the best way she knows how: dropping new music.
At midnight on Monday (Feb. 3), Doechii dropped “Nosebleeds” to celebrate her Best Rap Album win. Clocking in at just over two minutes, the track saw her shouting out her Top Dawg Entertainment family and the Recording Academy.

“I don't know, is she gonna go crazy? Is she gonna go crazy? / Everybody wanted to know what Doechii would do if she didn't win / I guess we'll never–,” she spat in reference to Ye’s iconic Grammy Award acceptance speech for The College Dropout, which won the same award in 2005.
Elsewhere, the Florida phenomenon showed love to SZA, Isaiah Rashad and TDE’s president, Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith Jr.

Doechii, who also hit the stage that night, was up for three awards: Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Album. While she lost the first two to Chappell Roan and Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” — practically inevitable considering he won five awards on Sunday — her Alligator Bites Never Heal rightfully took home the win for Best Rap Album.
“I put my heart and my soul into this mixtape. I’ve bared my life. I went through so much. I dedicated myself to sobriety, and God told me that I would be rewarded and that he would show me just how good it can get,” Doechii said during her acceptance speech.

She then took a moment to uplift other Black women: “I know that there is some Black girl out there, so many Black women out there that are watching me right now, and I want to tell you: You can do it. Anything is possible. Anything is possible.”
Though billed as a mixtape, Alligator Bites Never Heal delivered standouts like “BOILED PEANUTS,” “DENIAL IS A RIVER” and the KUNTFETISH-backed “GTFO,” among others. It also served as an exciting predecessor to Doechii’s studio debut album, which is expected to arrive in 2025.

Kanye West Apologizes To Kamala Harris’ Kids After Deleting Sexual Tweet

You never know what to expect from a Kanye West rant on X or elsewhere. The 47-year-old producer made a sexual comment about Kamala Harris amid a sea of tweets and later doubled back to apologize to her kids.
On Saturday (Feb. 1), he wrote, “I used to want to f**k Kamala until she lost. I don’t f**k loosers anymore.” He later deleted the tweet and joked about how he was told to do so. “The democrats made me take the loser post down,” he wrote. “Naw I’m kidding. Dey don’t control black people no more. Trump 4 life.”

Less than an hour later, he had a change of heart and apologized. “Kamala seems like a very nice human,” he wrote. “I just wanna say sorry to her kids.” What inspired these tweets? Well, one would have to figure out what inspires any of Ye’s random tweet furries. Perhaps it had to do with the fact that his friend Donald Trump defeated Harris in the November 2024 presidential election. Maybe it’s the recent success of his independent YZY company. Nonetheless, he owned up to his potentially harmful statements and moved on.

Earlier this year, Kanye West targeted Adidas for seemingly trying to stifle the success of Yeezy following his split with the popular sportswear company. “Members at adidas Stop doing this Stop doing your moves to hold me back,” he wrote on Instagram in a now-deleted post. “Our partnership is done You’re a 60 billion dollar company that froze my accounts Now I’m back on my feet (no pun intended) and I’m not going to stand for this (no pun again).”

He continued, recalling how he was allegedly mistreated. “Yall tried to intimidate and oppress me everyone remembers I had major issues with adidas because of design theft and oppression before ‘the tweet.'” His rant was accompanied by a screenshot of a Google search where the Adidas website showed up before his YZY site.
Shortly after the post, Adidas removed all of his products from its website. While this appeared reactionary, they previously stated it was their plan all along to sell all Yeezy stocks by the end of 2024. West and Adidas split up after his anti-semitic rants in 2022, which lost him multiple major deals to the point where he was no longer valued at a billion dollars.

