#RHOA: Kelli Ferrell Calls Police On HOA President After Dramatic Showdown In Flashy Neighborhood
"RHOA" star Kelli Ferrell recently called the police on her neighbor after getting into an explosive showdown over her daughter's vehicle. According to court documents, Ferrell, who joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" in 2025, told dispatchers that her neighbor allegedly assaulted her, later claiming she had physical markings on her body. Ferrell's dramatic call to 911 comes days after news broke that her neighbor was granted a protective order after claiming the reality star entered her home without permission
Us Weekly obtained the 911 call from the Atlanta Police Department. In the audio clip, the publication claimed Ferell could be heard screaming, "I got time today," well before the dispatcher could even ask her a question.
Later, during the call, Ferell told the 911 operator that police were needed in her neighborhood after claiming her neighbor "actually put hands on me." The Atlanta reality star went on, saying, "I have scratches on my arm from her hitting me."
Ferrell's confrontation with her neighbor began after she noticed there were parking boots placed on one of her daughter's vehicles. “There are two boots on it. It’s completely unnecessary,” Ferrell said.
She told the dispatcher that her arm "is red" before saying she wasn't "dealing with this."
“At this point … I don’t trust it … I recorded it, I want to show the officers so they can see what is happening," she went on, later saying, "I don't feel safe with her. I really don't. I don't feel safe."
During the call, it was revealed that Ferrell's neighbor was a woman named Monualda Perri Cash, who also filed a petition for a temporary restraining order against the Bravo star.
Per the legal documents, Perri claimed she was serving as an HOA board member in Ferrell's neighborhood. She also claimed that during the day of the 911 phone call, Ferrell entered her private residence without permission.
“Kelli Potter-Ferrell aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner,” the paperwork stated. Perri further claimed Ferrell was “accompanied by others.”
Perri explained that their interaction occurred after Ferrell's daughter's vehicle was booted for repeatedly violating community parking guidelines.
She also claimed that Ferrell had to be "physically restrained" during the confrontation and that she also displayed "bizarre behavior."
Ferrell's Representative Denies The Claims Made Against Her
In a statement to Us Weekly, Ferrell's representative responded to the claims and slammed her neighbor for displaying antagonizing behavior.
“Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family … Out of respect for all parties, we will not be commenting further at this time. We strongly urge that Kelli’s privacy — and that of her family — be respected, and we caution against the spread of misinformation," they said.
Ferrell is one of the newest additions to the long-running Bravo TV show. Per her Bravo TV bio, Ferrell grew up in the suburbs of Baltimore before moving to Atlanta to pursue a degree in fashion merchandising.
Life pushed her in a different direction, however, and in 2016, she opened her restaurant "Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles," which was inspired by her mother and grandmother.
She's the author of the cookbook, "Kooking with Kelli: Kollection of Family Recipes from Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles." Ferrell has guest-starred on several TV shows to discuss her booming business, including "Good Morning America," "Live with Kelly and Mark," and the OWN Network.
Ferrell opened up more about her business and family life on season 16 of "RHOA," which included showing off her fancy four-bedroom, three-bathroom mansion.
While she couldn't show it all during the episodes, she also gave Bravo viewers an even closer look at her massive abode during a behind-the-scenes tour, per The Daily Dish. Inside the exclusive Atlanta neighborhood, Ferrell's home features an elevator, a beautiful kitchen, a glam room, and tons of grand furniture.

Colin Kaepernick Offers To Fund Independent Autopsy For Trey Reed
Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick said he will pay for an independent autopsy for Demartravion “Trey” Reed, Delta State University (DSU) student who was found hanging from a tree on campus, civil rights attorney Ben Crump announced Friday.
Crump announced that Kaepernick would be funding a second autopsy for Reed through the former quarterback’s “Know Your Rights Camp Autopsy Initiative.”
On Thursday, Cleveland Police Department (CPD) officials said the Mississippi State Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy on Sept. 17 and determined the cause of death was hanging, concluding the action to be suicide. CPD Officials added that final toxicology results are underway and may take two to four weeks to finish.
According to DSU officials, university police and local authorities were immediately notified after staff found the body hanging from a tree near the campus pickleball courts at around 7 a.m. on Sept. 15. Classes were canceled for the day.
Reed’s family reported conflicting accounts of the student’s death from authorities. Attorneys for Reed’s family said police initially told them that the 21-year-old had died in his dorm room.
“The family does not know exactly what happened on Sept. 15, 2025,” Vanessa J. Jones, one of the family’s attorneys, said. “We are seeking answers.”
“Trey’s death evoked the collective memory of a community that has suffered a historic wound over many, many years and many, many deaths,” Crump said in a statement. “Peace will come only by getting to the truth. We thank Colin Kaepernick for supporting this grieving family and the cause of justice and truth.”

