#MAGFAB: Nicole Kidman Is 'On a High' in a Hyperbaric Chamber for Allure May 2025

The irrepressible, uber-talent Nicole Kidman rolls on with life, inviting writer Danielle Pergament to . . . oh let me quote the interviewer about instructions from NK in her email inbox:
“Danielle should meet NK…for a dual hyperbaric chamber session….” I reread it a few times, hoping it’ll become English. ChatGPT tells me to prepare for an enclosed, sealed chamber that pumps out pure oxygen while increasing barometric pressure until air pressure is increased two to three times. The goals (if you believe in that sort of thing) range from increasing oxygen levels in the body to fighting infections. This is next-level intimidation. Hyperbaric intimidation.

In Nashville . . . and Kidman is not a regular. In fact, NK has never entered a hyperbaric chamber.
“Have you done this before? Do you know anything about it? This is so crazy, isn’t it?” Kidman  pondered the road ahead, then stiffened her spine to take the plunge. “Come on, Danielle! We’re doing this!”

There’s a reason why fashion story interviews typically happen separately from the fashion shoot. Can you imagine photographer Dan Beleiu [IG] getting a message that he will be shooting Nicole Kidman [IG] for the May 2025 issue of Allure Magazine’s beauty issue in a hyperbaric chamber in Nashville?
Beleiu is chill, but he also likes self-expression and movement in his images. How large is this hyperbaric chamber? Forget that Kidman is styled by Shiona Turini in 4” heels for her 5’10” frame. Add fashion from Balenciaga, Gucci, Roberto Cavalli, Schiaparelli and more . . . with jewelry from DeBeers and Tiffany & Co./ Hair by Evanie Frausto; makeup by Yumi Lee; set design by Lizzie Lang

While Nicole Kidman’s life motto about moving forward may offend some younger women, it’s one Anne relates to.
In NK’s case, her career just does not slow down. Ever since she wore the MiuMiu mini skirt, remaining oblivious to the morality-infused angst of younger women that Kidman should act her age, the red head with bangs staring back at us has been on fire.
Pergament has no recollection of a time when the actor’s career wasn’t in high gear. Except that her latest pace seems to deny the force of gravity
She has finished filming the second season of ‘Nine Perfect Strangers’, streaming this month on Hulu, in which she plays a Russian wellness guru who runs an unorthodox wellness retreat.
Kidman has been hosting screenings of her latest movie ‘Holland’.
In 2024, she starred in the Paramount+ series ‘Lioness’, the Netflix series ‘The Perfect Couple’, the movie ‘A Family Affair’, and of course, ‘Babygirl’, in which she played a CEO having an affair with an intern. Adding in the animated musical ‘Spellbound’ and the drama series ‘Expats’, Pergament’s calculator totals four films, four series, two years.

Her roles include being a writer, a teacher, a guru, and a universe-crushing businesswoman with intense sexual proclivities.
As for what’s next, Kidman will star in and excutive produce a series adaptation of the Eliza Jane Brazier novel "Girls and Their Horses” for Prime Video.

#RHOA: Uh Oh? Is NBCUniversal is Considering Dropping Entire Housewives Franchise Following ‘RHOA’ Rookie Brit Eady’s $20 Million Lawsuit?
Could Brit Eady’s bombshell lawsuit mean the end of the Housewives franchise? There are growing whispers that NBC is considering ending the entire Real Housewives franchise following the $20 million defamation and harassment lawsuit filed by newcomer Brit Eady.

Over the years, the network has faced a few big lawsuits and allegations, including a now-resolved legal battle with NeNe Leakes, union threats from Bethenny Frankel, and Leah McSweeney’s lawsuit against Andy Cohen.
According to insiders, Brit’s lawsuit might be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.  A production insider shared with reporter Rob Shutter:
“What made Housewives great – the chaos – is now its biggest threat. It’s just lawsuit after lawsuit The drama made it great. But now it’s a walking lawsuit. The champagne’s flat, the taglines are tired – and Bravo may finally be done playing hostess.”