Diddy Rushed To Hospital With Knee Pain While Awaiting Trial
Diddy was reportedly rushed to the hospital for knee pain overnight. The New York Post reported that the embattled mogul was transported from his confines at the Metropolitan Detention Center to the Brooklyn Hospital Center around 10 PM on Sunday (Feb. 2).
Page Six states that the emergency move was done after hours to guarantee privacy, as the medical team moved inconspicuously not to attract attention from other jail inmates. Sources state that Sean Combs received an MRI for his knee and was transported back to his cell within hours of the emergency hospital visit. Additionally, it was noted that the visit was not a sudden one but was actually planned.

A Bureau of Prisons spokesperson told the outlets that they couldn’t offer any more details surrounding Combs’ knee, saying, “For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for anyone in our custody to include medical status or medical trips.”

This isn’t the first time Sean Combs has had an issue with his knee. The Bad Boy Records founder’s knee issues stem from his participation in the 2003 New York Marathon, and he has sought out medical help for his injuries over the past two decades. 2020 saw the mogul undergo his fourth surgery for his knee in two years, with the artist detailing how “clumsy” he is due to his janky ligament.

“It’s always been like that. This is my fourth surgery in two years. I’ve had two rotator cuffs, a knee replacement, and now it’s on quad,” Combs said at the time. “At the end of the day, this is God’s work to slow me down.”
The hospital visit arrives as Diddy’s indictment was recently amended in a new filing on Thursday (Jan. 30), with the artist now facing a maximum sentence of life in prison if convicted.
Combs currently remains behind bars, where he will stay until his trial on May 5, 2025.

Tyrese Gibson drops major lawsuit against Home Depot

The Fast & Furious star Tyrese Gibson’s legal journey against Home Depot reached its conclusion on Jan. 27, 2025, marking the end of a contentious battle that began with allegations of racial discrimination. The actor’s decision to withdraw his lawsuit has sparked widespread discussion about consumer rights and retail practices in America. The case, which garnered significant media attention, raises important questions about how retail establishments handle customer interactions and the broader implications for addressing discrimination claims in the retail sector.

The seeds of conflict were planted during a February 2023 shopping experience at a Los Angeles Home Depot location. What started as a routine purchase evolved into a complex situation when Gibson left his credit card with associates to complete a transaction. The interaction with the cashier subsequently deteriorated, leading to accusations of discriminatory treatment based on racial profiling. This incident highlighted the delicate balance between standard security procedures and potential discriminatory practices in retail environments.

The situation escalated when Gibson and his associates reported feeling targeted and humiliated during what should have been a straightforward purchasing process. The incident shed light on the daily experiences many consumers face in retail establishments and the fine line between standard security protocols and potentially discriminatory practices. The initial confrontation sparked a broader debate about retail policies and their implementation across different demographic groups.

Corporate defense and evidence presentation
Home Depot’s strategic response included releasing surveillance footage that painted a different picture of the events. The retail giant maintained its stance on customer service equality while simultaneously working to protect its reputation. Their legal team systematically addressed each allegation, particularly focusing on the lack of substantiated evidence regarding emotional distress claims.

The company’s defense strategy involved a multi-faceted approach to addressing the allegations. They presented detailed documentation of their employee training programs, anti-discrimination policies, and historical data regarding similar incidents. This comprehensive defense highlighted the challenges businesses face in balancing customer service with security protocols while maintaining an inclusive shopping environment.

Legal proceedings and representation challenges
The case took an unexpected turn when Gibson‘s legal representation dissolved in June 2024. This development significantly impacted the trajectory of the lawsuit, as the actor’s absence from two court hearings threatened to result in sanctions. The self-representation period proved challenging, ultimately contributing to the decision to withdraw the lawsuit with prejudice.

The complexities of navigating the legal system without professional representation became apparent as the case progressed. Gibson’s experience underscored the importance of maintaining consistent legal counsel in discrimination cases, particularly when dealing with large corporations with substantial legal resources. The challenges faced during this period revealed the intricate nature of proving discrimination claims in the legal system.