Diane Martel, acclaimed video director and choreorgapher, has passed away. She was 63.
Martel’s family confimed her passing in a statement a statement obtained by Rolling Stone on Thursday (Sept. 18).
“Diane passed away peacefully at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital – surrounded by friends and family – after a long battle with breast cancer,” relayed her family. She is survived by her Aunt, Gail Merrifield Papp (wife of Joseph Papp, founder of The Public Theatre), her three beloved, loyal cats (Poki, PopPop, PomPom), and many loving lifetime friends.”
On Instagram, Ciara paid tribute to Martel.
“You believed in me and I believed in you! You will forever hold a special place in my heart,” Ciara wrote. “I am forever grateful for all the magic we’ve were able to make together.”
“Dinner with my Nani and @dianemartel_ or as my husband used to call her… D-Z Marteezy ,” Bryant wrote. “It was so good to see you D.!!! You’re so talented. All your fav videos were created by “Bucky Chrome.”

Brandy is ready to share her story. Hanover Square Press announced that the iconic vocalist will release her memoir Phases, on March 31, 2026.

Journalist Jemele Hill Reacts to Megyn Kelly Calling Her “Ugly”
Michelle Obama once said, “When they go low, we go high.” However, Jemele Hill is making it clear she is not Obama.
On Wednesday, September 17, during the final moments of a livestream on YouTube, the 49-year-old journalist and media personality didn’t show any reservations about meeting Megyn Kelly where she is after the 54-year-old conservative commentator’s recent remarks referring to Hill as “ugly.”
“I rarely respond to personal attacks from other media members because I think it doesn’t serve me,” Hill wrote in the caption of a post on Threads sharing the clip.
“But I ain’t [Michelle Obama,]” she continued. “With certain things, if you go low, I go to the gutter. Megyn Kelly called me ugly and said I needed some work done. And for that, I had to fry her.”
In the clip, Hill notes that she’s become aware of recent comments from Kelly insulting her appearance amid recent remarks Hill made in regards to Charlie Kirk.
“I get called names all the time, but what you not gonna do is call me ugly, because this face card ain’t never been declined,” she began.
“What I would say that you might want to do — and shout out to my boy Don Lemon for bringing this to our attention — instead of worrying about what the f— I look like, about what mascara I use or don’t use, perhaps you should be more worried about what’s happening in your house,” she added before a playing a clip of Lemon defending Hill and also vaguely suggesting Kelly’s husband has a wandering eye for men.
“Megan, you got more pressing things to worry about than what Jemele Hill saying,” she continued. “You got more pressing things to worry about than what’s coming out of my mouth according to Don Lemon. So if I were you, I’d deal with that and worry less about what I’m wearing. Worry less about what foundation number I’m using; if I’m using Mac products or Fenty Beauty, I wouldn’t worry about that. I’d worry about my house, because we good over here.”
In case there was any doubt about how she feels, Hill ended with another clip of a woman declaring “f— you” to a person and anyone who has ever supported them and had a hand in making them who they are today.
The unfiltered response arrives on the heels of Hill drawing backlash for a since-deleted post about the shooting of right-wing podcaster and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. The post, in which Hill claimed Kirk’s shooting was a “white supremacist gang hit,” drew the ire of Kelly in particular.
During a recent episode of “The Megyn Kelly Show,” the commentator criticized Hill’s appearance, suggesting she needed makeup and a different camera angle because she was “not attractive enough to have that extreme close-up.”
“You can’t both be ugly on the outside and the inside. You need to choose one. Okay, choose one,” she said.
In the caption of her post on Threads, after Hill gave her a piece of her own mind, she wondered what it would be like to encounter Kelly in the future.
“Let’s see if she keeps that same energy should she see me in person,” she wrote, adding “Doubt it.”

The U.S. Senate has voted to enact a “National Day of Remembrance” resolution to honor popular conservative podcaster Charlie Kirk after he was killed last week.