As reported, during the grand opening of her spa, Kenya Moore showed explicit photos allegedly of Brit. After skipping filming for season 16 reunion special, Brit released a statement claiming she wasn’t the woman in the images. She also alleged that the network was aware of this but still “falsely yet unmistakably implied” to the public that the images were of her.

She added Bravo “contributed to a hostile work environment” by subjecting her to “unwelcome, offensive, and sexualized behavior and comments” when they required her to continue filming after a “gendered attack.” She’s suing for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual harassment and more.

Do you think NBC should cut ties with all things Housewives related?

Chrisette Michele Announces “Severe” Autism Diagnosis: “My Life Finally Makes Sense”
R&B singer Chrisette Michele has revealed that she’s been diagnosed with autism, a development she only recently became aware of.

The Grammy-winning artist shared the news in a heartfelt Instagram post on Sunday (June 15), opening up to fans about her journey of self-discovery and the clarity that has come with her diagnosis.

“I just learned I’m autistic,” Michele wrote, captioning two photos from a recent performance in Atlanta, GA. “Official diagnosis,” she continued, noting that doctors determined her to be “severely” autistic.
The 42-year-old, known for her soulful vocals and genre-blending artistry, explained that the diagnosis has shed light on long-standing questions she’s had about her life and how she experiences the world.

Despite the weight of the news, Michele emphasized that she remains committed to performing and caring for her mental health.
“I’ve been outside,” she added. “Singing… but learning to strip the mask. One show at a time (the irony). Just… coming to grips with a lot and giving myself room to take it all in.”
“My life and its challenges finally make sense. So so much sense. Autistic. Would you get a load of that… I’ll talk more soon. Just wanted to say hi… from stage side.”

Michele garnered backlash in 2016 after performing at United States President Donald Trump’s inauguration, which the singer says caused her to be disowned by her own family and dropped from her record label.
Her announcement has been met with an outpouring of support from fans and fellow artists, many praising her vulnerability and courage. As Michele continues to navigate life with her new diagnosis, she plans to speak more about the experience, offering insight into the personal journey behind the spotlight.

Allen Iverson Rings In 50th Birthday Philly-Style With Star-Studded Dinner And Sneaker Ball

Over the weekend (June 14), I had the honor of celebrating a true legend — Allen Iverson — as he rang in his 50th birthday the only way a Philly icon could.
From the moment I walked into The Prime Rib Philadelphia for his private dinner, I knew the night was going to be one for the books. The setting was elegant, the energy electric, and the guest list stacked with athletes, power players, and tastemakers who’ve supported AI through every era.

We raised glasses of Crown Royal as heartfelt toasts  and speeches poured in from brands like Ahari Water, mbg360, Reebok, and Vomos Jets. But as much as the love was flowing, it was clear Iverson had one foot out the restaurant and the other already in the club. Between laughs and delectable bites of oysters, fillet mignon, shrimp cocktail, and much more, AI kept checking the vibe — ready to shift gears to Mr. Ivy for the Sneaker Ball, where the turn-up was set to unfold.

When I finally arrived at the nightclub, the scene was in full effect with the vibe feeling like a perfect tribute to Iverson’s legacy: flashy, bold, timeless, and unmatched. Sneaker heat was everywhere, with many sporting AI’s classic Reebok Questions and other fire kicks, all paired with black-tie suits and elegant dresses. Famous faces showed up heavy, with names like A.J. Brown, Terrell Owens, Charlie Mack, Freeway, Neef Buck, Charlie Baltimore, and Reebok CEO Todd Krinsky all in the building. And just when I thought the night couldn’t get more nostalgic, Philly’s own Freeway grabbed the mic and ran through his classic “What We Do,” sending the whole room back to 2003.