Broader implications for retail discrimination cases
This high-profile case has illuminated the intricate nature of proving discrimination in retail settings. While Gibson‘s withdrawal prevents him from pursuing future legal action on this matter, it has initiated important conversations about customer treatment, racial profiling, and the necessity of proper legal representation in discrimination cases.

The case has become a catalyst for examining how retail establishments handle similar situations and the need for clear, standardized procedures that protect both customers and businesses. Industry experts have pointed to this case as an example of the need for improved training and awareness in retail environments, particularly regarding implicit bias and customer service protocols.

Future considerations for retail interactions
The resolution of this case presents valuable lessons for both retailers and consumers about the importance of clear communication and standardized procedures. Home Depot‘s handling of the situation, from their initial response to their legal strategy, provides insights into corporate crisis management and customer relations in an era of heightened social awareness.

The aftermath of this case has prompted many retailers to reevaluate their policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, particularly in situations involving credit card usage and identification requirements. The industry-wide impact has led to discussions about implementing more transparent and equitable practices while maintaining necessary security measures.

The Associated Press Apologizes to Babyface for their idiotic Correspondents Disrespecting him
Disrespecting Babyface will not be tolerated by his fans. The “Whip Appeal” singer and 12-time Grammy-winning producer and composer is responsible for multiple hit songs and a frequent collaborator to some of the biggest stars in music. He is also the co-founder of the LaFace Records label with L.A. Reid, which helped launch the careers of artists such as Usher, Toni Braxton and TLC.

But Sunday night, during an interview with the Associated Press on a livestream for the Grammys, there was an interaction that was criticized as disrespectful his career and significant contributions to music.
While being interviewed by journalists Krysta Fauria and Leslie Ambriz, Fauria spotted best new artist nominee Chappell Roan, who later won the category. Fauria shouted Roan’s name to get her attention as Babyface was speaking.
He noticed and graciously asked the two journalists, “You guys wanna take that? Go do that then,” before handing back their microphone as Roan approached.

The moment sparked response on social media.
“Its maddening to see a LEGEND not get the respect and attention they deserve. He is a pioneer and deserves so much better than this,” reality star and entrepreneur Khloe Kardashian wrote on X . “With decades of groundbreaking work as a songwriter, producer, and performer, he’s shaped the sound of multiple generations.”

Legendary singer Dionne Warwick also shared the video on social media, writing “13x Grammy Award winning Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds? Am I seeing this correctly?”
She posted a screenshot from a dictionary of the word “decorum” and tagged the AP.

Fauria apologized on camera Sunday.
“I’m really sorry about interrupting Babyface earlier,” she said. “Chappell Roan had come up and there was a lot of commotion, as there is on these carpets. But I’m a big Babyface fan, as are we all, and I just wanted to say that I really apologize.”
The Associated Press also offered an apology in a statement shared on social media.

“We are deeply sorry for cutting our interview with Babyface short on our YouTube livestream of the Grammys red carpet,” the statement reads. “We have apologized to him through his representative and to our viewers on the livestream.”
In a statement obtained by USA Today, he seemingly had moved past the exchange.
“The best part of the night was reconnecting with old friends, meeting new artists, and feeling all the love in the room,” Babyface said. “That’s what I’ll remember. That’s what it’s really about. Music is bigger than any one moment. Much love to everyone who won and everyone out here making great music.”

Claressa Shields beats Danielle Perkins to become boxing's first undisputed women's heavyweight champion
The "GWOAT" defeated Danielle Perkins by unanimous decision to become boxing's first-ever women's undisputed heavyweight champion. She also earned the accolade of being the only three-division undisputed champion, male or female, of the four-belt era.
Shields (16-0, 3 KOs) is known for her strong jab, but that was nonexistent on Sunday night at the Dort Financial Center in Flint, Michigan. She explained in her post-fight interview that she was unable to use her jab because she tore a labrum in her left shoulder just nine days prior to fight night.