Critics take umbrage at the day chosen to honor the late Kirk, who was fatally shot on Sept. 15 while speaking to a pro-MAGA crowd at Utah Valley University. The day of remembrance will take place on Oct. 14, which happens to be George Floyd‘s birthday, which some find very offensive.
Floyd was murdered by former police officer Derek Chauvin on Memorial Day 2020 when the cop placed the full weight of his knee on Floyd’s neck until he suffocated to death. Chauvin was sentenced to 22.5 years in state prison for the murder, and 21 years in federal prison for violating Floyd’s civil rights. His sentences are to be served concurrently.
It must be noted that both Floyd (1973) and Kirk (1993) were born on the same day, 20 years apart.
No such memorial for murdered Minnesota lawmaker
Interestingly enough, the House passed a resolution in June condemning the shooting death of Minnesota state lawmaker Melissa Hortman, but there were no calls to create a national day of mourning in Hortman’s honor.
The resolution for Kirk was introduced by Sen. Rick Scott (R-Florida), who praised Kirk as a “courageous American patriot” who worked to “elevate truth, foster understanding, and strengthen the Republic.”
The day will also remind U.S. citizens, according to Scott, that Kirk’s killing “a sobering reminder of the growing threat posed by political extremism and hatred in our society.”

It is also ironic that Kirk called Floyd a “scumbag” during a 2021 public appearance in Mankato, Minn., according to Yahoo.com. He apparently made the comment in reference to Floyd’s alleged criminal and drug history and what transpired in the moments leading up to his public execution by Chauvin.
“I am also going to offer some context and some nuance about the death of George Floyd that no one dares to say out loud,” he said at that rally, according to Yahoo.com. “Which is that this guy was a scumbag. Now, does that mean he deserves to die? That’s two totally different things — of course not.”

Ghostface Killah Blasted As A ‘Deadbeat’ By Son Infinite Coles
Ghostface Killah was aired out in the streets of Instagram by his son, Infinite Coles, who accused the Wu-Tang Clan rapper of being the ultimate deadbeat father.
Infinite, a queer R&B singer and actor, is one of Ghostface Killah’s four kids.
On Wednesday, Infinite Coles took to Instagram to express the pain of being estranged, neglected, and abandoned by his father.
Infinite said he questioned whether his father, whose real name is Dennis Coles, tapped out because he was gay.
But, he noted that couldn’t be the case because Ghostface has abandoned all of his children including his daughter Mahogany, who struggles with mental illness.
In his heartbreaking post, Infinite Coles wrote:

In Kamala‘s upcoming memoir, “107 Days,” she recounts her 2024 Presidential Election campaign, and revealed that Pete was her first pick, but it would be too risky to have a Black woman and a gay man on the ticket.
She wrote that he “would have been an ideal partner—if I were a straight white man,” per The Atlantic. “But we were already asking a lot of America: to accept a woman, a Black woman, a Black woman married to a Jewish man. Part of me wanted to say, Screw it, let’s just do it. But knowing what was at stake, it was too big of a risk.”
“And I think Pete also knew that—to our mutual sadness,” she added.
On Thursday (September 18), Pete revealed he was surprised to read that excerpt from her forthcoming book.
“My experience in politics has been that the way that you earn trust with voters is based mostly on what they think you’re going to do for their lives, not on categories,” he told Politico.
Pete also shared that he believes in “giving Americans more credit” than assuming they wouldn’t vote for them both on the ticket.

Raja Jackson Arrested After Brutal Assault at Wrestling Event
Can’t say we’re surprised. Surprised about what, you ask? Raja Jackson, 25, was arrested today in Los Angeles (09-19-25), for felony assault. The charge follows a vicious real-life attack on pro wrestler Stuart Smith during a live wrestling show.
The incident happened at KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy on August 23 during a filmed event. Jackson violently attacked Smith, known in the ring as Syko Stu, in front of a live audience.
The match was streamed live on Kick and instantly went viral across multiple social media platforms. Fans were shocked to learn the attack was real and not part of the wrestling script.
Police confirmed Jackson fled the scene before they arrived, sparking an extended investigation. The footage was widely circulated and became key evidence in the felony case.
Jackson and Smith reportedly had a confrontation backstage weeks before the match took place. Witnesses say Smith smashed a beer can on Jackson’s head, sparking growing tension between the two.
On a livestream after that incident, Jackson hinted at real-life revenge during their upcoming match. He appeared frustrated and warned fans he wouldn’t play by wrestling’s scripted rules.
During the August 23 match, Jackson stormed the ring and violently slammed Smith to the mat. He then punched Smith repeatedly—over 20 times—even after Smith seemed unconscious and bleeding.
Fellow wrestlers rushed in to stop the beating, and Jackson quickly exited the ring. Chaos followed as medics treated Smith and fans realized it wasn’t part of the show.