At one point during the energetic evening, I caught up with AI and asked what birthday of his has stood out the most. With a signature grin, he didn’t hesitate. “Probably my 30th,” he said, reminiscing on the over-the-top parties that defined his prime. But even in all the celebration, Iverson couldn’t help but keep it real about hitting this life milestone. When asked how turning 50 felt, he laughed and said, “Old!”

Still, if this is what 50 years look like — memorable moments, cultural impact, and an entire city showing up to give you your flowers — then Iverson’s milestone was nothing short of elite. The night didn’t just celebrate his birthday, it celebrated the Hall of Famer’s influence, his legacy, and his cemented place in sports, fashion and Hip-Hop culture. And I was lucky enough to witness it all first-hand.

‘Empire’ Actor Bryshere Gray Accused Of Assaulting Employee At Virginia Hotel
Bryshere Gray, best known as Hakeem Lyon on Fox’s “Empire,” is facing an a$$ault and battery charge in Chesapeake, Virginia. The complaint was filed by a private citizen and not through a police arrest.

Court documents identify the alleged victim as Gray’s associate, Dustin “Chosen” Wilkins. Chosen claims the incident happened Friday afternoon at a Homewood Suites, following an argument over money. “He then charged towards me from around the car…fighting me as I was recording the incident,” Chosen said, describing how Gray allegedly struck him with his shoulder and fists.

In an interview with WAVY, Chosen expressed concern for Gray’s mental health. “He is just someone who is dealing with some very interesting mental health issues,” he said. “Bryshere doesn’t need to be in jail. He needs mental help.”

Gray’s arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday. He previously faced domestic violence charges in Arizona in 2020.

Robin Roberts and Wife Amber Laign Believe Having Separate Apartments Is the Secret to Marriage
Good Morning America host Robin Roberts and her wife Amber Laign exclusively told E! News the secret to their successful relationship: separate apartments.
The Good Morning America anchor’s wife Amber Laign revealed the surprising hack that has made the couple’s two-decade relationship such a success.

“The true secret: separate apartments,” Amber exclusively told E! News June 12 at the opening night of Jean Smart’s one-woman Broadway show Call Me Izzy. But individual spaces aren’t the only key, as she added, “Communication, keeping it fresh, trust—all the good pillars.”
And Robin couldn’t help but agree with her wife of nearly two years when it came to one of their relationship pillars.
“Trust is very, very big,” Robin explained in their interview, airing on E! News June 16 at 11 p.m. “We've had peaks and valleys—mainly majority peaks, but there have been some valleys.”

“Once we learned to not look at each other through the lens of our childhood, that was a real breakthrough for us,” she continued. “It was a real understanding [of] having different paths to get here.”
Robin emphasized the strength of her and Amber’s journey through life together, adding, “I mean, 20 years. Something's got to be working.”
But while Robin and Amber have learned how to make their relationship work over the years, the pair also had an instant connection when they met in 2005.

"15 years ago I met you for drinks on a blind date that both you and I tried to cancel…twice," Amber wrote in an anniversary Instagram post in 2020, which Robin reposted. "Your grace caught my eye right away and the ease of the evening continued to flow through dinner."
Luckily, neither Robin nor Amber canceled their first date, because another one followed quickly.
"We had a second date soon after and I couldn't believe how at ease I was with you as we shared each other's lives sipping lychee and apple martinis," Amber continued. "You left for Tahiti the following day and during that time apart I grew this feeling inside of me that still is very present today…butterflies."

Beyonce's mom hits back at 'struggling ticket sales' jab for Cowboy Carter tour

Beyonce’s mom Tina Knowles comes to her music superstar daughter’s defense as she continues to shut down rumors of struggling ticket cells for Bey’s Cowboy Carter Tour.
The Texas Hold ‘Em singer’s tour kicked off in a late April, and will continue until the end of July. Throughout her tour, there has been rumors and speculation that the Grammy-winner has been struggling to fill seats at some of her concerts. Attempting silence the naysayers, Tina took to social media to share a photo of a packed arena filled with numerous of Beyonce’s fans who were waiting for the singer-songwriter to perform.