Shields, Uncrowned's No. 1 pound-for-pound women's boxer in the world, instead focused her efforts on landing the straight right hand and overhand right on the southpaw Perkins, which she did consistently throughout the fight. She hurt Perkins for the first time in Round 3 with an overhand right and almost secured an early knockout, but Perkins managed to stand up to the assault that followed.

In Round 7, a straight right hand buzzed Perkins heavily, and Shields once again looked for a finish that didn't come. To her credit, Perkins became more aggressive in the final three rounds, looking to get her own work off on Shields.
With around 10 seconds to go in the 10th and final round, Perkins threw a slow left hand, which Shields slipped and countered with a sharp right, flooring Perkins. There wasn't any time left for Shields to look for the finish as the final bell rang just after the referee signaled for the action to resume.

Shields was awarded every round on one scorecard, 100-89, nine rounds on a second scorecard, 99-90, and seven rounds on the third card, 97-92. She said in her post-fight interview that she wished to box two more times in 2025, naming a list of potential opponents, which included Franchon Crews-Dezurn, Hanna Gabriels, Savannah Marshall, MMA legend Cris Cyborg and retired trailblazer Laila Ali.

Don Lemon Responds After Kanye Calls Him A ‘Goofball’ & ‘Coon’Over Claims He Started Rumor Rapper & His Wife Were Kicked Out Of Grammys
Kanye West sparked controversy at the Grammys by walking the red carpet with his wife Bianca Censori, who was essentially naked for the occasion. The couple was notably absent inside the event, leading to rumors that Kanye wasn’t actually invited and was asked to leave.
Kanye took to Instagram today (Feb. 3), blaming Don Lemon for spreading the rumor, writing:

“This the goofball that started the rumor that me and my wife got kicked out the Grammies 3 decades of innovating music and they always KOONS like this.”
Lemon wasted no time responding, denying any involvement in the rumor and throwing shade, insisting Kanye’s “MAGA hat must be too tight” on his head.

Janelle Monáe Slams Nelly For Performing At Donald Trump’s Inauguration Ball, During Grammys After-Party: ‘F*ck That N*gga

Janelle Monáe had a lot to say about Nelly’s controversial performance at Donald Trump’s inauguration ball.
While performing with Anderson .Paak at a recent Grammys afterparty, Janelle switched up the lyrics to Nelly’s hit song “Hot in Herre” and called out the rapper in front of the packed crowd.

She rapped, “I used to like Nelly … but then he performed for Donald Trump. F*ck that [n-word]. I don’t give a f*ck … Nelly, you sold out. I used to think he was cool … F*ck you [n-word]. Get a new attitude.”
Nelly faced backlash for performing at Trump’s inauguration ball, but defended his decision, saying,

“This is not a campaign trail. This is not anything that I feel like I’m influencing people to sway how they feel, but it’s more about the respect and the honor of being invited for what I like to call the greatest country on the planet.”

Karla Sofía Gascón Exits X After Death Threats & Harassment
Karla Sofía Gascón, the Oscar-nominated Emilia Pérez actress, has deleted her X (formerly Twitter) account amid backlash over resurfaced racist and disparaging tweets.
Gascón recently issued a public apology after old social media posts resurfaced containing offensive remarks about Muslims, George Floyd, and even the Oscars themselves.

However, her apology failed to sway the public.
By Friday morning (January 31), Karla Sofía Gascón was trending on X, with over 270,000 tweets condemning her past statements.
In a statement, Gascón revealed that she chose to deactivate her account due to an overwhelming wave of harassment and death threats.
“I’m sorry, but I can no longer allow this campaign of hate and misinformation to affect me and my family, so at their request, I am closing my account on X,” Gascón, 52, wrote. “I have been threatened with death, insulted, abused, and harassed to the point of exhaustion. I have a wonderful daughter to protect, whom I love madly and who supports me in everything.”

She continued, “I have defended each and every one of the minorities in this world and supported any event against racism, freedom of religion, or homophobia, in the same way that I have criticized the hypocrisy that underlies them—because the first thing I am self-critical of is myself.”

