Anderson .Paak and Mariah Carey are working on new music together.
During a Friday (May 2) appearance on the social media series Track Star — where guests try to identify mystery songs — the 39-year-old singer-songwriter and producer correctly guessed Carey’s “Always Be My Baby,” which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1996.
“This would be Mariah Carey. The Mariah Carey,” said .Paak, who was wearing a T-shirt featuring Mariah’s face. “I remember in like 5th grade, or something, watching the music videos and having a huge crush. We’re working on some music on her new album.”
News of a musical collaboration between .Paak and Carey, 56, comes after the two were seen holding hands after the iHeartRadio Music Awards in March 2025, People reports. .Paak helped the superstar singer onto the stage as she accepted the icon award at the ceremony.
“Thank you iHeart for this incredible honor,” Carey said during her speech. “As a kid, I used to listen to my favorite artist on the radio and dream of being on the airwave myself. Now, for those of you who may not know what airwaves are, think of it as the non-Wifi version of streaming, OK?”
Around the same time, the pair were reportedly also spotted leaving a restaurant together in West Hollywood. Prior to that, .Paak and Carey were seen holding hands following the conclusion of her Christmas tour in December 2024, according to People.

Ye up and walked out of a recent interview with journalist Piers Morgan after feeling slighted because the host called him by his old name and misquoted the number of followers Ye has on social media.
On Tuesday (May 6), Yeezy sat down for an interview with Piers Morgan, which went left. Piers shared news of the failed attempt to chop it up with Ye on X.
"So, I interviewed Kanye West again today," Piers captioned a photo of Ye on the set of the interview. "As I expected, given what I’ve said about him recently, it didn’t last long or go well. This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby. Drops on @PiersUncensored later…"
Streamer Sneako, who was sitting right beside Ye for the interview, has since released a clip showing what happened on their end. In the clip, which can be seen below, Yeezy seems perturbed by something Piers says.

In a deeply transparent New York Magazine essay titled “The truth about us, after all these years,” Diller writes, “While there have been a good many men in my life, there has only ever been one woman, and she didn’t come into my life until I was 33 years old.”
Diller, 83, married von Furstenberg in 2001 after years of an off-and-on romance that began in 1974. He admits, “I have never questioned my sexuality’s basic authority over my life (I was only afraid of the reaction of others).”
Reflecting on his love for von Furstenberg, he writes, “Plain and simple, it was an explosion of passion that kept up for years,” adding, “It really is the miracle of my life.” Despite being attracted to men, Diller insists, “That was not a conflict with my love for Diane. I can’t explain it to myself or to the world.”
The couple, who never had children together, remain bonded.
“At the end, he got me, and I’m happy he got me,” von Furstenberg previously told Page Six, calling Diller “the pillar of our family.”
Diller, who currently serves as chairman and senior executive at the Expedia Group and at IAC, sees his journey mirrored in younger generations.
“Much more fluid and natural, without all those rigidly defined lanes of the last century.”

Smokey Robinson Accused Of Sexual Assault, Hostile Work Environment From Past Employees
Four women who previously worked for Smokey Robinson are accusing the 85-year-old crooner of sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, gender violence and creating a hostile work environment. The claims stemmed from a compliant filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday (May 6).
His 77-year-old wife, Frances, was also named in the lawsuit.Per PEOPLE, the plaintiffs stated that Smokey’s actions were “willful, wanton, and malicious,” with a conscious disregard of their “rights, privacy, and feelings.”
According to the complaint, Jane Doe 1 said that Robinson’s wife allegedly had “full knowledge of his prior acts of sexual misconduct” and “failed to take the appropriate corrective action” to stop his “deviant misconduct” after settling cases with other women who experienced similar sexual assaults from him.
Jane Doe 1’s first alleged sexual assault took place in March 2023, and she continued to experience “repeated sexual assaults and sexual harassment.”
Jane Doe 2 worked for the defendants from 2014 to 2020, but was allegedly “forced to resign” following Robinson’s “repeated sexual assaults” against her, which allegedly started in 2016.
Jane Doe 3 also worked as Robinson’s housekeeper from 2012 until 2024 before she was also allegedly forced to resign after the singer’s repeated incidents of “sexual assaults and sexual harassment against her.” She also accused Robinson of raping her from behind “at least 20 times” after forcing her to “lie face down” in a towel.
Jane Doe 4 was also Robinson’s housekeeper from 2006 until 2024, and also allegedly was forced to resign because of “repeated sexual assaults and sexual harassment” against her, which started in 2007.
The women are asking for a total of $50,000,000 in damages. A press conference with their legal team is set to take place this afternoon.

#PRAYERS: ‘That’s So Raven’ Actor Rondell Sheridan Reveals Pancreatitis Diagnosis, Asks For Help w/ Medical Bills
Rondell Sheridan is opening up about his health and asking fans for support.
The That’s So Raven actor shared a video from a hospital bed, revealing that he first got sick while on the road last month. He said doctors initially believed it was a gastric issue, but after more testing, he was diagnosed with pancreatitis.
According to Sheridan, his pancreas is inflamed, and there’s not much he can do except wait for the inflammation to go down. He admitted he’s been out of work longer than expected and launched a GoFundMe to help cover medical bills and daily expenses. He told supporters that any amount they could give would be greatly appreciated.

Taking to social media, Natalie Jasmine Harris accused the former White House resident of using her short film for inspiration in the campaign, created to highlight A’Ja Wilson and her new signature shoe in the empowering commercial.
On social media, Harris asserted that the social edit of the advert mimics her short film GRACE, which was screened at the Sundance Film Festival in 2024, the same year Obama was at the event.

Court documents obtained by independent reporter Meghann Cuniff say the rapper lost at least $190 million in income, credit, and loans due to the lawsuit filed by Tony Buzbee on behalf of Jane Doe. Doe accused Hov and Diddy of raping her in 2000, when she was 13 years old.

The music mogul was also denied a $55 million personal credit line, and his 50 percent-owned consumer company, Roc Nation was denied a $115 million loan.
“We have agreements to produce entertainment programs for certain sporting events,” the complaint says. “After Mr. Buzbee filed the lawsuit, the media reported that other businesses could end their deals with Roc Nation, and forced one to speak out and address whether these false allegations would end our business relationship."
In early March, Jay sued Doe for defamation after Buzbee voluntarily dismissed her sexual assault case in February. Jay also filed a defamation suit against Buzbee.