“Struggling ticket sales,” Tina wrote across the photo, seemingly mocking rumors that Beyonce was having a hard time selling out stadiums on her recent tour.

Tina racked up some praise from netizens on X, formerly Twitter, for clapping back on Beyonce’s behalf.
“The only celebrity mother that acts like a Twitter stan account btw,” one X user shared, and another commented, “Yesss Tina clock them haters.”

One shared, “she said don’t f--- with my daughter,” and a fourth revealed, “Oh get them again & again Miss Tina!!!!”
Meanwhile, someone else shadily contested, “I hate that she’s so vocal on every single little thing now, remember when we just let haters be haters and run with their own narratives without debunking something every next business day.”
Beyonce squashed theories that there were “hundreds of unsold seats” at her Cowboy Carter tour as she dazzled a nearly sold-out audience at White Hart Lane.

The Crazy in Love singer was perched atop a flying neon horseshoe to get a close look at her fans at that concert.
She shared her gratitude for the support as many fans in the audience at the Tottenham Stadium filled the venue to its limit.
“Thank you for all your beautiful outfits. Thank you for dressing up," she thanked, taking in the array of denim, stetson hats, and sequins all around her.

Everyone seemed to put on their best Western look for the hoedown happening in north London.
"I postponed my wedding to come to this rodeo," read one fan's sign

One of the doctors accused of providing ketamine to Matthew Perry agrees to plead guilty, filing shows

One of the doctors accused of providing ketamine to actor Matthew Perry, who died in October 2023, has agreed to plead guilty to four counts of distribution of ketamine, a plea agreement filed Monday shows.
Dr. Salvador Plasencia, of Santa Monica, California, is one of five people who were charged in relation to Perry’s death. Prosecutors say an underground network of drug sellers and suppliers were responsible for distributing the ketamine that killed Perry, who starred in the TV show “Friends.”

Perry died at age 54 because of “acute effects” of ketamine and subsequent drowning, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office autopsy report. His body was found floating face down in a hot tub at his Pacific Palisades home.
Plasencia faces a maximum sentence of 40 years, a three-year period of supervised release, and a fine of $2 million or twice the gross gain or loss from the offenses, whatever is greatest, as well as a mandatory $400 special assessment, the US Attorney’s office for the Central District of California said. He is expected to enter his plea in the coming weeks, they said.

Plasencia would be the fourth defendant to plead guilty in the case. His trial, where he would be tried alongside alleged drug dealer Jasveen Sangha, was expected to take place in August of this year.
He was originally charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, seven counts of distribution of ketamine and two counts of altering and falsifying documents or records related to the federal investigation, according to the US Attorney’s office.

In the plea agreement, Plasencia said he worked with Dr. Mark Chavez, one of the defendants who previously pleaded guilty, and sold “twenty 5ml vials of ketamine, less than a full package of ketamine lozenges, and syringes” to Perry’s personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa between September 30, 2023, and October 12, 2023.

Martin Estrada, who was US attorney for the Central District of California at the time of the charges, previously noted Plasencia’s desire to make a profit from Perry.
Estrada said Plasencia wrote in a September 2023 text message: “I wonder how much this moron will pay?” In other texts, Plasencia wrote he wanted to be Perry’s sole supplier, he said.

OH SNAP: R. Kelly Overdoses, Rushed To Hospital As Plot To Kill Him Resumes Lawyer Says
R. Kelly’s attorney says the singer overdosed in solitary confinement after being given extra medication by prison staff.
R. Kelly collapsed in his North Carolina prison cell after being given what his lawyer says was a dangerous overdose of medication while in solitary confinement.