“Perhaps my words were not correct, many times due to ignorance or pure mistake. I apologize again if anyone has ever felt offended or will in the future. I am a human being who has made, makes, and will make mistakes from which I will learn. I am not perfect.”
One thing about tweets—they will always come back to haunt you.

Perhaps now is a good time for Karla to take a step back.

#BoxOfficeNews:‘Dog Man’ Gives Box Office a Boost With $36 Million Opening

Universal/DreamWorks/Jellyfish Pictures’ “Dog Man” has given a bit of a boost to a sagging box office, earning a $36 million opening weekend from 3,885 theaters.
It’s a substantial jump from DreamWorks’ last adaptation of a Dav Pikey graphic novel, “Captain Underpants,” which opened to $23.8 million in 2017. In fact, it is second only to the $41 million opening of “Kung Fu Panda 3” in 2016 among animated releases in January.

Largely animated by the U.K.-based Jellyfish Pictures on a $40 million budget, “Dog Man” will be a mid-budget success for Universal as it quickly rebounds from the misfire of Blumhouse’s “Wolf Man,” which is already out of the top 10 in its third weekend and has made just $19.9 million domestically against a $25 million budget. As “Dog Man” makes a play for a $100 million-plus domestic run, Universal will keep plugging movies into theaters with 87North’s “Love Hurts” starring Ke Huy Quan next weekend.

Also opening this weekend is Warner Bros.’/New Line’s “Companion,” a darkly satirical horror film starring Sophie Thatcher and Jack Quaid that has opened to $9.5 million from 3,285 theaters.
It’s a good start for a film with a reported $10 million budget before marketing costs, and now it will try to leg out with its strong word-of-mouth, boasting a 94% Rotten Tomatoes score and a B+ on CinemaScore. By comparison, last month’s breakout horror hit, “Nosferatu,” got a B-.

Disney’s “Mufasa” is in third on the charts, showing legs that are getting more and more impressive with each passing weekend. In its seventh frame, the Barry Jenkins “Lion King” prequel added $6.6 million to bring its total to $230 million domestic and $653 million worldwide.
It’s a pretty dramatic comeback from the anemic $35 million domestic opening it earned the weekend before Christmas. But as TheWrap noted back then, it was still a very possible scenario that family audiences simply hadn’t had the time yet to see “Mufasa” and that the film could build up the momentum it needed over the holidays.

That scenario has come to pass as “Mufasa” will pass Paramount’s “Sonic the Hedgehog 3” this week to become the highest domestic grosser among this past December’s releases.
Sony/TriStar’s “One of Them Days” is in fourth with $6 million in its third weekend, giving the $14 million comedy a $34.5 million domestic total. Lionsgate’s “Flight Risk” completes the top 5, sliding 53% from its opening weekend to $5.6 million for a $20.9 million 10-day total.

Like so much of the post-COVID shutdown box office, the numbers for 2025 after one month can be viewed either positively or negatively. According to Comscore, ticket sales are up 3.5% from January 2023, a month that got support from films like “M3GAN” and “Avatar: The Way of Water.” Grosses for the month of January came in at $543 million, up 8.3% from last year.
The negative interpretation is that the January box office remains more than 40% down from pre-pandemic levels. Totals for the first month of the year exceeded $800 million every year from 2012 to 2020, peaking at $1.03 billion in January 2016.

While theaters expect studios to commit more films to their screens in 2025 and beyond, the huge drop shows how much the early-year box office has been diminished by the decrease in release quality and the near-total loss of revenue support from Oscar-nominated films, which used to be a major pillar of the winter marketplace.
Searchlight’s “A Complete Unknown” and A24’s “The Brutalist” are the only two Best Picture nominees still with a significant presence in theaters, with “Unknown” grossing $2.2 million this weekend for a $66.7 million total while “The Brutalist” continues to leg out as a specialty title with $1.6 million from 1,612 theaters

‘Black Panther 3’ Producer Denies Chadwick Boseman’s T’Challa Recasting Rumors: “Everything You Read Online Is Not True”
Marvel Studios executive Nate Moore denies the rumors that Black Panther 3 will recast T’Challa in the live-action role Chadwick Boseman originated.
In a new interview, the Black Panther producer said that the superhero role was not being recast following rumors on social media.

“The truth is, there’s no truth to those rumors. Never say never to anything, we haven’t really had a lot of creative conversations with Ryan Coogler yet, because he’s finishing his film Sinners, which comes out this year,” Moore told ComicBook. “We’ll get into it later this year, but everything you read online is not true, if for no other reason than we just haven’t started [working on it].”
Moore is set to depart Marvel Studios in the coming weeks but will continue to work with the studio for Black Panther 3.
Boseman first played the role of T’Challa, appearing in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War, followed by the Black Panther feature film in 2018. The actor reprised the superhero role in 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War and 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Boseman was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016 and died in August 2020. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was released in 2022 and dedicated to his memory. The film picked up following the death of T’Challa.
In November 2024, Denzel Washington let it slip that he is being considered for a role in the third installment of Black Panther. During an interview in Australia promoting Gladiator II, he said that Ryan Coogler was “writing a part for me in the next Black Panther.”

'Final Destination Bloodlines' trailer signals return of gory franchise after 14 years

The horrifying "Final Destination" franchise is back from the dead with the drop of an official teaser trailer for its first installment in 14 years.
Warner Bros. dropped the over two-minute trailer for "Final Destination Bloodlines" on Monday. This sixth installment is the New Line Cinema-produced franchise's first film since 2011's "Final Destination 5."

New Line Cinema is owned by Warner Bros., which will be distributing the "Final Destination Bloodlines" in theaters and IMAX worldwide. New Line Cinema is responsible for all six "Final Destination" films.
The upcoming movie, directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein, is expected to be released in U.S. theaters on May 16, according to IMDB.
Actor Tony Todd arrives at a screening of New Line Cinema's "Final Destination 5" at the Chinese Theater on August 10, 2011 in Los Angeles, California.

Tony Todd, an actor synonymous with the franchise, will make an appearance as William Bludworth in the upcoming film, IMDB shows. Todd died at 69 years old in November 2024, his longtime manager, Jeffrey Goldberg, confirmed to USA TODAY.

Here is what to know about the upcoming film in the franchise known for its gruesome and gory death scenes.
What is 'Final Destination Bloodlines' about?
According to the trailer's description, "Final Destination Bloodlines" will take "audiences back to the very beginning of Death’s twisted sense of justice."
"Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all," the description reads.

The trailer, which begins with a girl getting a tongue piercing, shows a tattoo artist named Erik inking his forearm with the word "Dad" before he is hung by his nose ring on a ceiling fan and burned to death.

Women’s College Basketball Greats Caitlin Clark and A’ja Wilson’s #22 Collegiate Jerseys Retired
Caitlin Clark and A’ja Wilson, who both helped elevate the game of women’s college basketball, had their respective No. 22 jersey retired Sunday at the schools where they became bona fide superstars.
Clark, the all-time leading scorer in NCAA men’s and women’s Division I basketball history, had her jersey raised to the rafters at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa, after the Iowa Hawkeyes’ 76-69 upset win against the No. 4 USC Trojans.

Clark thanked her former teammates who were in attendance for the ceremony.
“I’m pretty overwhelmed right now,” the West Des Moines, Iowa, native told the sold-out crowd. “I wouldn’t be here without any of you and a lot of you came back. You all have busy schedules and that just speaks to the culture of this place, so selfless. I know my number is up there, but it wouldn’t be if it weren’t for all of you.”
Clark led Iowa to two consecutive national title games. In her senior season, she led the nation in scoring (31.6 per game) and assists (8.9 per game).