The incident allegedly took place just days after Kelly’s legal team accused prison officials of plotting to harm him.
According to court filings viewed by AllHipHop, the 58-year-old singer was placed in isolation on Tuesday (June 10) and given additional medication by staff on Thursday (June 12).
The next morning, he reportedly fainted, experienced dizziness and vision loss and was rushed to Duke University Hospital.

Doctors determined he had received a life-threatening dose of medication and kept him under observation for two days. His attorney now alleges the overdose was not accidental.
“That means that, within two days of the filing of his motion, Bureau of Prisons officials administered an amount of medication that significantly exceeded a safe dose and caused Mr. Kelly to overdose, putting his life in jeopardy,” R. Kelly’s lawyer Beau B. Brindley said. “They gave him an amount of medicine that could have killed him.”

The emergency motion, filed in Illinois on Monday (June 16), is the third request for a temporary release to home confinement. Kelly’s legal team argues that his life is in danger behind bars, citing not only the overdose but also a recent declaration from another inmate, Mikeal Glenn Stine, who claimed prison staff and white supremacist groups were conspiring to kill the singer to cover up misconduct during his prosecution.

After Stine’s statement surfaced, R. Kelly was moved to solitary confinement, according to his lawyer, who said the conditions there are inhumane, alleging that he sleeps with spiders crawling on him, has no access to phone calls and cannot eat food from the commissary.
Kelly has reportedly gone days without eating due to fears of being poisoned. While hospitalized, doctors also discovered blood clots in both of Kelly’s legs and lungs.

They recommended surgery, but prison officials allegedly forcibly removed him from the hospital against medical advice.
“Within an hour, officers with guns came into his hospital room and removed Mr. Kelly,” Brindley added. “He was taken from the hospital against his will and against the directives of the doctors. He was denied the surgery he needs to clear blood clots in his lungs that threaten his life. This happened. This will be confirmed by hospital records. It is undeniable,” Brindley added.

The officers returned him to solitary confinement. The legal filing claims these actions are not coincidental.
R. Kelly is currently serving a 30-year sentence for sex trafficking and racketeering. His legal team is urging the court to approve an emergency furlough, arguing that his life cannot be protected inside the facility.

Jagmeet Singh regrets being spotted at Kendrick Lamar and SZA concert

Former NDP leader Jagmeet Singh publicly apologized to Drake for attending the Kendrick Lamar concert in Toronto, after Drake called him a ‘goof.’
Jagmeet Singh is apologizing for attending a Kendrick Lamar concert in Toronto after being called out by Drake and spotted by fans inside the Rogers Centre.
The former federal NDP leader issued an apology late Sunday night only hours after Drake posted a screenshot of an Instagram direct message to Singh where the rapper called him a “goof.”

“I went for SZA not Kendrick.” he wrote. “I was born in this city. I love this city. But real talk, I get it. I shouldn’t have gone at all.”
By Sunday evening, photos of Singh at the show had already surfaced online, with some even appearing in U.S. media coverage.
It’s unclear which night he attended, but the timing was notable: Lamar’s two-night stop with SZA marked his first visit to Toronto since his high-profile feud with Drake began.

The Toronto shows were the only Canadian dates on Lamar and SZA’s Grand National Tour.
One of the most viral moments came when Lamar performed “Not Like Us,” a chart-topping diss track aimed at Drake. The performance received a standing ovation and chants of “one more time” from the crowd.
Despite the crowd’s enthusiasm, the song is at the centre of a defamation lawsuit. Drake is suing Universal Music Group — the label that represents both artists — claiming the track falsely portrays him as a pedophile, endangering his safety and harming his reputation.

Universal has dismissed the suit as a baseless “attack on the commercial and creative success of the rap artist who defeated him.”
None of the allegations have been tested in court.
‘It’ll always be Drake over Kendrick’
For Singh, he didn’t just express his regret. He was sure to be clear about which side of the beef he stands on.
A screenshot of the social media post Jagmeet Singh shared on Sunday June 15, 2025 (@JagmeetSingh/Instagram).