She also showed some love to her former head coach and everyone who has supported her throughout her career.
“There weren’t many people when I first signed here when I said, ‘I wanted to take this place to the Final Four’ that they kind of laughed at me, and Coach (Lisa Bluder) was literally the only person that agreed with me, thank God, or else we probably wouldn’t be here. I’m just fortunate.”

Clark added: “To all the people that just poured into me throughout my career, from the people that don’t get any recognition, from our media team to our managers, all of you that have given so much of yourselves to allow me to be who I am, thank you. I can’t say it enough. I wouldn’t be here without all of you.”
The 23-year-old is the only Division I player, man or woman, to lead her conference (Big Ten) in scoring and assists in four consecutive seasons. She was selected to the All-Big Ten first team four times in four years, the first to ever do so in program history. The Indiana Fever picked her with the No. 1 overall selection in the 2024 WNBA draft. The National Player of the Year capped off a historic career at Iowa by having a groundbreaking year in her first season in the league. Clark won the 2024 Rookie of the Year award in a near-unanimous vote.

Wilson got very emotional as her jersey was lifted to the Colonial Life Arena’s rafters in Columbia, South Carolina, before No. 2 Gamecocks’ 83-66 victory over the Auburn Tigers.
“I am overwhelmed with gratitude and joy to have my jersey retired at the University of South Carolina, the place where my dreams began is an honor I can hardly put into words,” the school’s first four-time All-American and National Player of the Year in 2018 told the Gamecock faithful.

“Columbia, South Carolina, is my home and it shaped me not just as an athlete but as a person. As I would look up the in the raptors and see my jersey, I’m reminded how important it is to chase your dreams without fear.”

South Carolina’s all-time leading scorer still currently holds 22 school records. Wilson led the Gamecocks to their first Southeastern Conference (SEC) tournament title, first NCAA Final Four, and first NCAA national championship. She is also the first player in SEC history to win the Player of the Year three times.
The 28-year-old expressed gratitude to the “incredible” fans and South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley for their support.
“You fill this arena with energy and passion, making every game an unforgettable experience. It’s a privilege to be a Gamecock, to be a part of this community and one of the greatest honors of my life was representing Garnet and Black every night.”

She continued: “Thank you coach for seeing the light in me even when I couldn’t see it in myself and for showing me that it’s not about the destination but the journey and the people you meet along the way.”
Wilson was the top overall selection in the 2018 WNBA draft by the Las Vegas Aces as she became the first South Carolina player to accomplish that feat. Wilson was unanimously selected 2018 WNBA Rookie of the Year. In 2021, South Carolina honored Wilson with an 11-foot bronze statue outside the main entrance of the arena.

Last season, Wilson was unanimously named the WNBA MVP, her third time winning the award, and set the record for the most points in a WNBA season
The No. 22 jersey will never be worn by any women’s college basketball player at Iowa or South Carolina.

Temple University Student Arrested for Impersonating ICE Agent on Campus

As tensions rise over recent ICE raids across the country, Temple University police are investigating a disturbing incident involving individuals impersonating U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers on campus.
Authorities say the suspects—dressed in shirts with “Police” and “ICE” lettering—were reported Saturday night at Insomnia Cookies on Cecil B. Moore Avenue. One of them was also seen recording the incident.

Earlier that evening, all three suspects allegedly tried to enter the Johnson & Hardwick Residence Hall but were denied access.
One suspect, Temple student Aidan Steigelmann, 22, has been arrested and charged with impersonating a public servant. He has also been placed on interim suspension as the investigation continues.

“It is deeply troubling and disappointing to know behavior like this reportedly occurred on our campus,” Temple police said in a statement.
Authorities are still searching for two more male suspects connected to the incident. Temple police have released a photo of a person of interest and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.
The incident comes just days after an ICE raid was reported at a Philadelphia car wash