“OVO and Drake have lifted this city and (Canada). For me, it’ll always be Drake over Kendrick.”

“Happy #mummymondays. Welcome our beautiful Nalima Rose to the world. We are so in love,” she captioned the post, tagging her husband Cody DaLuz.

“It is with a heavy heart I share that my sweet, generous, talented, funny, brilliant and handsome little brother David H. K. Bell will spend today in the company of our Heavenly Father,” she wrote.

Jalene talked about getting to celebrate David‘s recent success with him.
“He was and will remain a bright and shining star 🌟. He recently made it on to the big screen with an iconic Lilo & Stich momment 🍧,” she said. “He planned ahead and purchased the best seats in the house for us all to go together to opening night in Kapolei just two short weeks ago. That’s one trait we didn’t share, planning ahead:) We talked about and were so energized by the fans dressed in L&S gear head to toe, t-shirts, onezees, hats, mask, and the merch galore flying off the shelf as we stood in line for pop-corn.”

A cause of death has not been confirmed as of this time.
David‘s rep Lashauna Downie told TMZ, “I am learning like you through social media. This is heartbreaking & sad. He was one of my best talent & embodied the true meaning of aloha … a gentle giant.”

We’re sending our thoughts and condolences to David‘s loved ones during this difficult time.

Russell Simmons Sues HBO for $20 Million Over ‘On the Record’ Documentary
Five years after the release of the HBO documentary “On the Record,” music mogul Russell Simmons has filed a $20 million lawsuit against HBO and the filmmakers behind the project, alleging defamation and the suppression of evidence that supports his innocence.
The documentary, directed by Amy Ziering and Kirby Dick, was released on HBO Max in 2020 and featured allegations of sexual assault and misconduct against Simmons from more than 20 women. At the center of the film is the account of music executive Drew Dixon, who accused Simmons of rape during her time at Def Jam.

Simmons has consistently denied all allegations against him. In the lawsuit filed in Manhattan Civil Court earlier this week, Simmons claims the documentary intentionally disregarded or omitted evidence that contradicted the accusations. His attorneys, Imran Ansari and Carla DiMare, stated that the film “tremendously disparaged and damaged Mr. Simmons with salacious and defamatory accusations that he vehemently denies.”

The legal filing also asserts that Simmons’ team provided the filmmakers with “credible information, persuasive evidence, witness statements, and calls for further investigation” that were not included in the final version of the documentary. His legal team argues that HBO and the filmmakers failed to meet journalistic standards of fairness and objectivity.

In response, HBO’s parent company, Warner Bros. Discovery, issued a statement disputing Simmons’ claims. “We dispute Mr. Simmons’ allegations, stand by the filmmakers and their process, and will vigorously defend ourselves against these unfounded allegations,” the company said.
Given that the statute of limitations for defamation claims in New York is one year from the date of original publication, Simmons’ case hinges on the concept of “republication”—the idea that the film’s continued availability and distribution in international markets constitutes an ongoing act of defamation.

Mayor Adams Blames Rapper Son For Interview With Racist Streamer Sneako As Backlash Intensfies

Eric Adams faced backlash after joining banned streamer Sneako and MAGA supporter Amber Rose on a surprise Rumble livestream from Gracie Mansion.

Eric Adams found himself in political hot water after appearing on a late-night livestream at Gracie Mansion with Sneako, a streamer banned from major platforms for antisemitic and misogynistic content and Amber Rose, the “S### Walk” founder and vocal MAGA supporter.

The livestream, which aired on the right-wing platform Rumble on Saturday night (June 14) at just before 10:30 p.m. and ran nearly 90 minutes, showed the New York City mayor smoking cigars and chatting casually with the group.
Critics quickly condemned the mayor’s presence alongside Sneako, who has drawn widespread condemnation for comments like “Down with the Jews” and making other antisemitic remarks, platforming Kanye West, spewing conspiracy theories and making appearances with white nationalist Nick Fuentes.

The mayor’s son, Jordan Coleman, also known as rapper Jayoo, introduced Sneako to his father during the informal hangout. Mayor Adams said the encounter unfolded organically and without any vetting.
“This was not a planned interview. I was on my back porch with [his son Jordan Coleman] smoking a cigar. Other people came and joined me, and they brought people with them, and they started engaging in a conversation. And he was one of the people that engaged in that conversation. I didn’t know his history. I don’t support anything that is criticizing any group in the city,” Mayor Adams said during a press conference Monday (June 16).

The backlash was swift. Advocacy groups and elected officials questioned why the mayor would appear alongside someone with a documented history of hate speech.
Sneako has been banned from YouTube, Twitch and Kick for violating policies related to misinformation and hate content. Mayor Eric Adams acknowledged the criticism but defended his approach to public engagement.
“Hindsight is 20-20. One of the downsides of my style of mayoralty, I engage with everyone…Maybe I’m just too optimistic that I believe there’s something good in everyone and we should try to find that,” he said.

Mayor Adams also pointed to the changing media landscape, where anyone can record or livestream interactions without notice.
“We are in a universe now that everyone is a reporter, everyone is a streamer. You don’t even know who comes up to you nowadays. People stop me on the street, they ask me a question, and I answer it,” Mayor Adams said.
Amber Rose’s presence on the stream added another layer of controversy, given her political alignment with MAGA figures and her history as a provocative media personality.

The livestream ended just before midnight, but the fallout has continued into the week.

Diddy’s Infamous Freak-Off Tapes Played in Courtroom—Jurors Left Stunned
Day 24 of Diddy’s federal trial took a nasty turn when jurors were shown clips from three alleged “freak-off” videos linked to the music mogul. The courtroom was silent as prosecutors presented what they say are visual confirmations of Diddy’s controversial sex parties, allegedly involving Cassie and male escorts.
The Justice Department’s special agent verified a list of hotels where these events reportedly took place. Each video, running approximately 11 to 12 minutes, was shown privately to the jury. Headphones were distributed for audio, keeping the footage and sound away from the public and press.

Still, witnesses in the gallery could hear moaning and other sounds seeping from jurors’ headphones. One older woman on the jury appeared visibly shaken, shaking her head during the viewing. Another juror, a man, leaned in, watching closely with his chin on his hand. A younger juror broke the silence with a stifled giggle as the first video appeared.
Jurors were only shown brief portions, about 30 seconds from each tape, but it left a strong impression. The courtroom atmosphere shifted as these explicit details brought a new dimension to the ongoing trial.

This development follows earlier revelations involving texts and hotel bookings that prosecutors say show a pattern of sexually exploitative behavior. Diddy continues to deny all allegations and has not yet taken the stand.

Federal Judge Blocks Trump-Era Ban on Health Grants Tied to LGBTQ and DEI Programs

A federal judge has officially struck down the Trump administration’s move to cancel federal health grants connected to LGBTQ issues and diversity programs, calling the decision discriminatory and baseless.

The controversy started when the National Institutes of Health (NIH), under Trump-era directives, pulled funding from public health research that focused on gender identity, LGBTQ communities, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion). The move triggered outrage from medical and civil rights organizations, including the American Public Health Association and the ACLU, who filed a lawsuit to reverse the decision.

On Monday, U.S. District Judge William Young ruled that the government had no valid reason for cutting those grants. The judge said the cancellations were politically driven and violated legal standards. He ordered that the grant money be restored and made available to researchers immediately.

Organizations involved in the lawsuit called the ruling a win for science and public health, saying the previous policy targeted vulnerable communities unfairly. The federal government is expected to appeal or try to pause the ruling, but for now, the decision marks a major pushback against political
